This place was a HUGE disappointment I ordered the Duke and tots which came to a total of $ 16 dollars just for a burger and tater tots. The price wasn’t the issue, the issue is the quality of meat they used. Tasted horrible the meat was frozen individual patties not the good kind either but the cheapest of the cheap kind. I had to throw it in the garbage that’s how bad the food was HORRIBLETOTSHORRIBLEBURGERNEVERCOMINGBACK

Good burgers a little price for a burger but it is good. Not a very big place so if you have more then 4 – 5 people on your group you might want to go somewhere bigger. I would go back.

A little authentic hole in the wall burger joint in lacey. the outside is totally unassuming but as you drive into their gravel lot, park under the whimsical parking sign of your choices(the BF chose the Cougar Parking Only spot), walk into the restaurant that’s comparable to my tiny NYC apartment living room and form a queue in front of 1 of 2 windows to place your order, you know that the focus of the place is definitely placed on their food. Burgers were good — simple, authentic, well flavored and seasoned. I wish they wouldn’t add mayonnaise automatically or use buns that were softer. Fries are nice and salty and crispy and hot! Too bad the prices are so high. Despite the discount, expect to pay quite a bill if you check this place out. It was good to try, but may not come back that often…

Way overpriced! Our $ 16 fish and chips were greasy, mushy, and mostly inedible. Kids’ burgers were 8.99 each and tasteless little bricks. Add a garden salad and drinks, and our bill totaled $ 50. Most of it went in the trash. Avoid this place.

I wont go back, today was the third time I got my lunch there as its close to my place of employment, way over priced for no good reason. The food wasn’t bad but it was 13 bucks and some change for a small burger and fry with a drink. The price left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt the same about it all three times just got hungry and my judgment was off! haha I don’t mind spending money on good food just don’t like spending way to much on mediocre food!

Great burger! Even with the 10% military discount it cost just under $ 20 for my wife and I to get a burger each and we shared a drink with no fries. Its not cheap but it is good. I’m sure I’ll go back but not that offen I’m sure.

I really enjoy Norma’s. They have tasty burgers, awesome real milkshakes, great fries(with lots of free dipping sauces available) and super friendly staff. Now… I TOTALLY get all the complaints on the prices. I too was shocked last year when they raised rates by 30%. BUT… many may not know they have discounts! They offer military, disabled and senior citizen. They’ve also got a rewards program. After 10 burgers you get a meal free. And. to compete with Red Robin down the street, they have bottomless fries. Just need to speak up and ask for these things! If you haven’t been there is a while I highly recommend stopping by and getting reacquainted with Norma’s who has been a fixture in the community for nearly 50 years.

Excellent food you get what you pay for here delicious shakes as well make sure to get a meal because the fries are worth it and I haven’t been able to stray from the double bacon cheeseburger every time I go here because it’s so good

The sit down restaurant is much better. Way overpriced for what you get even though the food is decent. They have outdoor seating if you like that. The milkshakes are tasty, but I think way too cold!

Super expensive and not what I expected, was praying it was going to be like the Norms of the 70’s. Staff was very polite and the hamburger was nothing special. We asked if they could grill our onions and were told it’s like a $ 2 to $ 3 add on… forget about it! Our cost for two burger and fries was over $ 22.

Not a fan of the pricing at all. I thought 20.00 for av hamburger, fries and shake was way to steep. Ink not poor or anything but just thought it was over priced.

Paid $ 35 for 2 burgers, 2 orders of fries, chicken fingers, and a drink. In my honest opinion the price was shocking but I’m willing to spend more to support a small business. That’s about how much we would’ve spent elsewhere but we left BEYOND stuffed and the staff are always extremely nice and accommodating! Still the best burger joint in my opinion! It was my husband’s first time and he gave a double thumbs up too!

Its a burger joint. You can’t really mess up a burger to much. Looks like a frozen patty cooked on a flattop. It’s a bit pricey for what it is. For a couple bucks more, you can go down to red robin and get a better burger and endless fries.

I was told that I needed to go here for the best burgers around. The burgers are good… but I don’t feel they are the best. They do have alot of selections and will cram many different things onto the burger to where you have to cut it into pieces. They are a bit over priced to my liking. End statment: They are good. Not the best and a bit over priced.

Used to go there quite a bit when you could get an okay burger, fries, and a soda for $ 10. A little spendy for the quality, but convenient. Then they raised their prices by 40% in one fell swoop(burger, fries, and soda now are close to $ 14). Now it is hugely overpriced, and I have not been back. I can call in an order to Red Robin just down the street and get a better burger, fries, and soda for less.

The food was pretty good. Everything was fresh and hot. Only complaint was that the burger patty seemed pretty small. We ordered milkshakes and they were delicious. The employees were very nice and professional. Only 3 stars because of the price. It was over $ 30 for just 2 people for lunch. Not the price range I think of when I am going to a quick joint for a burger.

Here’s the deal… For a ‘local’ burger shop that has been around for a while I was less than satisfied. Do they have good burgers? YES! Are they true to the burger description? Ya pretty much. However, if you would like to pay $ 30 for 2 people to have lunch with awful fries(change your oil much? Don’t think so or fire your oil guy) and no drink, you might have found the place. They have nice staff but it truly is the price that will cause the flavor of your food to go from good to bad! The $ 15 burger is not much better than the $ 2 one you can get from Miss Wendy’s down the road. I value local and fresh but here it will come with a Whole Foods kind of cost.

The burgers there, are not as good, as they used to be. And, to top it off, they are the Most Expensive Burger Joint, I have ever been to. ($ 15.54 for a double norma burger, fries & pepsi) …judges please… I almost never add salt to my food… but the ‘never frozen’ beef was absolutely flavorless & I had to add salt & pepper. Employees are nice enough.
