This happened last weekend So bad … Reputed restaurant but they served burnt food. Ruined my hunger and celebrations. Cannot forget the burnt smell haunted me entire day. the most disappointing fact is the cook, the waitress everyone knows it’s burnt even though they served it.

I went there for lunch recently with my husband. Food not bad, but the hot sour soup looks too dark, has too much soy sauce I really don’t like. I ordered sesame ck and he got the Lomein combo. My dish taste good, but his noodle was too salty. The waiter was nice, but with that much high price, the food seemed not matched.

I had the Shaking Beef. Excellent dish. Brian was my waiter. Great job without overdoing it. No «how are we tonight?», which I hate. The food arrived quickly. The wine was excellent. Great portion size.

oh gosh. PF Changs is a decent stop for a chain. A bit higher price for a night out, but the ambiance is worth it. The dimly lit interior has been updated and feels fresh to this day. Admittedly, this was the first place I had tofu after years of being meat free. The Ma Po Tofu is fantastic. A sultry mix of broccoli mixes with spice and rice, white or brown. The tableside soy, mustard, chili is pretty cool, too. Except when you have been here before. Sometimes the staff seems like they are salivating for tips, but if you know what you want and don’t let them do a spiel, they disappear. I am pretty simple when I come in here. Asahi beer, Ma Po Tofu. Coconut Curry(Wifle’s fave), and sometimes the Vegetarian lettuce wraps. Those wraps are phenomenal. We had to ask to see the tofu package because we swore it was chicken. Alas, it was not. It is just that good. Stop by and get some food. You will be glad that you did and leave happy albeit with a lighter wallet. Totally worth it

We have been here twice now in the last month and have enjoyed each experience. Our kids love the«cheater» chop sticks, so that helps. We have gotten the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer both times. We will get them the next time too.

A client and I had a lunch meeting at PF Chang’s so we arrived around 5 ’til 11:00am(5 minutes before they opened) so we expected we’d have to wait a few minutes for them to be ready. But instead, our server Razwell not only sat us himself but he also introduced himself and asked for our drinks«until we got settled in»(we had our laptops, notebooks, etc.). Even though they technically weren’t open, he treated us like he’d been waiting for us all day and treated us accordingly. Service was excellent, we never waited for refills nor apps/entrees. The timing was perfect. We ordered from their lunch menu which is a pretty sweet option: you choose an entrée that’s only slightly smaller than the dinner portion(while being much less costly) and then you pick between 1) cup of soup, 2) salad, 3) egg roll or spring roll, or 4) 2 Crab Wontons(Rangoon) as an optional add-on. We both chose to have our«add-on» come out before our entrée and it was literally less than 2 minutes before Raz brought out our soups. I don’t know if this was luck, coincidence, or Raz keeping an eye on us(probably the latter) but our entrees came out right as we finished our soup along with drink refills. I’ll finish up w/this review because it’s getting a little long but I have to say it was a terrific lunch in a busy yet quiet-ish atmosphere with a server that really knew what he was doing. I’ll be returning soon for sure. Thanks Razwell and Chang’s!

I came here because of the reviews but the food here was horrible. All I ordered was the chicken lettuce wrap and it came out cold. After sending it back the second was bad too. I guess the main cook was off.

Good food… staff was iffy. If you’re familiar with their fast food chain, Pei Wei… it tastes the exact same(however much pricier here!). No complaints on the food, I’ve always loved their sweet and sour chicken and their wantons are fabulous! I gave one less start here because of the hostesses. We arrived at 8pm on a Saturday night, told we had a 20 minutes wait and were given a buzzer. After 30 minutes and realizing 2 other couples that arrived after us were seated, we spoke with the hostesses. We were told«Oh, we tried to buzz you, but your buzzer was broken» We had been seated waiting directly in front of the hostesses on a bench, and we were shocked they made no effort to find out if we were the couple they were waiting on.

I know P.F. Chang’s is a chain but I love it anyway. We eat here at least every other month and enjoy it every time. The dining area is spacious and we rarely have to wait long for a table. We love their«P.F. Changs for Two,» which consists of an appetizer to share, two soups, two entrees, and two mini dessert wontons for $ 40. It is a ton of food, a good value, and gives you a chance to try several items. We usually start off with their chicken lettuce wraps. This is one of my husband’s favorite dishes ever. We’ve also tried their tofu lettuce wraps and they are also very good, although I prefer the chicken. The Sichuan-Style Asparagus is also fantastic! I usually get their egg drop soup and really enjoy it. For my entrée, I typically order the Shrimp with Candied Walnuts or, if we are doing the«P.F. Changs for Two,» I will order the Honey Chicken. I’ve also tried their Orange Chicken(love!) and their Mongolian Beef(very good). Their mini desserts are great(these used to be offered on the P.F. Changs for Two), but the dessert wontons are pretty lame and not very good. They have a full bar but none of their drink options usually appeal to me, so I typically stick to water when we eat here. The decorations are a little corny, but the service and the food has always been consistently good(probably one of the few benefits of a franchise). They do offer take-out, but the portions seem to be smaller than if you dine-in. For the price it doesn’t seem to be worth it, so we stick to dining in.

Generally a great fan of PF Changs. But this location always delays my pick up order even if I show up 5 minutes after my promised pick up time.

I have only ever been here one other time, and I was to young to remember it. My husband suggested we go there before a concert in Omaha, and I’m glad we did. We got there about 5:15ish on a Saturday. They got us seated right away and I’m glad we got there when we did, because it filled up quickly. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. We ordered the Crab Wontons as an appetizer and I wasn’t overly impressed. They did come out looking very appealing and they were good, the crab taste was just a little strong for my liking. My husband and I both ordered the Lo Mein combo. I was pleasantly surprised when the waited said you get beef, chicken, and shrimp instead of having to pick two. You also can order it with just one meat. It was a good price and came out hot and delicious! We also got rice with it at no extra charge. It did take a little longer then you expect for Chinese food, so the manager came over apologized and took care of our appetizer for us. I was impressed with that, and appreciated it. We really didn’t wait that long, but I very much appreciated it none the less. I have honestly been avoiding it for awhile because I always thought it was pricier. It cost us under $ 30 for the both of us to eat here. That is with the appetizer taken care of though, and both of us getting waters. The place itself is classy and has a very nice vibe about it. The candles on the tables helped with that. Overall, very impressed and I look forward to going back and trying more things.

PF Changs will always be near And dear to my heart because it was the site of the first date I had with my future husband. I have eaten here many times over the years and one of their strengths I think is consistency. I have sampled many different dishes and can’t think of one I didn’t like. On a recent visit I noticed that they have revamped their menu and included such items as sushi and street tacos. They also added some interesting craft cocktails. I am not sure how I feel about them venturing into the sushi world, but I still think they have lots of delicious options to choose from. On my most recent visit I ordered the pad Thai. It was good, not the best pad Thai I have ever had but like I said I still enjoy dining at PF Changs.

Enjoyed lunch here 3÷24÷15. It was not very busy at 12:30 pm when I arrived. I typically come every month or so, and usually during lunch. Every time I eat here I always order hot and sour soup, as Chang’s makes the best I’ve ever tasted. Doing some web searching, most people think that chicken is used in this soup, whereas pork is the usual protein ingredient(along with tofu). In any case, whatever it is that makes it so tasty, keep it up – it’s delicious. I ordered a lunch portion of Spicy Chicken, which was good, the chicken seemed less coated then typical. Service was good, but I forgot to mention to the waitress not to put my order in until I was finished with my soup; so it arrived very soon after the soup and wasn’t as hot when I got to it. One thing I would suggest that PF Chang’s look into is offering appetizers in smaller sizes. My wife is not a fan of Chang’s, so I usually dine alone here, and although I love their lettuce wraps as well as the crab wontons, I usually skip them because of the size. The same is true for spring rolls and egg rolls, you have to order at least two, which is silly. Lunch ought to have an option for a single egg roll, or a ½ portion of lettuce wraps. Something new since I last ate here is the availability of sushi, which I will sample the next time.

Love PF Chang’s. Upscale Chinese food, that is a creative and tasty twist on classic Chinese food. They have a lot of great options like Beef, Chicken, Shrimp, and my personal favorite Scallops. They are always accommodating when I ask to leave out an ingredient, or to add something like carrots to the dish. The fried banana desert is fantastic and they have a decent drink selection as well. My only complaint is they tend to be very busy and it can be a little slow to get in and get your order. I ordinarily am not a fan of chain restaurants if I can avoid them, but this place is one of the exceptions. They keep their quality and standards high and it pays off in flavor and ambiance. They also make some decent drinks at the bar and have a good wine selection. Located next to Westroads Mall, and across from the Cheesecake Factory and Joes Crabshack, there are lots of good places to choose from but this place is worth a try.

Even though I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants, this place has a lot of good food and plenty of vegetarian/vegan options. The kitchen made a mistake withy food, but both the waitress and manager worked very hard to make things right.

PF Chang’s should get a clue — their prices are ridiculous. My lunch selection was $ 12.35 — yes, you read that correctly. At dinner it’s $ 17+! I’ve been a fan since the first restaurant opened in Scottsdale, AZ… many years. Chang’s has always been pretty darn good food and great ambience. The trouble is, they’ve literally priced themselves out of the market… mostly anywhere. My friends in KC, MO also mentioned price as being a detriment. There are so many great local places to eat great food at affordable prices, that PF Chang’s has dropped off our radar. I can eat for half as much elsewhere and have a wonderful dining experience, too. I do take out from them, their lunch prices hold ’til 4pm. But even at that price I do it infrequently these days. Makes me sad, but I feel strongly about VALUE for what I spend. Wish their sister restaurant, Pei Wei would come to Omaha!!! If you EVER get a chance to visit a Pei Wei around the country — DO. Food is wonderful, prepared in front of you in the line and affordable!!!

I had heard so many rave reviews about PF Chang’s that I finally decided to go with my husband for a nice dinner out! We went in for an early dinner around 4) and the place was still slightly busy. However we did not get drinks right away. After we were seated by the hostess it took awhile for the waitress to come to our table with menus even. The thing that made me want to leave was the prices. It was good but not that good. It was no where near the quality for the prices they charge and the portions they give you. We had a 2 for $ 50 meal special and walked away disappointed and wondering what all the hype is about. The resturaunt itself is clean and nice. Staff is nice but service was slow. Food was good but expensive ! Overall disappointing! Especially sine we were looking forward to it so much !! I guess we will stick to other Chinese resturaunts! Because there are much better with better bang for your buck.

I love the lettuce wraps. Everything else I’ve had there is ok, but the lettuce wraps are amazing. They’re so crisp and refreshing but savory and hearty at the same time. The first time I had the vegetarian ones, I had to double-check with the server to make sure that I got the right ones because they were so meaty(yes, that’s a compliment). Yesterday we got the chicken lettuce wraps, and they were incredible, as always! I tried the moo goo gai pan for the first time, and it was ok. The shrimp and chicken were cooked perfectly, but the giant pieces of vegetable were impossible to eat. I had an entire stalk of bok choy that was too rounded and slimy to cut, so I didn’t get to actually taste any of it. My shrimp still had the tails on, which seemed a little weird to me in a stir-fried dish. If I’m going to get a seafood dish there again, I’ll go with the shrimp in lobster sauce, which is pretty rockstar. My friend got the shaking beef, and he said that he’d definitely get it again. Our server was friendly and efficient, although it was obvious that the poor girl had too many tables. However, that happens sometimes when you go into a restaurant right at the end of the lunch rush.

Take out was a longer wait than expected. But I needed flavor and knew I could get that here. You can also bomb your diet to hell here. So I chose the tofu brocolli dish called Ma Po. I highly recommend it. Flavorful and can be made spicy with there chili paste. The hot and sour soup is also a good choice here. Tons of flavor without better heavy, fatty, or gelatenous like some hot and sour versions can be.
