Del Taco

Just moved into the neighborhood where this store is. Greeted literally as soon as I walked in. The young man who greeted me was straightening up the lobby and hurried behind the counter to take my order. Super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. He was able to recommend some things I’ve never even noticed on the menu as well as new deals.
OMG this Del has COKE ZERO! I’ve never seen that at any other Del. It’s my fav.
The entire store was spotless. Specially where the food was being made. Everyone’s uniforms were clean and worn properly. And what’s with the SALSA BAR!!! Wow what an awesome idea!
I’m super happy to be close to this Del now and plan on going regularly.
#87 isn’t just a fast food joint… it’s a restaurant.

I like a lot of things on their menu. But their epic carne asada burrito is very salty so is there epic chicken avocado.

I absolutely love Del Taco and normally I get exactly what I order and have great customer service. However, this location is the worst. Every time I order something, it either is missing food or is incorrect. This morning I was early for work and decided to stop and get breakfast for a few coworkers and OF COURSE after I get to work, my order was missing food! It is so frustrating to pay for food and never receive it and this Del is the worst. :-(

You need to drug test all those workers again. Seriously. I am sending in a complaint to the Del Taco Head Quarters since most of those workers are intoxicated and need to be fired! I dont know how they even got hired, probably because the manager person is just like them! Honestly, those workers have turned Del Taco into a meth house. Coming into work drunk, high, or intoxicated with who knows what is not an acceptable thing and you children need to learn that.

Last night the guy in the drive thru had a horrible customer service. No recommend at all

Service is good and the food ok but the manager jose is kind of anoying making unesesary comments to people. tries to b funny but i doesnt work.

So I came here tonight around 10:00 PM to grab some food to go after work for myself and my sister. Now, I know not to expect the food to be super fresh at this time of night, but for a place that is open 24 hours, you would think this wouldn’t be an issue. I almost feel bad writing this review because my family and myself frequent this location a lot, but I was extremely disappointed in the food quality tonight. My entire order was cold and it only takes me 2 minutes tops to drive from Del Taco to my house. That means the food was cold to begin with. The beef in the crunchy tacos was cold! The fries were cold, soggy, greasy, and waaaayyyy too salty! I could tell they had been sitting there for a while. The chicken cheddar quesadilla was pretty much all cheese. I paid for chicken and one piece of the quesadilla was straight up just tortilla. Lastly, the churro was very cold and only had a little bit of cinnamon at the bottom of it. I feel like they ripped me off! I ended up throwing the churro away. Who in their right mind thinks it’s ok to give it out like that? Obviously whoever packed it must’ve seen it. I am not one to write bad reviews or complain unless it is very bad and this was bad! Even though I come here all the time, I probably won’t be back for a while. I’m disappointed Del Taco! I work at a restaurant and I would never give the food out like this. This was definitely not worth my money. Now, the reason I still gave 3 stars is that the service here is friendly and my experiences are usually good. The manager is really nice and I didn’t want to base my opinion of this place on one bad experience, it’s just that tonight didn’t meet my expectations.

This past Sunday, I got out of bed anticipating a bleak day. I first went to church (which I do not consider bleak), but then I had to go to my school’s open house for incoming students. This was not something I looked forward to, since I would be doing the same lab demonstrations for around four hours instead of doing other things which I would consider a better use of my time (almost anything else.) I arrived at the lab and quickly had to learn and understand the experiments, a task that already had my brain sweating buckets. But after that, my chemistry instructor informed me of the Del Taco Bold burrito she had bought me, instantly adding some color to an otherwise dull day.
The Bold burrito is a masterpiece, a genius idea which is a signature of Del Taco. One can Bold any burrito, which means to put fries, cheese, and special white sauce in it. These three ingredients immediately pack exquisite flavors into an already tasty burrito. The burrito is usually stuffed perfectly, not too much of the ingredient, but not too little. It is also very worth the price ($ 1.79.) Two of these burritos will just about fill most people up, and I have never finished them both in one sitting. I order this burrito almost every time I go to Del Taco, and it is one of the main reasons I love the place.
I go to Del Taco rather frequently and chose to review this Del Taco because it is the one I go to the most. The service there is fantastic, and I particularly like the fact that this Del Taco serves breakfast 24 hours a day, something that most fast food places do not do. Generally, when I go to Del Taco, it’s on a Friday night with my youth group from church. We are a bit of a rowdy and probably annoying bunch, so I was impressed with the peaceableness of the cashier who deals with us every week. At first glance, he is a grumpy-​looking, mustached man. But my first aspersions were proven wrong in many ways. This man never gets the order wrong; he never exhibits any sort of anger; he is always polite. This man (who I think is called George) is one of the main reasons why I come back to Del Taco time and time again, and why I preach about Del Taco often, especially within the context of the common Del Taco versus Taco Bell debate.
Del Taco is a delicious, satisfying, and wonderful place. I preach of its goodness with a fervor similar to that of the Apostles preaching the Gospel after Christ’s Resurrection. It can make any day better, and I am truly thankful for that. Long live Del Taco!

Don’t get the 8 layer veggie burrito. I just got done pukeing my guts out… on a lighter note every thing else is 100% ace!

If this review was 3 – 5 years ago, this location would have received 5 stars. This was the best Del Taco in Orange County, hands down, all throughout high school and up until they renovated it. It seemed like they closed for renovations, and when they reopened, not only was the facility different, but the staff had changed and so had the quality of their food. Every time I have ordered from there since my food is either over or under cooked, wrong, stale, or just flat out gross. Oh well. At least I have my memories.

I go for a cheap lunch or breakfast. I got the bacon egg muffin not bad. I think it’s interesting they’re now offering a new $ 4 menu and the buck and under menu. I can’t wait to try it out. This interior is pretty open and kept clean the servers and the cashiers are pretty friendly and accomodating.

I love this del-​taco, they are fast, good and 24hrs. sometimes they have people who barely speak english, but i never had major problems.
