I went here this past weekend with my sister and cousin and was very impressed with the experience. Mary Barney was my consultant and she was so sweet, helpful, and really knew her stuff. She obviously knew the stock very well, and when I explained to her what I wanted for my wedding dress she pulled a dress I would have never thought to try. Once trying it on I knew it was perfect. Mary didn’t make me feel pressured and continued pulling multiple dresses for me. She also took time to carefully assess what I liked and disliked about each dress. Once trying back on the dress I felt I wanted, she encouraged me to walk to the 3-​way mirror to make sure I loved it from all angles. The manager Lisa also helped and checked in on me too and made me feel like my family and I were important and being taken care of. Between the two of these ladies I really couldn’t have had a better experience. So pleased with the beautiful dress I bought and the people that helped make it happen!

Pros–
Was able to actually get the dress I needed in the end.
Cons–
Was left to take care of myself by the consultant.
Had to ask a few times to get fitted for the correct dress size, and was measured twice, each time the measurements were different.
There were 4 customers in the store and 2 consultants, I would’ve thought they would be able to balance their time more effectively in order to help each customer with what they needed. But instead I was left to pull my own dresses and walk around the store with the back of my dress left open because I had no one to help me, even though the store wasn’t busy and there were extra consultants hanging out around the cash register and steaming dresses.

My sister is getting married in September and had an appointment at 11am on a Saturday. The place wasn’t packed at all! The layout is great, and spacious. All of the gowns are speared by size, napkin it soooo much easier to search for the perfect dress. Many of the dresses have bright-​white and ivory options as well. After just having had a terrible experience at Alysse’s bridal at the Shops at Riverwoods, my sister was feeling defeated. Let me just say that Brandi Heiner was an amazing stylist to work with! From the moment we walked in, she was very attentive to my sister. She showed her different styles of dresses, got sizes, went in the fitting room with my sister, helped her get in and out of all the dresses, helped put on shoes, veils, jewelry, etc. Brandi literally ran around the whole time, ensuring that myself, as well as our mom and 4 other family members and a baby didn’t have to lift a finger the whole time. After 2 dresses, my sister found her «perfect dress», but tried on 6 more, just to be sure. The stylist was encouraging, having her try on her two favorites multiple times so we could compare. Well, my sister found we the perfect dress, and the price was great! They also have some specials running an got $ 50 off. We had an amazing experience. I will definitely come see Brandi when it’s time to get my dress!

This store, while the girls are helpful, doesn’t have a very personal feel. Not a lot of diverse options of dresses. I didn’t feel very special or helped while in this store. If you’re looking for modest dresses this store is not very helpful.

Went in for my cousins bridal appointment tonight and these ladies were amazing to work with. We had a few girls helping us with her wedding gown and the bridesmaids dresses and they were all so fun and helpful. My cousin found her perfect dress and we got some great options for the wedding party! I highly recommend going to see these girls for your dress needs!

Brought my pregnant daughter in here for a prom dress last year.
They treated her like she had some contagious disease. First, they asked us, (in the snootiest voices they could muster), what we were even shopping for.
Once we told them that we were looking for a prom dress, they flat out walked away and didn’t even talk to us. They did, however, spend some time amongst themselves pointing and talking about us.
Yeah. If you’ve got a perfect body and you’re looking for something for your temple wedding… go here. Otherwise, we discovered that other places are more accommodating.

I went to try on some dresses last weekend. The girl who helped me was pretty great. I think the manager Lisa made my experience the best! She was so helpful. I ended up purchasing my dress from here and I love it!
