In-N-Out is one of the few places you can get pretty good food after midnight around Orem. Their double double is better quality than the other chain fast food burgers, and you’ll get good service. If you have a problem, just give their customer service a call. They comped me a free meal when my order came out wrong. While I’m not going to rave about the place, I do think they do a solid job.

Never failed to impress me. The burgers are always cooked to order, the food is always fresh, and the service is always fast. Those who gave 1 – 2 stars don’t understand the restaurant business and possibly are making a review based off of one experience. Having been multiple times, I can assure the quality is great. The only 2 things that could use a small change is maybe do a home made ice cream. If it is home made… Then it needs a rework. The tomatoes also seem to be frozen in a way… Or have a very odd texture. They seem to turn to a powdery substance in my mouth when eaten. This has been the same every single time. Other than that, great food and simple menu.

I love this place. I have never had a bad burger, bad service, or bad anything from In-N-Out. I have occasionally gotten a slightly messed up order — like onions when I asked for none(but no big deal). This is my go-to fast food place. Animal fries are kind of like my cocaine. I always get a protein-style cheeseburger and animal fries with no onions, and extra spread. My husband always gets a double-double and plain fries. I love the consistency of In-N-Out: price is always low, food is always good, employees are always kind and happy(I know that is part of the job, but it always seems genuine to me — plus, I’m a total sucker for anyone that is handing me food… fall in love with waiters all the time… it’s fine). My only issue with In-N-Out is that I wish their fries were more substantial. Towards the end of my fries I feel like I’m trying to play Janga with hot, greasy toothpicks. Maybe that’s just me — but it’s a struggle. 4⁄5 until they bulk up my fries. Amen.

In and out burger is wonderfully transferred expertise from point a to point X. The compliments to the chef’s and all the other employees combined. The menu is the same from point to point. And the food is great also.

One of the most consistently good hamburger places. And it is also a very low price. One of my favorite things about their menu is how simple it is and how easy it it it makes it for you to make a decision on what you want. Also their shakes are definitely worth a try.

Yes I am the basic white girl from California who is in love with in n out! One of my favorite burger places! I stopped by here to get a number 1 protein style with grilled onions and fries. It was a magnificent Meal indeed! And not to mention the customer service was fantastic sam took my order with a smile and was very patient and recomended to get my fries lightly done and I must say they were incredible and soft just like how I like them. My food took maybe 5 min so not a long wait at all. This location had a very clean dining room and the outside tables were very clean as well. Will return! This food is addictive!

Of course In-N-Out is delicious anywhere and everywhere, and this orem location is no different. What added to our experience was a wonderful ray of sunshine by the name of Alex. Alex seems to possess an irrepressible positive attitude that engulfs all those who come across him. Highly recommended.

This place is always busy and still we always get great customer service. I felt inclined to write a review because tonight I witnessed the kindest staff! So helpful, picking up people’s trash, greeting everyone. It was really refreshing in a world where customer service lacks in a lot of places! Great job guys.

My favorite fast food place. I used to prefer McD’s fries but then I tried In-N-Out fries well-done. THEBEST. Add well-done fries to a cheeseburger with grilled onion and it just doesn’t get better than that. This location is frequently busy. The next closest one is in American Fork. Great food, great service.

Uh hi, chocolate shakes are to die for. Seriously, if I was ever dying hook my IV to one of those shakes, and i’d live. No joke the shakes are that darn yummy. Not the BIGGEST fan of the burgers, but there is definitely WAY worst out there. Just super messy, so wear your old long sleeves there; because you’ll need them. ;) lol yuck! Ha

Don’t get me wrong, I love their food and the simplicity of the menu. So good. But this particular location is CONSTANTLY busy — it’s hard to find seating for groups. Also, it’s pretty loud inside and made me want to eat my food in a rush to get out of there. But for the food itself, I love it.

Few things perplex me as much as the love people have for In-N-Out. Sub par fries, burgers, service. If you get drug in here by your«friends» :) try a shake and let them tell you how great this is, slowly smile and nod. and then go eat elsewhere.

I have no idea why people love In-N-Out. I don’t even get why they like it better than other fast food chains, other than maybe the price. I’d rather go to Wendy’s than In-N-Out, and that’s saying something. Then you throw in places like Five Guys and it’s really no contest. Anyway, I digress. The burgers are mediocre at best. The animal style fries were enjoyable for sure, and of course the service is friendly. But it’s dang sure not fast, either. We went through the drive-through one time on the way to the airport and sat at the window for twenty minutes. I am not even exaggerating. And there wasn’t even a line, that’s what blew my mind. We were already running late but our passenger catching the plane needed a quick bite — hence the stop at In-N-Out. thought it would be zippy, but it was one of the slowest drive-thru experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. Nobody likes panicking about missing a flight while waiting a restaurant industry eternity to receive food from a place whose alleged dedication to speed is right there in their name. This review probably comes across a little strong, but I feel the need to push back against all the«omg, in-n-out is the best burger evaaarr» hype.

the best burger around. Great price as well. The shakes are really good — strawberry or chocolate. Workers are courteous and the lines move quickly. I will definitely be coming back here often

Everyone says they have the best burgers ever. I would have to disagree. Their burgers are good, but there just isn’t enough meat on them. The patties are almost as thin as the dollars you’ll spend on them. Everything else about the burgers I love, just wish the patties had a little more meat(pun) to them. Still better than 80% of the burger joints here, just not five stars worthy.

In-N-Out is In-N-Out. Always fast, always delicious, and rarely disappoints. The selection on food options is limited, but it’s arguably one of the best fast food joints around. Fresh beef patties served hot as can be on a delicious bun. Sometimes I fe adventurous and ask for a 4×4 — 4 patties with a layer of cheese in between each. Perfect. This restaurant may even be 5 stars for me but there is one thing that holds me back. The Fries. Yes — they are delicious. But the problem I continually find is the fries are cut so short sometimes. It’s like trying to pick up miniature wood chips and shoveling them into your mouth gets difficult. If you are lucky, you will get a few long Fries but it is very rare. I don’t know what the deal is here, but it could definitely be improved. The staff is very friendly at this location. The inside is always clean — the ketchup dispenser is always full, and the lemonade is delicious. This in-n-out burger maintains the standard of excellence that the rest of the chain has done for years and years. Skip Wendy’s and McDonald’s and come here for a real burger with flavor.

I would give it a five stars because it is in fact as good as it gets for fast food. One way to qualify as fast food is to have the a drive thru. The food quality is great, it is still independently owned. When I first ate at this specific In n Out a year ago I thought it tasted different from California but I think that is just my California exceptionalism talking. It is always clean, always a great snack at any random moment. Burgers and shakes are great and I avoid the fries. The menu is simple and the secret menu is easy to learn. As my brothers once told an out of stater… just ask them to make it SAUCY for you.(and then they will blankly stare at you like you are crazy). Cheap quick and easy. Just the way I like my food. And my…(insert really anything here)
