My husband won a free $ 500 gift certificate from a radio station to Daniel’s jewlers. No where on the certificate did it say we had to use $ 500 or more nor did it say we weren’t allowed to use any less. The certificate was very specific. A sales rep with a very ethnic asian name took it upon herself to make up her own stipulations to get a sale out of my husband and I. First stipulation not listed on the gift cert we won was that we had to choose from the over priced regular ticket items and not go by the sale items which every single item that was $ 500 and under had a sale tag. She told me of course at first I needed to spend more than $ 500 and pay the difference. Then she continued with stating I was NOT allowed to pick anything under $ 500 so $ 499 was not a choice. Since she clearly made up her own rules I made her read the certificate we brought in out loud to us. It stated I did NOT have to spend over $ 500 and if I decided to choose something less than $ 500 I was not allowed to use any of the remains as cash back or for any other piece of jewelry. She then realized that she was caught in her own made up rules/​lies and backed off. This however made my gift selection process very awkward and I felt rushed because she wasn’t going to get a sale out of me. I couldn’t believe how she treated my husband and I. This was a special suprise my husband won just by dedicating a song to me on the radio during Christmas time. They deserve this Unilocal for trying to be sneaky and then petty on top of that. I will never recommend anyone to buy here and I sure as hell would never return for any of there over priced business.

Customer service is awesome. Merchandise is amazing and priced so well, plus they offer all types of promotions and coupons. The staff is knowledgeable, informative and always help find exactly what I am looking for!

My mom & I went into this jeweler to «just look», but let’s face it when do two women go into a place just to look. We’ll we found exactly what we were looking for & we received great service from Zen. I love great service!!!
We’ll definitely be back!!!
