Stumbled upon this gem at Tasty Tuesday’s in the Milk District, and MAN, I’m a happy camper.
I chatted with the guys in the truck for a bit, and they couldn’t have been more charming. They recommended I be adventurous and try the Ninja. I’ve never had pork belly before, but i now know that i’m never going to try anywhere else. There’s no way it could compare. It was savory and cooked to perfection.
A must eat, and definitely opt for the side of homemade chips. Will most definitely be back.

Stopped by this truck at a corporate lunch. It was so good! Super friendly and down to earth service and great flavor of the food. The chips were a great addition, not too salted or oily. Unique sandwiches that are worth the price. Did not leave me overly full, just right! Will come back again!
