Maybe it’s just BK in general or Omaha BK’s but I’ve yet to fine one that I think is anything beyond mediocre… and it always comes down to the cleanliness, or lack thereof inside the dining room and the soda station… the people that work at the ones I usually go to, including this one are actually friendlier than most other fast food joints, but when you look for a place to sit or go to use the rest room and wonder if your current with your vaccinations, then yes, there’s a problem… However, I will point out that I’ve yet to get my order wrong at a BK I’ve been to here in Omaha so there’s that…

So while I love a place open for the party people late on a Thursday, I’ve also been sitting in the drive thru while writing this… Fast food my butt! Operations are about as good as the food.

As far as BKs go, this one has seen better days. Not only does the building need a rehab(or rebuild), there were odds and ends not taken care of by staff that had this place running on, well, less than optimal levels. For one, the new age Coke machine was out of ice. How is that even possible? If you wanted tea, you had to request it from behind the counter. Lids were out for the large cups. Basically, I ended up having to bother the cashier like five times — which normally would be completely unnecessary. SMH. Food was your typical for BK. I tasted OK, but not as good as you remembered it as a kid.
