Went for lunch. Horrible food. Steak cooked well done when asked for med-​rare. Server was excellent. Too bad the food wasn’t as good as the service. Won’t be returning.

I Have been going there, taking friends and family since they opened. Since day one, I have witnessed nothing but menu changes and price increases with portion reductions. The dining here has drastically depreciated! I will never return!

My husband used to love this place, but it seems to be going down hill and now after the experience we had this last Sunday, we will not be coming back. We were not happy at all.
They did not have any of the choices my husband wanted and even though they tried to make up something for him similar to what he wanted, the dish was not something you’d expect to pay money for in a restaurant. The server was nice but slow and she gave us a lot of attitude in the end when we were just frustrated by the quality of the food. I ordered the stir fry and it was so salty that I could barely stomach it even though I was very hungry. I would not recommend going here to anyone after the last experience we had.

My husband and I LOVE OUR APPLEBEES, so when we came here after a basketball game with hungry stomachs, we were so surprised by their customer service here. Every other location we have been too was always legit customer care, but here we got the complete opposite. Our waiter was so cocky about how hes such a pro multi tasking but kept walking past us when we needed refills, it was so hard to get his attention, and when we asked for ranch, it never came until I kindly asked another random waiter that walked past us. Then our waiter took his precious time with the refills and the check. It was just ridiculous. All I can say is, don’t get too cocky. Lol. I dont think Id ever eat at this location again.

The prices here are becoming ridiculous. The food is just average. We have been coming here since they opened. They don’t honestly explain on the menu what you get on some items. For example on their American standard burger it says it comes with bacon. One would assume it means strips of bacon like other places. Not here… asked the server where’s the bacon. He says its «worked in» and that a lot of people Question it. Their prices now do not justify only average food.

The half-​price appetizers were the reason for the visit tonight. Thankfully, Will was working and we were cared for with plenty of skill. We thanked the manager upon leaving for a good experience.

Applebee’s has improved considerably lately. We came for the Monday $ 6.99 burger and fries deal. Bear in mind that you also have to buy a drink, so it’s going to cost you $ 7 plus the cost of your drink. I noticed there’s lots of small print on their different promotions. Bring your reading glasses!
I ordered the American Standard burger. You have to ask for condiments like tomato and lettuce (more fine print). The burger was fabulous. Cooked perfectly and served hot. The fries were disappointing. They weren’t hot, and were kind of stiff. But it’s all you can eat fries, so I could have asked for more. I didn’t even bother because I was enjoying my burger so much.
I’ll definitely come here again if I’m craving a burger.

Haven’t been to Applebee’s in quite some time and I see why. Both the service and food sucked. The food presentation was even bad. I requested vodka cran with a splash of pine and received vodka and cran. I requested my wings to be bbq and they were brought out plain and super crunchy. The spinach dip was the worst I’ve ever had. Very bland and chips while crisp were so thin that they broke every time I tried to dip. They brought a side of fries for my daughter out on what looked like a baking pan (I’m not kidding, a square iron pan) and it seems that everyone but our server was waiting on us and getting everything she messed up. A tall GLASS of water for a toddler? Come on. Did we complain? NO. But we will NEVER return. Horrible cannot describe this experience. One star for my husbands burger. He said it was ok but rare when he’d prefer medium/​medium-​rare.

Went to this Applebee’s location for the first time yesterday 8÷2÷15. The server was attentive but we felt rushed. We order the 2 for $ 25, the boneless wings (appetizer) were good, better than the entrees. I ordered the Bourbon Steak — MEDIUM RARE…-___– it did not have any flavor, & was WELLDONE, NO PINK WHATSOEVER!!! ugh it was so gross & definitely not top grade steak. I got like 5 pieces of potatos & all the grilled onions & mushrooms were on the side in a pool of watery sauce and not on the steak. Also, they have this little thing on your table that processes your order & has games like at Chillis, but it does not prompt you to tell you it will charge you to play games. They added $.99 for playing a game. Everything was just not up to my expectations. I will not be going back, not to this location or any other Applebee’s…food is cheap but gross.

I love the oriental chicken salad! It is my favorite! Our server Max was extremely friendly and he will be the reason my boyfriend and I go back! He knew the menu great and anwsered our questions. He was very patient with us even though the restaurant was packed and it was a Friday night! He is hands down, the best server I’ve had in a while! GREAT JOB MAX

Food is average. And when I say average we talking about Denny average. I had the steak. Which I knew I shouldn’t have order. The steak was like grade E. It surely was not top grade steak. Red potatoes and portobello mushroom came with the steak. But both was over cooked and shrank more than usual. All and all thumbs down on the food. But the service very tentative.

Last night we met the best server i’ve had in a long time. His name is Kevin he is a nice guy who knows how to do his job. I live on Kissimmee and I’ve been to other applebees and the experience wasn’t as good as this one. Everything on time, he was there exactly when he needed to be and didnt bother us at all. I give it 4Stars cause the steak was well done on one side and medium as i asked for on the other… But thats about all the problem we had… Didnt ask for another one cause i was finishing it already anyways. But i will seriously be traveling the extra 20min just cause it was the best one we’ve visited. Btw i never do reviews its my first and its because Kevin was perhaps best server i’ve encountered…

We were hanging with friends nearby one night and headed in at 9:15 for half price appetizers. Oops, that starts at 10. We told the waiter that we came too early, so he asked if we wanted drinks and chips until 10. And he wasn’t a pain about it at all! Very nice guy who only asked once in those 45 minutes if we were OK (we thought he might pester us for the whole time, very polite). Ate through a ton of appetizers that night. I’m always good with their food, but one of my friends always complains she feels bad after Applebee’s meals. She was fine after this one! 5-​star night.

This was the worst and slowest service I have had in ages! We joined some fiends in the bar, it was not overly busy but the friends let us know that the service was bad right away. We were there for almost 20 minutes before the server came over!!!
I ordered a beer (2 for 1 drinks-that’s the only reason for the second star)
After 15 minutes I hadn’t received my beer so one of the guys actually went up to the bar and grabbed it for me!
We ordered wings, 40 min to get those! They weren’t bad overall.
We saw the server twice in the 3 hours we were there! LAME Crapplebees!!!

This is the only Applebee’s near our house. My experience each time is never better or worse. I guess it’s just ok. Actually the menu has changed a lot since the last time I was there. I think it taste a little better than before. The half priced appetizers after 10 is good. I think that’s the price they should charge considering you can get better for less in other places.
We used that electronic thing at the table to order food so we barely saw the waitress. I guess that helps them reduce the staff. I like having a server. For the prices, I’m paying for the service more than the food so why take that away with a box.

Love coming here for the desserts. My daughter tries out the different shooters every time while I enjoy the Maple Butter Blondie. So yummy every time. Today she tried the Hot Fudge Sundae and loved it. She’s now anxious to try the Strawberry Cheesecake Shooter next time we visit for desserts.

I have been coming to this particular Applebee’s for over three years. The staff are friendly and the food is always good. If you make it to the appetizer happy hour 2−4pm, they are half off. The drinking happy hour is always two for one.
I have always had a good experience here.

1. Hostess was very kind but confused, hopefully she will improve with time.
2. Waitress=great for 90% of the time,
3. Ordered queso dip, quesadillas were brought out. Fixed, but took way too long. Queso yummy… chips not so much.
4. Waited far too long for our food — with two young children that is never fun.
but then again it is apple bees what do you expect?

Not my first time, but I won’t be here for a while.
Service was slow. Right away my guest and I waited 5 minutes for someone to welcome us and place our beverage order. For happy hour the drink prices are worth it. I ordered 2 large beers for $ 7 something. Drinks were the only thing on sale… really? Not even apps?
So we ordered a 2 for $ 20. We both ordered the same meal — oriental chicken salad– there was nothing special about it at all & glad I got it with a deal.
The best thing about my dinner in addition to the company was the pretzel sticks with beer mustard & cheese — ooooh good stuff. Maybe I’ll go after 10pm when apps are ½ price.
