Everyone is extremely friendly, great customer service. Their selection of beers on tap is good too. This is a good place to go when I don’t want to go too far from home.

Bartenders are outstanding and always are willing and looking to see when your drink is one fourth empty to ask if you would like another drink. Now that is how a bar is ran. Always have a good time and the place is very friendly. Nice place to go with friends and have a few drinks… Thumbs up!!!

Great food and bartenders. The Irish egg rolls are amazing. They could get 5 stars just for their food. They have 2 well maintained pool tables too. Very clean establishment. They also have a drink called the blarney Stone: it’s fed through a beer bong, so be warned.

CRAP place! You WILL be ignored and if you are of any other ethnicity than Caucasian, you might want to find a different bar to drink at.

When to dinner with friends at Monkey Cat in Auburn(very yummy by the way) & decided to pull up «dive bars». This place came up so… we went. Great reggae band SPECIALBLEND was playing — walked in, no cover & not crowded! Shay, cutie with pinkish red hair waited on us immediately:) Irish car bombs, beer & double special Jamison & waters– had a great, no, GREAT time. Kevin was AWESOME too, thanks for a good time – we’ll be back:)

Wife and I sat down thurs night like 6pm, was slow and were COMPLETELY ignored for 20 minutes. While waiting the staff turned down volume on MY songs when they came on the jukebox, that I paid for. not the first time ive been ignored or had my music turned down. I went up to kitchen to order food, the staff never looked my way, had 2 small kids in food prep area, i had to yell a couple times and wave my hands around to get there attention empl got up and acted like it was a chore for her to get me a menu. I went up to the bar to order pitcher and food and was ignored again by rude female bartender, no acknowledgement, nothing, she wasnt even busy. I flung my menu behind the bar and left… NEVERCOMINGHEREAGAIN

I was in the neighborhood, visiting a relative, and had a craving for pub food so I stopped in. My first impression was nervous because the menu had a few staple-pub items like fish & chips and bangers & mash, but after that, it was just regular American bar food. But I thought, why not, and took a chance and ordered it and … It was amazing. I mean, seriously, this is excellent bar food. Top notch. REALLY amazing stuff. I ordered a cut of meat and it comes with sides; the bartender recormended the fries, but a lady sitting next to me told me the garlic bread was amazing, so I went with a 50⁄50 of both. They were both right! It was honestly the best garlic bread I’ve had in the whole Sacramento region — soft, creamy, garlicy, delicious — and the fries were the type of thing that people write odes and epic poems and songs about. Crispy, crunchy, flavorful and spiced — when they hit the ranch sauce, it’s all over. The world you left behind before eating them is gone and there’s a new, better world in front of you. The meat was pretty decent, too. So, all in all, I was really blown away by the food, though it wasn’t really what I was looking for, I suspect I’ll be back for more of it now that I have proper expectations. Things to note: The bar and the food are different people. You order directly from the cook, and pay her separately. She is amazing, by the way. The bar is decently sized and has east coast bar ceiling tiles, which is a nice touch for the area. A guy came in and set up a table at one point that I assumed would be either a DJ or Karaōke situation, but turned out to just be a way to show music videos for 80s songs for some interesting and cool reason. The bartenders were super-friendly and helpful. The crowd was an interesting scene. Clearly some regulars, some young, some old. Not a bad place. I think the food is worth a stop. As I started writing this, I was giving it a four star because in my heart, I wanted other kinds of UK pub food — chicken curry or shepherd’s pie or whatever, but my wrong expectations shouldn’t take away from some amazing food. Five it is. Excellent.

This place is great! They had some live reggae music that I had to go check out the other night and the place was chill, great people, good vibes, and cheap drinks! I’ll definitely be back if they have more reggae shows!

The food is terrific! They have done a great job with their menu! Staff is very friendly and attentive. I’ve been in now a couple of times and the new owner has definately cleaned this place up from when it was Reagan’s! Nice strong free hand pours which is always a plus, Not like most places that use a measuring device for their cocktails. I will be back in the near near future.

I’m disappointed because I like this place, has a pretty cool vibe. It’s just too bad one half of the staff is excellent, sincere & welcoming and the other half just… isn’t.

So, I was there on a Sunday morning… Any bar that will offer me a drink on a Sunday morning can’t be too bad! In reality, I was there for a post workout Guiness. Yep, I ran my ars off for over two hours and celebrated with a Guiness. Nice place; totally laid back and unpretentious. Guessing that there were close to 10 different beers on tap and also a full array of the hard stuff. While I didn’t eat, the manu looked pretty tasty. Service was good, beer was cold and prices decent… what’s not to like?

Really good food and service. We had a check in special that made our drinks really cheap, but we were also there for happy hour and the drinks were super cheap too. The food was really good. We got a sampler and I think they had some of the best onion rings I have ever had. I would definetely go back!

A good local bar. I gave this location four starts based on the type of bar it is. If you are looking for an upscale clubish type place this is not it. If you are looking for a laid back place to hang out where the staff and other patrons are friendly and sociable, this is it. We went in on a early Saturday afternoon and there were a few people already there. A very friendly place, I think we were introduced to most the people in the bar. My wife asked if they had any apple cider type drinks and the blonde bartender said they did not have any ciders but that she may want to try the Red’s Apple Ale. It may now be her favorite. it was a great tip to go along with the great service. I was happy because they had Pabst. Long time no see on my old friend Pabst. It was a very fun visit.

Not a fan here. The location has so much potential yet the place has changed names and owners so much. I went in and sat at the bar and was ignored for over 15 minutes. They say its an Irish pub but the only Irish thing about it is the Guinness. Nothing else stands out to me and i’d rather make the drive to fat rabbit or even Churchill even though this is much closer.

The food is good but there needs to be more staff when a band is playing to keep up with demands of kitchen and bar. Johnny is a personable bartender but the blonde female is too full of herself and needs to check herself on drinking behind the bar. She was drunk enough to do a show on the counter area behind the bar for some male patrons. She literally jumped up and did the splits where they mix the drinks. Nasty is an understatement. There is no happy hour menu and hope that changes. It is a nice place where locals hang out and a step up from dive. There is limited seating with the pool table so perhaps they can close play and put a hard top on for others to stand drink/eat when it is crowded. The DJ is good.

I used to come to this place when it was Reagan’s Irish pub. People are friendly and great happy hour specials and even live bands on certain nights. Great choice of beers and you can play your own music.

Johnny’s band was great the other night! And I was happy to see Lori, Denise, Erik and Johnny! This has been my home town bar growing up over the years, previously called Regan’s. I was amazed finding the changes Blarney Stone made to this venue. From the change in décor to the upgrade in cocktails available and drink specials. Their food melts in your mouth it’s so delicious and I am sop excited to see what else in New to come! This is the place to be these days. Thanks Rocky~

Well — I will start with a three star… based only on the serious lacking pours. but I know that is an ABC thing so I will let it go. They have remodled the inside, did a good job, lights alot better, little bit classier without being over the top. Pretty much the same staff, with a few additions I believe — seems to be the same day crowd I have been seeing over the last 18 years I have been coming here. There have been some changes to the menu, for the better. I have only had the Blarney Salad with grilled chicken and bacon on it, some blue cheese crumbles. pretty good size and overall a good meal, runs you about $ 9, but only if you add the chicken. I have to come back during the night time and see what has developed. but I think overall the change has been for the better.
