So far, I’ve only had their red velvet pancakes, but they are to die for! Add the cream cheese icing, powdered sugar & chocolate chips on top & they are nothing short of magical! A must-try for every foodie in Orlando!

Local Yolk’l catered our wedding day breakfast for our outdoor wedding held at Dr. P. Phillips Community Park on 10÷20÷14. We had a group of 17 attendees including the bride and groom and we have to say that everyone was completely satisfied and satiated. Not only are the portion sizes generous, the food is excellent, cooked to order, and in the case of our catered event we could try several menu items at our set price for the event. Not only are the food offerings tasty and in some cases unique, but the staff that day were completely accommodating and went above and beyond. Breakfast is a unique offering among the burgeoning food truck craze and I would recommend that anyone who gets a chance check out Local Yolk’l!

We had Nicole and the truck come out for a company breakfast. The food was great, the service was great and it was so easy to book them. I would definitely recommend them… we still have employees talking about the breakfast!

We had Local Yolk’l for the first time last year at a FAVO first Friday event… the new artist studios across the street from Park Lake Presbyterian Church. I had the burrito and it was solid. We are fans of Yolk’l. Weird name, but cool idea for a food truck and they seem to be all over town and are open minded to be at different types of events. Give them a try, we recommend it!

Saw them while making a quick pre-work errand. I was hungry, and everything nearby was packed so I stopped. I asked what they recommend, they asked«sweet or savory», and suggested the savory option if a breakfast burrito. It was pretty big, tasted great(good use of spices), and hit the spot.

this is between a 2 and 3 star for me. i have eaten here 3 times and each time have been slightly less enamored. the food is ok. and that is all. not the best breakfast i have had, by far, and it’s not like they are dishing out amazing portion sizes for the price. their scramble bowl is $ 7 and it is definitely less than 2 eggs and like 15 cubes of home fries. which are also only ok. and i feel like for a place that specializes in breakfast their home fries should be super tasty. and they aren’t. their grilled cheese is actually really good. that is the only thing that i would go back for. basically, this is the place for you if you want to eat breakfast standing up and eating food that is not better than what you could make for yourself at home.

I am a breakfast for dinner kind of girl. It was always a huge treat growing up. My husband, however, feels that breakfast should not be served after 10:30AM. So when we saw the Local Yolk’l truck my husband just shook his head and kept walking. I checked out my other options and circled back around for breakfast. And I’m so glad I did! I ordered the breakfast burrito, my girls ordered the chocolate chip pancake, and a grilled cheese. The burrito was heaven. Like my new favorite breakfast burrito in town. The potatoes were cooked perfectly, it had just the right sauce… I loved it! I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. The chocolate chip pancake was a good sized serving, and full of chips. My 8 year old loved it, and was quite hyper from the sugar-filled dinner. Grilled cheese was a last resort for my older daughter who didn’t want to wait in long lines at other trucks. It was a perfectly fine grilled cheese. Nothing special, but I was happy to find her something she liked. Yay for kid-friendly food trucks! My only complaint? I am short, and this truck’s window is way too high up. I mean over my head too high. Maybe they should bring a little step or something? I was worried I might spill my food trying to reach up to take my order. =(

Local Yolk’l serves fresh and delicious breakfast items all day because who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner?! My go-to faves are The Dabber and the Red Velvet Pancakes. The Dabber is a yummy breakfast burrito stuffed with eggs, chorizo, cheese, potatoes, and enchilada sauce. Perfect any time of day! And need I say more about the Red Velvet Pancakes… covered in cream cheese icing? Didn’t think so. Enjoy!

I got one of this truck’s sandwiches a few nights ago when it was at Tasty Tuesdays in the Milk District. I’d been meaning to try it out for some time but just haven’t gone out to the food trucks as much as I used to. This was worth the wait! I opted for the grilled cheese with bacon and egg sandwich and chose Cheddar cheese. It was great! I believe that the bread that was used was sourdough-flavored, so that made it even better. The bacon was just right. I like my grilled cheeses a little gooier than this one was, but that’s okay — this one didn’t make a mess and was quickly devoured. The man who took my order was both friendly and courteous and supplied me with a frequency card, which is awesome. If you stop by at the truck, make sure to ask for one! If you buy 5 breakfast entrées, you get your sixth free. Good deal! All of the items appear to be in the $ 7-$ 8 range, if I’m not mistaken. For more about this truck, check out its website( ) and Facebook page( ).

What a great evening to have a @foodtruckbazaar in Kissimmee. Weather was perfect and the sky looked beautiful. Most importantly I got to meet the nicest people today. George and Nicole. Owners of Local Yolk’l. I have been a loyal follower on Twitter since day one. Wanted a chance to try their«Brinner» as they say,(no relation to Yul) but never got a chance until tonight. Red Velvet Pancakes. Yum. I have seen pics from @lglastorl and others on Twitter and I was looking forward to tasting them myself. These were yummy. Many people asked about them while I was eating.

This place definitely satisfies your tastebuds. We had the Red Velvet Pancakes with Nutella — simply amazing. The guy who takes the order was courteous, idk if he’s the owner or not, but good job. 7 bucks is decent for this meal, and food trucks are generally expensive, but you really get what you pay for — great food. I just wish they were in the area more often. Oh well, next time if they are in our area, i want to the hazelnut french toast!
