Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

I had the opposite of pleasurethane here today at drive thru. I ordered 9 piece tender meal. I get home I get regular chicken thighs and who knows what. So I call and let them know. I had to make the long drive back. I had called before and spoke with the manager Martha and she said she was too busy to hold. She hung up on me. I showed up n you bet I got the correct order. Unprofessional for being a manager after I had already paid. Also they could k lyrics give me 3 sauces to go with a 9 piece meal, biscuits, fries and Cajun rice. They charge you extra for more. They told me I should of checked my order before I left… really so it was my fault. Good one Martha the manager who hangs up on you!!!

Just returned from the drive-​through, ordered a 4 pc meal with green beans and a LG ice tea. This will be my last visit to any Pipeyes! It would appear that the chicken came from a farm on skid row, barely any meat. The green beans must have been cooking for days, it should be green bean mush. All this great meal for only $ 10.89. Good luck to Popeyes especially because at noon on Thursday and I was their only customer!

Stupid ass workkers need to check orders before handing out orders I was on the fwy heading home from Ontario to Redlands and craving my butterfly shrimp I open my dinner to chicken tenders whatafuck is that be more active on your dutys very unhappy driving 10 miles back never will I be back!!!

Decided to give these guys another chance. Should have known better. Went to the drive thru. Was told to pull up and the order would take only about 3 or 4 more minutes. 15 minutes later still did not have my order! And mind you, it was only 2 PIECES OF CHICKEN!!! I can only wonder how long the wait would have been if I ordered 3 pieces. This location represent a complete and utter failure of a franchise.

Came in here to order lunch for my office. About 6 orders. Daniel the manager was super professional and polite. He got all orders correct and fast. Restaurant was clean too.

There was nothing special about my experience. I came during lunch hour and there were not many customers in the restaurant. The one employee taking orders greeted me and told me to wait while he went to clean tables. He came back in a couple of minutes.
The chicken was warm and crunchy. The biscuit was sort of harder than I would’ve liked it. The pricing is a little on the higher side than most places. Overall experience was mediocre.

Very rude staff. Will not return. KFC and El Polo Loco for here on out. Got my order wrong and chicken was over cooked and cold.

Ordered Chicken to go — kid at register sneezed after I gave him my money. Suggested to him that now he should wash his hands hoping he would do that before giving my change. Nope he did not wash his hands prior to handing my money back and told me I can count back my change. While waiting for my order the young kid I think his name was Jason — still did not wash his hands and continues to touch surface area etc… please review health & cleanliness to your staff members in the front counter. I wanted to inform the nice night manager but I did not want to embarrass this young goofball.

Great service and the food is always up to expectation. Never had an issue here!

No complaints here. $ 25 for 11 piece family meal with two sides and 5 biscuits. It’s a similar if not better deal than Kentucky fried chicken so it just boils down to personal preference and convenience. I used the drive thru and it went pretty fast. A bee flew in my car while I was ordering and I tried to keep it together while ordering. This is not the restaurant’s fault just being a share bear. Located next to the 10 Fwy and on my way home. Chicken tastes OK and biscuits are delicious. Will come back!

I come to this Popeyes because it has a drive-​thru and its not even that close to my house, but the service is good and I cant get enough of that hot crispy chicken. You cant find crisper chicken. The biscuits are always soft and warm and I have to order an extra one because I have to eat one on the road. Lol. You cant go wrong ordering a side of dirty rice and the amazing mash potatoes. Mmmm I’m getting a craving writing my review. Time for me to go buy more chicken.

Worst fucking place I’ve been
They forgot to put my fries in my bag when I got home I called them and the lady that answered the phone told me to go back and pick up my fries and just left phone hanging while I was on the phone for a few mins waiting for her. Please you guys need new employees I never write reviews but this place a absolute dump.

Really awful customer service, super unprofessional employees. Haven’t gotten my food yet so I can’t say if that’s good or not.

I ordered drive-​thru and was told there were no more mild available. Then at the window, I am told there were no more legs and thigh available… what…

I was happy to see that while the workers here are young that they still value customer service and were friendly and enjoyable to converse with.
However I must say the inside of this place is FREEZING.
Like– wow! I was not prepared for that!
But all in all the food was yummy and consistent– no complaints!

Clean friendly establishment. Ordered at 10 45am and food was about before 11 piping HOT! 4 tenders, fries and a biscuit for 5.38 opted for water and no drink. They have no restroom so inside so go before you come. Food was delis and hot the the chicken tenders are questionable. The meal includes 4 and as my picture shows that was ¼ tenders for me. I have a problem with that and I am glad I was not starving because I would of asked them for another one. Point is, a chicken tender or strip is not the same as a nugget! Hopefully they will get it right with customers to follow.

This is now the third chance I’ve given this Popeyes location and I’m fed the EFF UP!!!
The food I get here is OLD or SLOPPY! Two out of the three times I’ve gone here they’ve forgotten part of my order! WTF! When I confronted the manager, a woman who barely spoke English (seriously what the fck) she told me she’ll give me what she forgot to put in my order– but nothing else. She wouldn’t comp me the meal or any other customer service. I couldn’t believe it. Fckng cow.
I was starving and wanted some shrimp, so I tried this place one more time tonight. And what do you know? ANOTHER FCKED UP ORDER! IM SO PISSED I COULD SCREAM!
It’s taking me every muscle not to drive back and throw my food in their face. My shrimp is OLD, and so crispy the shrimp is shriveled to a fraction of its natural size!!! My biscuit is cold!!! And my Mac n cheese is seriously just gross. Im pissed!

I went to this establishment and waited at the drive thru for almost 10 minutes saying «Hello». No one answered. It was a week day and there was no one else in the drive thru or in the dining area. It was pretty slow. There was a man that was delivering food and he even went in to let them know they had a customer! STILL no one answered. I assumed maybe something was wrong with their mic, so i waited a bit longer. Finally I decided to just leave and go somewhere else. As i was pulling through the drive thru to exit i see the manager and at the drive thru window on his cell phone talking! And i see the other employees standing around talking! Thats horrible customer service!!!
I’ve been going here for years, since i was in high school, and this isn’t the first, second, or third time I’ve experienced bad customer service or something wrong with my food from this establishment. I absolutely LOVE popeyes and the closest one near where i live is 30 minutes away! Whenever i visit family i go to this one, but i don’t think i will ever return to this particular establishment again.

Horrible I will never eat at this location again I ordered the waffle chicken tenders with fries and raspberry crème cheese pie, when I got home I seen that they had gave me no honey maple sauce they gave me macaroni and cheese and instead of raspberry pie they gave me apple. They were closed so I couldn’t call and complain. The next day I called and they were willing to give me half my order I was willing to accept even though they ran out of pies. I get home and see that more then half of my chicken is Inedible tough grease filled and not considered chicken anymore
Moral of the story the management is horrible they like to hide when they run out of things an not tell you I will NEVER go to this location again

Popeyes spicy chicken is the best! I love their tenders! And the cajun fries too. There is usually a special on the newest creation, right now it’s the waffle chicken tenders, that are sweet without the maple syrup dip. $ 4.99 for 3 tenders, fries and a biscuit, add another dollar for a drink! I usually order the special, otherwise it’s kinda pricy. The food is always piping hot and you get a lot of fries too. They’re usually pretty quick.
I had to dock a star because they charge for dipping sauces. Only 1 per order. my one teenie ranch is not enough for 3 stripes and a mound of cajun fries! And I will not pay $ 0.25 for another sauce. They should at least give you 2 sauces per order.
