The best ever. Excellent service, excellent food. A California institution and classic.

In-N-Out is delicious, but this isn’t my favorite location. For dining in, anyway. Don’t get me wrong — the food and customer service are solid, but the restaurant itself is pretty small and not quite as nice as some of the other locations.

I always stop by when in So Cal. Fries and burger are never frozen and cooked to perfection. Limited menu is just perfect for a quick So Cal lunch.

In N Out is the best drive thru ever! My daughter and I go every other week. They have really good French Fries and amazing burgers. Staff is really friendly!

I’ve been going here for a couple years. Food’s good. They’ve never messed up my order yet. However, I can never get a table inside. ALWAYS crowded, weekdays and weekends. This place needs to expand!

In-N-Out, that’s what a hamburger’s all about. Right? Whether you want regular onions, grilled onions, animal style, a grilled cheese, or a neapolitan, this location definitely does burgers and shakes right. The fries are hit or miss. Sometimes the fries are way undercooked, but if you order well done fries they are sometimes way overcooked so you can’t win. The other issue is the lines here(inside, but especially for drive-thru) can be gargantuan. They’ll often bring a worker outside to speed up the ordering process but it can still take a while.

I’ve been going here for over a decade now and I have yet to be disappointed. The food is always fresh and delicious. The customer service is excellent! For example, only one time my order was incorrect. And when it was, they gave me a whole new burger and extra order of fries. Overall clean, fresh, and delicious!

Again I get a sandwich with lettuce and tomato and spread(veggie)…it really hurt them telling me at 2 windows how I ordered grilled onions, printing me a receipt that shows grilled onions and then giving me a sandwich without any. Oh in and out… what is your problem.

Normal food. No complaints. But the drive thru and lobby wait times are INSANE!!! They have nice staff. Don’t ever go around 3pm because half of the high school comes here every day to get food and hangout.

I just want to give a MAJOR shout out to Deanna and Sean who completely went above and beyond in customer service and making someone’s day! I went to the drive-thru only realize that I didn’t have my wallet with me when I was going to pay(idiot). Sean asked me how much I had so he could figure something out for me and Deanna ended up spotting me a dollar and she used her own card!!! Her own card!!! Couldn’t believe it. Haha Inn-N-Out employees always giving the best customer service!

Any In-N-Out burger you go to you will wait for a long time to get your order. But it’s always worth the wait! They always get my order right!

In-N-Out, the company, gets 5 stars… It’s cheap, totally fresh, and quick. And animal style? THEBEST. This location though… Three stars. They always mess something up. Last time, I ordered a number one(which includes fries) and a protein wrap burger with fries, and I only got one of the two fries in the order. They ask if you want ketchup, and even if you say«yes,» they somehow forget. I asked for sliced(as opposed to the diced) grilled onion, and I swear they slapped it in the grill for one second flat, because it was pretty much uncooked. Considering I only eat fast food once a month, it’s a bit interesting that my order gets messed up almost every single time here. Either I have very bad luck or this location just lacks consistency… I only come to this location, because it’s in between my house and my boyfriend’s, and I’ll grab something if it’s too late to cook dinner or we don’t feel like going out. Also, the line will get long, so sometimes someone comes out with a computer to take orders to speed things up, which is fantastic, except they person will urge you to scoot up… Even when there’s only a foot of space between your bumper and the car in front of you. I get what they’re trying to do, but I’m close enough already… I’m sorry I don’t feel the need to push it and get within six inches of another car’s bumper. Does a couple inches even make a difference? Much prefer the location in the Marketplace which is closer to my place.

Not sure people even need to rate In-n-Out, is it ever not 5-Star? Don’t come here if you don’t want a good classic burger and you’ll be fine! Thank you for giving Orange the best burgers

In n out is one of the best places you can go for fast food. Unlike other places, their food is always fresh and delicious. When I go, I will always get a double-double with fries and a Neapolitan shake. In in out is always reliable and a great place to get a quick meal.

One can never go wrong with a cheeseburger and animal style fries! This location gets really packed during the school year because there is a high school a block away. Be prepared for that. Other than that, love their food! Always a winner in my book.

In and out is always a good idea. Or always a bad idea that tastes so good. Nothing says California like in and out burgers and fries and the milkshakes. Do not come and not get a milkshake. That is not okay. Grilled onions on the burgers are the best. And even though this place is always packed. Service is normally fairly quick!

Don’t go any later than twelve. They’re understaffed towards closing. Wait times are twice as long. It took fifteen minutes for a burger and fries. They gave me a fraction of the fries they normally serve. Because of the hour, all the workers didn’t move with the same efficiency as during the day. Overall terrible experience. Other than that, no complaints about all of my other experiences here, which is why i rate it at a generous 3 stars.

First time at an In-N-Out! I was in Anaheim for a conference. Went with a San Diego resident and a Nashville resident. I’ve heard about the secret menu so I got an animal-style hamburger, fries, and a root beer float. The hamburger was great — I don’t usually like a lot of things on my burger but the Thousand Island-style dressing was good. Fries were just okay because I like mushy fries more than crispy. Apparently they cut their potatoes in-house, though. The root beer float was also very good. I’m coming back to CA in July for another conference and I will definitely be back to an In-N-Out location!

Came here around 5:30pm, not crowded, fast service and as any in n out burger place, the taste is just deliciously amazing! There is no other comforting taste than an in-n-out burger! The burgers here seem to be really big compared to others so that is a definite plus! A couple of tables outside for eating and they are definitely dog friendly because we took our dog here and they were okay with it! NOTE: –Next to other food places(restaurant hop?)
