Every time I have gone to this sonic I always end up leaving. They are slow!!! Takes forever for them to take an order and twice as long to deliver it.

Pressed the button about 20 times and waited for a total of 10 minutes for someone to come over the speaker. i ended up leaving.

They wouldn’t honor my survey. While I was there crazy high school were trashing the parking lot playing in the snow I just decided to leave without ordering, so not sure on the food drink quality.

Not the greatest options for a quick bite to eat in this area, bless them but these kids just can’t seem to get it right. 90% of the time my order is wrong. NEVER leave without checking your order first. Food quality is so so… the best I can say is they have great drinks when it’s 100 degrees outside. They should strive to do better on customer service and crack down on the teenagers… make them DOTHEIRJOBS and LEARN A LITTLESOMETHING about customer service. I don’t appreciate an extra return trip to get the food I paid for and then only get an «Opps sorry» from a ditzy blonde. How about a free drink or some incentive to return after your crappy service? Not to mention that by now the rest of my meal is cold and nasty. Think about it. Update: Oct. 17, 2010… told they didn’t have time to go to the store for snickers for a Sonic blast. Returned the next day to be told they were still out. Okay, how long does it take. BUT, the carhop was friendly, got my order quickly and my cheddar bites were hot and fresh. So I’ll up the star from one to 2, but ya’ll need to get the Snicker bars for your Blasts… when you want one you want one!!!
