For this location, they don’t put enough cheese on the pizza and they put way too much sauce. Also the pizza is almost never ready, I always have to wait.

This place has gown downhill. They are so stingy with the cheese. Our cheese pizza was more like sauce on bread. Crazy bread use to be huge and fluffy. Now they are skimpy twigs. There are many other pizza options in Orange doubt this place will last much longer.

The deep didh rocks!!! Although the employees all should be fired. Last week i ordered 3 deep dish pizza’S and was told 15min. So on arrival they had no deep dish for me nor did the even have a traditional pizza ready not one. If someone orders over the phone these morons should not sell to walk up customers. How hard is it to put a name on phone orders since they do ask for it and a #. To top it off 3 other customers walked in with the same problem.
CHECK THIS OUT LAST NIGHT I CALLED AND ORDER A DEEP DISH AND A ORDER OF GARLIC BREAD. THEY HAD IT READY AND SAID COME IN. I SAID PUT MY NAME AND # ON IT. I WAS THERE IN 5 MINUTES TOO FIND NOTHING FOR ME AGAIN!!!

Placed a phone order I guess the girl was new but we both clearly went over my order like three Times and the order was still wrong they said they didn’t write it down my dad came home with the wrong pizzas oh well it was a last resort thing ima keep going to valentinos pizzeria instead

just a head’s up, the «hot-​n-​ready» is never ready. i usually have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the «hot-​n-​ready» pizza, but because the price is right and I love the pretzel crust pizza i wait.

Got here at 10:30am and now 10:40am and still not open. Been here before and never a problem but never been here this early so not sure if this a daily occurance. Always good for a quick bite

Pizza was delicious! I was lucky and it was just out of the oven when I arrived. I was helped by Francisco who was incredible. He told me his favorite toppings and sides and really made the whole experience better. I would absolutely eat here again.

Pizza is good but I don’t like the fact that I have to pay extra for marinara sauce… I ordered cheese bread so I would assume that it comes with it. Then I asked for peppers and parmesan cheese the cashier said that they don’t carry parmesan cheese only peppers. WTF!!!

I worked at this location for a year & for the bad reviews, for the sake of some of those teenagers behind the counter that’s their first job. It was my first job! I’ve seen it all, homeless accusing to call the cops cause I didn’t give her free food, people call in and complain, people just want everything free.
Understand they can only prepare so much for the dinner rushes, eventually there will be a wait ! And if your really complaining about a $ 5 pizza, maybe you should call Pizza Hut and pay $ 20 for a damn pizza. :)

Can’t get their shit together. Giving people the wrong pizzas. Letting people swoop in on pizza that’s ready out of sequence from their order. Just plain terrible. Never coming here for a carry out again. Been waiting for a «15 minute pizza» for 45 minutes at this point. If I hadn’t already paid for my dinner I’d have left.

they did it exactly right and had it done early!
they even cut their traditionally 8-​piece pizzas into 10-​slices for me.

This place employs a bunch of incompetent, uneducated, fat people! My boyfriend placed an order. Came to pick it up in 15 minutes and it wasn’t even made. They told him another fifteen minutes… then he notices that they did the order wrong and told him it’ll cost him more and he had to pay the difference!!! These people can’t even do nothing right and they have no idea what the hell customer service is! They should just kill themselves! Dumb asses!

We love this location — convenient and right off the freeway, with really friendly staff and lots of easy parking. Also a Ralphs in the same lot with a pretty reliable redbox selection. The pizza here is always really hot and fresh and at $ 5, such an amazing deal! The crazy bread is so so good too — we love Little Caesars and this one is the best :)
