Was Five stars first time I go, but disappoints more and more each time. Stayed a consistent three starred rating until the last time they poured water I. The broccoli cheddar soup. It was more of a drink than a soup.

First off, I asked for the contents of a sandwich with no bread and they gave me less then half of what they would put on the panini… On top of that the staff made some homophobic remarks against my partner… when I brought it up to the manager, she was dismissive and said the employee didn’t mean anything by it and acted as if anti-LGBT discrimination didn’t exist, repeatedly saying«why would we?» when asked if there was an issue — — as if no one has problems with us anywhere. If you are LGBT, avoid this place like the plague.

Stopped her for breakfast for the first time in a long time. My dads favorite is their Asiago bagel, so to keep him happy we made the stop. My husband and I were very impressed with their selection for breakfast. My husband got an everything bagel with steak and egg. It was great! I went for a simple snack of a scone. It was huge! Their pastry counter was well stocked so early in the morning, it was hard to choose. Everything was very clean. The bathrooms were well stocked, and neat. The condiments, utensils, and drink area was very well stocked and clean.

First off, I really like Panera Bread. They are usually consistent and have a wide selection of foods and desserts that seem well made. Also, they have announced that they plan to take the artificial things out of their foods this year like colorings and preservatives. I hope this happens sooner than later. I visited this particular Panera Bread with a friend for an early supper. I was happy with the food, when I got it. The young woman behind the counter had poor customer service skills, as did her supervisor. She got my order wrong, which I realized when I went to pick it up. She didn’t know how to correct the situation(perhaps she was in training), so without apologizing for the error, she grabbed a supervisor to fix it. The supervisor never smiled or said she was sorry for the error, but acted like I should have taken the error food and just gone with it. I guess I interrupted what she was doing by asking them to correct the error. The supervisor calculated the error amount in her head — and got the math wrong. I pointed this out to her with the correct figure. She agreed and gave me cash for the difference. Not sure why she did the math in her head when the cash register was right in front of her? I saw a management employee arrive at the restaurant as we sat outside. I hope the manager will take some time to train the employees on proper customer service to go along with the good menu that Panera already has in place.

Although I appreciate fast service my order may have been too fast. Quality control wasn’t in play here. I placed a large to go order and found a very sad excuse of a sandwich when I got home.

Great service, great food! A «cold» day in Palm Harbor calls for soup, and their french onion soup is the best !

My previous review of this Panera location was solely because of the good experience I had with the employees. So, I popped in again when driving by and that first impression was confirmed. Their system was down and I simply wanted to redeem a free bagel on my rewards account that they could not pull up. Without any hesitation, a manager heard what was going on, asked what kind of bagel I wanted, prepared it immediately, handed it to me and apologized that they couldn’t pull up my information. No, I wasn’t lying. Yes, I know a bagel cost only a dollar and change. The point is that they just took care of me like it was no big deal.

As a fan of Panera’s food, I usually find myself stopping at a Panera wherever I see it. I generally order the same thing wherever I go, the cobb salad with chicken or a panini sandwich. Often times the food is good and I can’t complain. What I don’t like and usually find this with most Panera’s is that the dining area is a mess. Dirty tables with crumbs, chairs and tables out of place, it seems like they can’t keep up with the amount of traffic they have. The other complaint I have are the prices, which are pretty expensive when you think about it. But hey, they accept Apple Pay and that makes my life easier, ha!

I really enjoy Panera Bread. Their new Soba Noodle soup is excellent. If only they offered a quality gluten free bread…

A standard Panera Bread location with a decent amount of seating and menu offerings. The location is terrible though; it’s located in the delta of Tampa and Curlew Road, it shares a small parking lot with a Starbucks, so parking is a nightmare. I’m not a big fan of the faux-bakery. The food is expensive and obviously not made in the store. I kept it simple with steel cut oatmeal, topped with strawberries and cinnamon sugar. I wish they offered the cinnamon sugar on the side for me to put in myself because it was overly sweet. My boyfriend got a pick 2 deal, which you can choose half portions of two different menu items. He got the fettuccine Alfredo and a Sierra Turkey sandwich. He enjoyed the pasta, but found the sandwich overly salty. For anyone who thinks Panera offers healthy food choices, think again. That half portion of sandwich had 950 mg of sodium. My oatmeal had 160 mg(as opposed to making oatmeal at home, which has close to zero mg). But if you like this kind of food franchise, this location is okay. It is clean and spacious inside. The staff was courteous, although food took longer than usual to come out. Panera isn’t my favorite restaurant, but this location will do.

Hit and miss, depends on who’s making the food at the time. We like it when the manager makes our food, its the correct size/portion and flavor. When the children make it, its always THROWN together like Legos. Its impt to know that people are eating this stuff, that we OVERPAID for this food, at least put some effort into it. As a business owner, I know you get the work you pay for.

Most Panera Bread is great about getting your food to you promptly and with fresh ingredients. Not this one. 30 minutes after ordering a Pick Two(turkey avocado BLT and Cesar salad) I am served small brown chucks of wilted roman lettuce, and of course the same sad lettuce on my sandwich. The service is good. The place is a good size with ample tables for most various group size of patrons. This one is adjacent to Starbucks, so that’s nice if you’re a Starbucks fan. Parking is limited though since this location is at a pie shape corner of Tampa Rd and Curlew. Be patient if you’re coming here during busy hours(brunch) — you’ll find parking as soon as someone leaves.

My granddaughter loves to come here and eat their Chicken Noodle soup… for breakfast! My preference is a Breakfast power sammie…340 cals. Hazelnut coffee ok but Einstein Bros rocks it better. The fact that they do post calories on their items is helpful and scare me at the same time. As a Triathlete, I can have a healthy meal under the 450 calorie amount for a cookie! It tells me a lot. I will still come here with my Granddaughter but will always note the restrictive health items!

Had dinner with a friend here, before going out shopping. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. I ordered a pick two of French Onion Soup and a ½ salad. I asked for extra croutons and dressing on the side. My requests were easily made and cheerfully done. My friend ordered a special sandwich on white bread. They did that for her as well. We were quite pleased.

The staff was so kind when I went the other morning. The food is also very delicious. Only problem was that I was surprised that the cinnamon roll wasn’t as fresh as I expected for the early hour that I was there.

I get the same thing every time I come here: the Frontega Chicken panini and a side of Mac n cheese. Why? Because this is one of the most delicious lunch combos you’ll ever sink your teeth into. The FCP comes with plenty of melted cheese, thinly sliced tomato, and melt in your mouth chicken. The bread gives it a nice outside crunch for a contrast in textures. This was the first panini I’ve ever tried, and I’ve been loyal to it ever since. As a die hard of all things macaroni & cheese, Panera’s take on my favorite side is one of the closest to what I look for in this dish: the cheddar is creamy, the shells are cooked to a perfect chew and the resulting taste is like a smooth roll into a savory high. So why only 4 stars? The service. I shouldn’t be able to hear employees chattering away loudly(they were the ones fulfilling meal orders). Furthermore, the nonchalant attitude displayed at this location lowers my respect for the establishment. This is not a high school cafeteria… or is it? That aside, it’s a great place to get lunch(to go).

Brought relatives from Canada to have Soup in a Sourdough Bread. Out of Bread? Soup in a bowl. a cold bowl~! French Onion Soup? No croutons or cheese? Brought it back and got cheese, asked to microwave it and comment was that it was hot enough. Asked please, to melt the cheese, still no croutons. Staff was friendly and the place was clean but the manager needs to be an assistant with a good manager for a year and he will probably be ok. First time I have been disappointed by Panera. Manager just doesn’t get it~! He should at least go visit some of the better ones and see what is good~! He doesn’t understand :-(

I am a vegetarian and I love the soup/salad or half sandwich/half salad mixture. My favorite is the oriental chicken salad(minus the chicken) with the Mediterranean sandwich(minus the feta). It has this avocado dressing on it that is tasty and even though the sandwich is all veggies, it’s really yummy that way. Also the grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup is my son’s favorite and they make a good one. All in all, Panera bread is a very good place to eat. You can bring a large party, not have to tip, which is a plus. So if you are looking to save some money on that, it’s the place to choose.

Have been going to this Panera for a steady week now being on vacation in this area. Panera is a great place, good selection, good coffee etc However this particular Panera has gone down in the quality of service, the bagels were burnt for three days in a row and they still try to serve it to you wondering if you’ll notice(!!!) Today we ordered a frozen mocha and it took all of 15 mins to get it, and that was after going up to the counter to get the girl to stop talking to co-workers and focus on our order which she had messed up and had to re-do. On a good note, there’s a very nice, friendly lady who cleans up and always is smiling and professional. Besides the good selection of food, she’s the best thing to this Panera.

This Panera location is a solid performer with consistent food(at least, all the times I’ve dined there). I would give it a higher rating, but I think most people know what to expect with a Panera. If you’re looking for some quick food for lunch that isn’t fast food, this is a great option. The salads, sandwiches, and soups are all fresh and delicious. And, if you have a sweet tooth afterward, I do love that they have a warming tray for their cookies: is there anything better than a fresh, gooey chocolate chip cookie? Yum.
