Worst menu ever, barely any items on it, you have to ask if they still have items. Most every time we go they are out of ice cream, don’t have shakes… waste of time.

Honestly never thought I’d write a review on McDonald’s but wow this one location is the only reason why I even look in the direction of this fast food chain. I work long hours so I’m either off early morning or super late at night and JESSICA oh my gosh. If she’s not working just leave because this girl is the only person that should get a $ 15 raise at McDonald’s. I stay as far away as I can from the N. Tustin location (sometimes I’m forced to if chapman becomes cash only) because I swear their food is literally always old and gross tasting but Jessica literally takes her time, granted yes you wait a few minutes, but she delivers delicious, HOT, food that you pay for. Not only do you always get what you pay for with her but she’s extremely polite and patient all the time. As someone with such a hectic schedule that’s usually dealing with difficult people on a daily basis as it is at work, I can’t stress how much I appreciate people like Jessica that make life easier for you.
I really hope she gets recognized.

Worst mcDonalds ever. Super slow service. order is always wrong drive thru always backed up because the staff can’t get it together.

Very slow service. Food presentation is fairly good. The line in the drive thru is slow moving.

I frequent McDonald’s more than I’d like to admit and it’s unfortunate that this one is the closest to my house but after the Tustin St one closed for remodeling it was the only option. I am Glad the other one is open again because I’ve had a year of this crappy one and I’m done. Wait times ridiculous, 80% of the time they forget something from your order, fries suck??? How is it possible for them to mess up the best thing they have going for them? I don’t know but they do. Go to the Newly remodeled one on Tustin and save yourself a lot of frustration.

My drive thru order has been missing items now 4 times out of the past 6 visits.
I should have learnt my lesson and used the McD on N Tustin since this one is super fast and has never got my order wrong or left anything out.
You shouldn’t have to delve through fries and burger to check your own order… but if you like doing that, then 4200 E Chapman restaurant is your go to place.

I love this McDonalds and the breakfast sandwich. Ive been coming to this location for over twenty years. Pricilla and Christine are friendly and the best!!!
Unfortunately, my order is only correct 50% of the time and sometimes I have to wait 20 minutes in the drive in. There is a ton of employee turnover which explains the speed and why my order is occasionally correct. I’ve seen a manager named Steve yell at the employees on more then one occasion. In the twenty years I have been coming, I have called McDonalds corporate but that probably does nothing. Heck, I will keep coming because of the tasty, inexpensive, somewhat quick, greasy food but roll the dice on if the order is correct.

McDonalds is possibly the worst food ever. The only edible thing on the treacherous menu is Dr. Pepper. The Fries are stale. The chicken nuggets are plastic. The burgers are just plain nasty. Everything else on the menu is also nasty.

Foods about as good as you can expect from McDonald’s. Service is either very quick or painfully slow, even during non-​peak hours. Employees are either very nice or come off as rude. Drive through is a nightmare.

Experience on 5÷24÷15 mid day. We all know McDonalds is McDonalds and I didn’t expect anything out of the ordinary so I took the drive thru, or should I say sit and park… And wait. Big Mac meal, hamburger, and mc double. Didn’t think it would be that long of a wait, however referencing my receipt it came out to a much longer wait than I had planned for. I sat at the pickup wi Dow for about 3 – 4 minutes and was told my meal is almost ready… Heard that a few times… To the point I had to pull forward and see 2 vehicles that were behind me gather their order and leave. Total wait time 12 minutes. Got home and didn’t have the ketchup packets that I was told would be included. So I just went to my fridge to improvise.

I normally don’t see the point in rating a McDonald’s. It is pretty standard, you normally get what you’d expect. This McDonald’s though, happens to be the slowest in history. I’ve come at many different hours of the day and it is always a wait whether inside or in the drive through. Always disgusted with the amount of time it takes 7 people to get food together. Btw, I just ordered my food (5 minute wait) waited 4 more minutes, wrote this review, and still no food.

It’s 6pm. Ice machine is laboring to fill my cup. They’re out of lemonade. Staff gets a two star rating only because they’re the best robot impersonations around. Fries are cold. Big Mac is cold.
Micky Ds on glassell and Karelia is a huge improvement over this location.

Horrible customer service! Been waiting in the drive thru for like 30 minutes now. Asked for the frozen strawberry lemonade and they tell me they don’t have it! Take it off the menu then! Horrible place to come.

Did the mistake of going to this place but it is my fault as I should know better. They deserve a one star but since it is my fault for going here I will give them two stars.
Waited 8 minutes in drive-​thru and there was only one customer ahead of me. If Death is ever at my bed and grants me one wish I will ask to go to this McDonalds as I know my life will be prolonged by at least another hour sitting in this drive-​thru!

McDonald’s is well, McDonald’s. This one is fine except they NEVER give enough ketchup or napkins through the drive through. If you are ordering through the drive through you should automatically get them! C’mon!
Also, the few times I’ve been inside they tend to prioritize the Drive Through before the people standing in line. One register for a line of 20 people? Really?
Fix it!!!

A kind of long wait for food but it was a Holiday…
I’d come back to this one especially because it was open Holidays and late drive thru
I think 24 hours if I remember correctly
My only complaint is the staff seemed miserable to be working the Holiday

Buy one get one free McCafe every day 2 pm — 5 pm for refreshing smoothies, iced coffees, and other drinks. Clean restroom stop on Chapman Ave, about halfway between Irvine Regional Park and Disneyland. Travel tip: Chapman Ave is a cozy drive to avoid rush hour traffic on freeways 5, 22, 55, and 57.

This place sucks

this was by far the worst mcdonals I have ever been too. The service is terrible. The food was served cold.
One visit really stood out for me. I was eating here and the owner of the establishment had come up and I thought he was greeting me. He proceeded to take the drink right out of my hands and told me I was not allowed to get refills. Now bare in mind refills are free. I was pretty furious because he accused me of never buying a drink and that I was freeloading off of his drinks. I even had the receipt to show I purchased it.

This McDonalds has been here for years, and still attracts so many customers dining in and driving thru. I came here for a quick Sunday breakfast, and it was hard to find a table for 2! Despite the long drive thru line outside and a long line inside, my order was done very quickly, which is what fast food should be.
I saw lots of kids playing in the old playplace outside. It’s hard to find a Mickey D’s that still has those structures. Our server was attentive with our order, which came out perfectly — even the egg white substitutes and no sausage patty (Not too complicated, but some places can even mess that up!). I saw the manager handling a difficult customer very well — kudos for her, too.
Their trays have the new FDA-​designed meal plate, which is divided into the four core groups: protein, grains, vegetables, and fruit + dairy. I tried to match up my meal with the FDA’s ideal meal: the big breakfast (biscuit, egg, and sausage patty)…plus the strawberry jam and ketchup that they gave me?
