Most horrible!, was coming from friends home in alafaya we got hungry so we pulled up to the window, the sign was off, she asked to take my order, then after me telling twice what me and my husband wanted, she couldn’t hear us, so we pulled to the windows, i was in a great mood and she didn’t seem to be paying much attention so i kindly gave her my order, she dropped the change in the ground so i had to give her more money because she couldn’t grab the change and i couldn’t either, after waiting she said the drinks were missing, i waited on the drinks, after she gave me the drink she ignored that we were still at the window, when she opened it i asked her to give me a cup holder since my cup holders in the car don’t hold the medium size drinks, instead she gave me honey mustard sauce… idk how she got that mixed up. i told my husband… thats not what i asked her for, my husband said its oki lets go, so i looked in the bag i saw my fries over my burgers so i figured my chicken fries were under the frles… WHEN I GET HOME! my chicken fries were missing, and i couldn’t go back because i live in downtown would take me about 30min with traffic to go back for $ 3 and some change chicken fries, me and my husband were so pissed to not only have dropped our changed gave us what we didn’t ask for and then missing order toooo. Next time i order trough inside! and make sure i take everything out and check it.

Very quick service. Staff very friendly. I got a milkshake and quality was beyond amazing. Some people only like to note bad experiences, there are always good experiences too (:

This was the worst Wooper Jr. Ever! It smelled like real cow shit was in it and was cooked to a crisp. I spit it out. Never go here. It used to be a nice treat.

Is it me or are all the BK’s going down the drain in terms of service and quality? This one is on that path because if it takes close to 10 minutes for a kid’s meal, that’s shameful. Thankfully the fries were fresh but the chicken was lukewarm.

I stopped here to pick up a quick lunch on a weekday around noon. The drive-​thru was empty. When I pulled up to order there was a sign posted on the speaker that the speaker was broken and to pull up to the second window to order.
So, it’s clear from the laminated sign that that speaker has been broken for a while and an immediate repair isn’t in the plans. That tells you that the owners just don’t care about this place.
When I pulled around to the window a very friendly woman greeted me and took my order. Problem was they didn’t have a menu posted at the window, and I hadn’t taken enough time to look at the sign before pulling forward. Kind of caught off guard I just ordered a chicken sandwich. She rattled off a bunch of chicken sandwich options and I just ordered the old-​school one I was familiar with. I paid and was directed to pull around front and she would bring out my order.
When I parked I noticed a group of men sitting in the shade at the front corner of the parking lot by the drive-​thru. I don’t know if they were homeless or what, but I kind of got a weird vibe from it.
My food was brought out to me by the same person who took my order a few minutes later and I drove off, never to return.

STILL THE ABSOLUTE WORST BURGER KING! Just went through the drive through, (after a 20 min. wait) to redeem a customer satisfaction survey receipt for a free whopper. There was no store number on receipt to even complete the survey and calling the store yielded no response even after I showed up in line with phone still ringing on me cell phone, but not ringing in store cause they turned the ringer off, probably due to the complaints! (I had to do a reverse look up online to get the store number) I complained to the manager and showed her the ringing phone and no store number receipt… She apologized and gave me a refund for the fries and drink I had to buy in order to get the whopper for free. Or did she??? It STILL hasn’t been refunded and she was unable to produce a receipt showing the refund…(register JAMMED) Claimed it went through and gave me a receipt showing I WAS charged! But wrote her name on it and said next meal is on her and to call if not refunded… to what phone I wonder… and you guessed it, still no store number!

Normally I would never bother with a fast food review, but this experience was so bad I couldn’t *not* review it. I ordered a veggie burger and added full toppings (onion, tomato, lettuce, pickles, mayo, ketchup), onion rings, and a kid’s chicken nugget for my son. We ordered as soon as we got in, then it took almost 10 full minutes for them to get our order ready (I know the veggie burgers are frozen, but it shouldn’t take THAT long).
We sat down at the table and ate. The veggie burger tasted freezer burnt, the onion rings were stale (I even had someone else try them to verify and they couldn’t finish more than a bite – it was really awful), my son’s french fries were in the same condition (I didn’t try the nuggets), and the play area stunk. Not the dirty-​sock smell they all have either. It was rancid – like someone-​had-​left-​the-​garbage-​in-​there-​for-​a-​few-​days kind of smell.
Seriously, it’s not hard to make me happy at a fast food restaurant. I just want freshly-​cooked food that will probably still give me a stomach ache, a pescatarian option, timely food preparation, and a place for my son to run around so I can get a little work done. Why can’t Panera Bread have a play place?
