Worst subway EVER! There were 2 people working and there was only a family of 4 making their orders, and the guy made me wait 15 minutes at the drive thru lane. Even when the family was done, i dont know why they made me wait more. Anyway, After making me wait the guy didnt even apologize and he was not nice at all. Everything I wanted they didn’t have. No wheat bread, no herbs and cheese bread, they only had white or flatbread. No double chocolate chip cookie. I mean, I waited 15 minutes to be told they didn’t even have what I wanted. So disappointing.

This is by far the WORST Subway I have ever been too. The one kid behind the counter was the only one helping anyone while four other employees sat at a back table one their phone. The manager(who wagons of them) got up to use the restroom and walked in and right back out stating how gross it was in there. So gross she didn’t want to use it. They were out of meatballs, most cheese, mayo and lettuce. If I was a regional manager of this Subway I’d fire all the management and start over. What a embarrassment.

I went through the drive-thru with my sister and her 2 kids, so we had a total of 4 sandwiches that were very simple. Everything was correct and pretty good quality, but they were extremely rude from the beginning. I was shocked at how rude they were when asking for our order. Customer service is extremely important in the food industry. I know because I worked in the food industry for over 3 years.
