We love this place! We come here weekly for the lunch specials. Fresh food at a great price. I’ve never left here not happy. And they get my order right EVERY time!

I used to eat here for lunch when I worked in the neighborhood. That was 6 years ago. It was never the pinnacle of Chinese cuisine, but something has happened since then and the food is not nearly as good as it used to be. The orange chicken is nearly as much breading as chicken and tastes like it has been fried in oil that hasn’t been changed in months. The glaze was cloyingly sweet. Beef and broccoli was better but not by much. The beef was jerky-like in texture and the broccoli was nearly raw. But at least the sauce was about what I expected it to be. Rice. How do you mess up rice so badly when it comes with every order? Uncooked so much that you could feel the germ in each grain. Come on, guys. I haven’t experienced the atrocious service that others have, but there definitely is a little bit of a language barrier.

I use to love this place but they are so bad now. Gross food and even worse service. Stay away.

They advertise a free order of pot stickers with an order over $ 25, but when I asked to have it added to my order they demanded a printed coupon to show the«special»! I instantly cancelled my order!

This place may have good food, but their customer service is atrocious. I will be telling everyone I know never to go here, or order to-go or delivery. My office placed an order for a team lunch. We wanted delivery. There was a mix-up with the address of the delivery and the driver was one street away from our office.(Less than 0.25miles) When the food arrived we apologized for any inconvenience and tipped well. Then the delivery person decided to be a snot and throw a tantrum about how big an inconvenience it was to come to the correct address. COMPLETELYUNPROFESSIONAL!

Food was far below my expectations, tasteless and overpriced, the lady owner has a bad temper and need to learn to take care of her customers… Won’t return!

Didn’t enjoy my meal. Small portion even when ordering dinner size plus egg rolls tiny. Sauce was over done and everything was packaged as take out even when eating in. Didn’t appear to be very clean. Finally only 2 tables in the place. Alternative is sit at a bar facing the wall. Find another place to eat is my recommendation.

My family and I got Rice Wok on Christmas Eve and it did not disappoint. We ordered Beef and Broccoli, Sesame Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, and Ham fried rice. It also came with a side of white rice. I placed my order over the phone and they had it ready within 20 minutes. Very speedy, on a very busy day! When I arrived to the store, there was a line of at least 7 – 8 people and they still had time to get all of our foods out at a reasonable amount of time. Ho ho Ho! These guys are the true Santa’s and I applaud them for it. Service was delightful. The whole shop is run by a family and they’re all wonderful and kind people. The food is delicious and doesn’t taste like gross fast food chinese. the vegetables were all very fresh and the food was hot and perfectly seasoned. Maybe it was the magic of Christmas eve, but I’m pretty sure my heart grew two more sizes thanks to Rice Wok.

This place is your typical Chinese American fast food. The food is not bad here. There are some seating available for to stay orders. They also do delivery. Came here on a late afternoon Thursday and was pretty busy. They get a lot of to go orders. There’s a very similar location I know located in South Jordan. Even if they’re not the real authentic Cantonese or Mandarin style of Chinese cuisine, they are doing a lot of business here and taking home the bank folks.

This was impressively bad. Went here with my brother. He got the Mongolian Beef. He ate about 4 bites and threw the rest in the trash. Spat out the pot sticker. I got the General Tsao’s Chicken. It was sweet and sour chicken with peppers added to it. I got about 6 bites before throwing it away. I was also able to choke down the pot sticker, but it took some effort. I don’t even know what was wrong with the rice but it wasn’t good. I also got an order of the wontons, they were simply okay. I write this review with a growling stomach that I’m sure was caused by the food. I will not be back.

Just got home with my food and had a taste. Ham fried rice? Try Bologna and fried rice. Also the beef was undercooked but still tasted burnt. Someone must have forgot to do the dishes!:/

Underwhelming. The food was monochromatic(all pale brown), and didn’t represent the decription of the food. My sesame chicken was beyond bland, and left me with a greasy stomach ache. My roommate had stale broccoli in her beef & broccoli. The ricebwas dry, and mixed with some sort of processed ham. Why is it so hard to find good Chinese food in Utah county? I will just drive to Fongs in PG.

dude. How do you fuck up orange sesame chicken my dude? I could’ve gone to costco and copped me a orange sesame chicken kit that tasted better and was better cooked than here. the chicken wasn’t even FULLY coated in the sauce which i can tell that it’s some frozen breaded chicken that was precooked, reheated and slathered together with some sauce and a sprinkle of some sesame. hell to the nawl. i’m so cool and never bringing myself here for cheat day to pig out. i’d rather pop open a bag of doritos in the comfort of my own home dipping it in some sour cream, at least knowing that it will taste like i expect it and not be anything less. then this random fat white old dude is in the front waiting for his food to be served, starts openly raving about this place. and that is why he’s fat cause he loves that msg, reheated precooked BLAH. no thanks. i gave it 2 stars cause they were at least polite, but their food SUCKED. never again.

The line was longer than my husband wanted to wait at Panda Express, so we came here anticipating far better food than Panda. We were disappointed. Got the small family meal. The sauces were bland. The Gyoza was good, but no different than what you could get from the freezer section. Fried rice was better than Panda though. And the pork nicely breaded, not too thick not too thin, fresh and hot, not dry. The sweet and sour sauce though was nothing remarkable.

They should have someone on the phone who knows how to understand English. Explaining my address 4 times and having to read my card number 3 times doesn’t help my confidence in this place at all.

I had eaten here a lot as they are on my way home from work. Prices were great and portions were generous. I ended up getting food poisoning from their food and won’t be going back.

THEPICTUREOFYOURCREAMCHEESEWONTONSHASTHEMINTRIANGLES!!! My favorite wontons of all time are at a place called diamond chinese… they are triangles. I have never found triangle ones besides there. This place has a picture of its menu with triangle wontons… but they’re not. I’m so mad I am gonna tell the internet how i feel! Now you probably well… al pal is just really mad and thats why he is leaving such a poor review. First off… thanks for your lack of faith in me… second… EHHHHH!(poop face). How was the rice? not that well seasoned. more on the hard side… and was quite dissapointing. How bout the general chicken? horrible taste… very nothing and a little sugar. The breading isn’t my favorite type. How bout the cashew chicken? This was actually really well done, the chicken was tender, and the sauce was a heavy soy sauce with just the right amount of sweetness. The only down side… the little bone in the first bite. After that there werent any but the first bite… EW(jimmy fallon). The non triangular cream cheese wontons were pretty good, wasnt a fan of the sweet and sour sauce that accompanied it but hey… they werent triangles so I had already given up. THEVERDICT: so whats my silver lining? its too far away for me to eat there anyways! so just one wasted trip of around 17 dollars. It is an order at the register and you are not served. Which was fine. Another good thing is at least the wontons were in triangle shape… oh wait. DONTHAVETHATPICTUREIFTHEYDONTLOOKLIKETHAT. I’m paul harvey… good day.
