Ice cream was delicious, service was quick and friendly, shop was clean. We got our 31st scoops with no hassle. Great place. Based off this experience I will return.

I was highly dissatisfied with my visit here. I walked in and no one was there to greet me, I had to ring a bell just to get someone to come out from the back. When someone did come out, she was on her phone talking to someone. She took my order, made my drink, and cashed me out all while being on the phone. My cappachino was extremely watery and did not taste like it usually does. I used to work at a different Baskin Robbins location and this is not how you should treat a customer. I will most likely not return to this location.

I love this location! The woman who works there is always extra friendly and helpful, suggesting which coupons to use so I can save the most. And their seasonal flavor, MAMA’S MAKINCOOKIES is pretty much the beat thing in the world. I just wish they had it year round.

I don’t know. Maybe it’s the load of toddlers and children that’s often there… but this place just screams«unclean» to me. The freezer cases are always fingerprinted and the doors and windows are disgusting. The counter and work area are cluttered with tons of crap, and I cringed when they dip the ice cream scoop in that water that was changed God knows when. As far as product quality — 31 Flavors isn’t what it used to be. Many flavors are icy, not creamy, and lack flavor — they’re just cold and sweet. The scoops are very small with big prices. Honestly, I’d rather go down to Rite Aid and get a scoop of Thrifty that’s twice as big for a buck.

Incredibly rude servers here! No wonder this place was ghost town on a hot Sunday afternoon. I asked if my toddler son could use the restroom and I guess they think they are exempt from CA law and do not allow patrons to use their restroom, had to walk through an El Pollo Loco drive-through lane to find a potty, whilst holding a toddler and 2 ice cream cones, not fun. They also serve out these puny scoops and won’t allow an adult to order a kid’s cone. Rip off artists. I predict this place will go out of business in …1 … 2 … 3 …

Stopped by this location today and was very disappointed! The lady behind the counter(the one with the tattoos) was very rude and short tempered. You can instantly tell she hates her job and does not want to be there it clearly comes through in her demeanor, attitude, and the way she talks to customers. Anyhow, we stood in line and finally it was our turn and they didn’t have bananas, hot fudge or whip cream! What ice cream shop doesn’t have these??? We didn’t end up buying anything since we went there for a banana split and a sundae! This is the third time we try to buy a banana split at this location and the first time their soft serve machine wasn’t working. The second time they were out of bananas and now no bananas, hot fudge or whip cream. Not wasting my time here again. Definitely do not recommend this place.

So last night I went and celebrated my 31st birthday here. I chose Baskin Robins because it was formerly known as 31 flavors, and it was my mission to taste 31 flavors for 31 years. This place was great. First I chose this shop because of their hours, they are open later than most which is a win! And the place was busy, this is because on Tuesday nights it’s family night and have $ 1 kids scoops, also awesome! However it caused me a slight dilemma, my original plan was just to taste 31 flavors, but I realized that would be a logistical nightmare because it was so busy, so we ordered 31 kids scoops. The woman behind the counter was Awesome, she thought this was a fun idea and was totally for it(at least that’s how it seemed). I think this should totally be a thing! Thanks for making it a fun night, btw I could not eat each scoop but definitely tasted EVERYTHING.

I grew up going to this location. I was overcharged and while I was eating I looked at my receipt and I was charged $ 10 bucks just for my sundae. She double charged me when I said something the girl with tattoos said no that’s the price I showed her the menu and said no it’s not you double charged me. She didn’t apologize and on top if that she had a really bad attitude. I have not been back and we use to go ever week but not worth the attitude. Need better employees and should have 2 people working at busy times. The reason why I gave 2 stars is the ice cream was good.

Love to take the girls there on Tuesday nights which are family nights and special pricing. They usually have all assortment of flavors and the place is always clean. They just repainted the inside and it looks great.

$ 1 scoop night is great but(except for the new worker… a gal with tats) the workers there seem like it’s constantly the last hour of a 14 hour shift. Smile a little… it’s ice cream!

The person who served me gave me barely enough ice cream to cover the top of my cone. Which means, ice cream was not pushed down to the bottom of the cone, leaving me eating JUST cone without any ice cream for my ice cream experience here. He was an Indian 45−50ish year old man served my ice cream to me. I swear, I will never come here again unless I was a news anchor or undercover boss advocate trying to reveal the reasons why this business is not retaining their customers. I love my ice cream at the end of a long day of work, and this was definitely a waste of time and money to come here for ice cream. Stingy ice cream parlors really need to change, especially if they will be serving ice cream to children. This is very sad.

So in 2008, I ordered my then-boyfriend(now-husband) a mint-chocolate chip cake for his birthday over the phone. The birthday was on Friday, so I ordered it on Tuesday. I chose this location because it was close to Dave and Buster’s in The Block where we were celebrating his birthday. When the girl asked what name she should put it under, I gave her my name: Shannon. We planned to meet everyone at Dave and Buster’s at 7pm, so at 6:45, I went to get the cake since I didn’t want it to melt too much before we got there. I walked in the store and said I had ordered a cake and it was under the name Shannon. The girl at the counter(not sure if it was the one who took my order) walked to the back room and came out two minutes later and said«We don’t have a cake under that name.» I said, «Are you sure?» She said«Yeah,» and looked harried because there were screaming kids in the shop. I panicked because I thought maybe I’d called the Baskin-Robbins at the Chapman and Tustin intersection in Orange by mistake, since that one was closer to my house at the time. Now we were running late and I was afraid we were going to have to drive all the way across town to get the cake and then come all the way back. When I got back in the car and explained to my boyfriend what happened, he said I should call the number where I placed the order and ask what their address was(makes sense!). I called and they gave me the address where I was, so I went back in. I explained that I had just called them and so I knew they were the bakery I called earlier to order the cake. The girl at the counter checked again and said she still didn’t have a cake under the name«Shannon» or «Shanna» or anything similar. Finally, I asked her if she had *any* cakes waiting to be picked up. She said she had one for«Yanet.» Yep. Yanet. Apparently, that was what they heard on the phone and that was what they scrawled across the cake box. I didn’t even know Yanet was actually a name. So she opened up the box to show me the cake and there was no writing on it, even though I’d asked for it to say«Happy 25th Birthday Ben!» when I placed the order. She told me they don’t write on the cakes unless you put down a deposit beforehand(which no one had told me over the phone). She said she could write the message on the cake before I paid for it. I’ve uploaded a picture to show the end result. It’s a bit cake-wrecky, no? The cake itself tasted fine, but the customer service/ordering process leaves something to be desired. The next year — for my boyfriend’s 26th birthday, however — is another(related) story altogether!
