Chris has been amazing! From the moment we walked in he has been extremely helpful and even gave us a tour with a complementary oculus roller coaster ride!

This is a very cool concept because they have a pretty extensive beer selection. Their menu has many selections from Sushi to pub grub. We went on a Friday when they had a live band and they were great. My wife asked me to call ahead to see what wines they had on the menu. Chris asked what wine she preferred and actually said they don’t normally carry the wine but would have if we came. My wife was very happy to see a pub actually going out of their way to accommodate her favorite wine request. We didn’t use the games and simulators but saw many folks enjoying them. Fun place to be a regular!

I appreciate that Chris responded in honest detail. So I’ll give more detail also. :-) My reply: Thanks Chris. That response feels a bit defensive in reaction to a very honest and direct, detailed, POSITIVE review for your place which is full of praise. CaddyShanks’ name: I have nothing«against» your name, nor did my review even hint at that. It’s a cute name and would be appropos if you had modern golf simulators rather than the ones you have, which have more problems than merely the clubs. :-) But then you already know this. Delivered food: Your serving restaurant carry-out is helpful info, thus I(mostly) praised it. But serving it on china doesn’t make up for problems. A very few: 1.) Food gets cold in transport. 2.) Condiments/dressings get forgotten, can’t be easily changed 3.) Similarly, errors in courses, sides, doneness, etc., can’t be sent back and fixed without a wait. 4.) There’s no waiter follow-up service for additions without ordering/paying/waiting again. 5.) It’s just a much longer wait than in a place cooking and serving the food. 6.) BIGPROBLEM: All courses arrive at once so you get to choose which one you want to eat at least luke-warm, and the rest will be cold — and a microwave won’t solve this(or any) heating problem. But I didn’t rate you at 3-Stars for the food issue. I think you offer it as a nice extra. My point is it’s not a good substitute for dining in the restaurant, then coming to see you later. I think most people agree by their actions. I see them dining in Baldwin Park, then going over to your place after dinner. Bathroom problem: I’m FLOORED by your bathroom response. If there’s a line, there’s a problem. How can an establishment serving food(albeit delivered) think otherwise? The bathroom situation could be ameliorated with more fixtures, perhaps a minor partitioning, and perhaps not. Bathrooms are big, just under-fixtured and single-user. If not for this, I would probably have opined 4-Stars. And WOW. Does meeting minimum code somehow make it OK? How does that logic work in a service business? Insulting my golf skill(LOL): I think your response to my accurate assessment of your having poor golf simulators is bad form — you’re basically trash my skill level in golf and blame me. You don’t know my sporting history, and shouldn’t be making statements about it, or my skill, even if you did. I think my review was generally VERY positive. You’re A-OK, the very Unilocal definition of 3-Stars. Heck, 4-Star with bigger bathrooms. And yes, others also think it ironic a place named CaddyShanks has poor golf simulators with poor accoutrements. It’s fair comment. But golf isn’t a problem. Truly, I don’t think anybody cares about the simulators since I never see anybody using them. Here’s what your patrons like(and LOVE) and care about, and why they return: Good selection of on-tap(and bottled) beers — very well chosen for the number you have, and your good wines, and the friendliness of staff(amazingly good) and the fact you’re open late and are very nice to us when we’re slightly crocked. And I think a lot of people care about your pool tables, which seem very, very good. They get one heckuva lot more use than the golf simulators, which seem to merely take up space. And people like when you have bands. I know I do. I think CaddyShanks tries very hard and succeeds marvelously. I’m happy you’re there. So, yep, I stand by my review as very honest opinion about: «CaddyShanks — the Beer and Pool Table Place with the Golfing Name» :-) See you soon! The beers are on me… P. S. Then you can insult my golf game quietly and less embarrassingly to me(I’ll take it well) instead of swing-shaming me publicly on Unilocal.;-) — In response to: Comment from Chris P. of CaddyShanks Business Owner 1÷13÷2016 — Well, this is quite an interesting detailed review. Thank you(I think)?? Not sure what you have against our name but every one has an opinion,.Your timing on this review is odd, as you have been coming in our place for a long time(of course we know who you are).not sure why you feel compelled to trash our golf simulator, when you don’t even play golf? What are you comparing against? We encourage people to bring their own clubs, but if they don’t have any, yes we offer a inexpensive group of clubs to use for free. we will never offer beautiful sets of club for use because they would be gone the next day. We do offer food from the surrounding restaurants, but what makes us different is it’s served to you on that restaurants china and it’s all under one check, so a group of 4 can come in and eat from 5 different restaurants. we are the only«Virtual Kitchen» in Orlando. As far as the bathrooms go, it’s code brother, that’s all the city requires. I guess waiting in line is a good problem for us, it means we’re busy… we do appreciate your kind comments on our service and hope to continue seeing you in our place. Chris

CaddyShanks is a nice little sports bar in Baldwin Park. I used to play pokers there on Wednesdays, and everyone there was friendly. While they don’t have their own kitchen, they have a specialized menu where you can order food from other restaurants in the area. They have an excellent beer menu, and the servers were good about asking for refills without being too pushy. This is an overall great place to catch a game or hang out on a weeknight.

This is great place to have some beers! It’s a casual, relaxed place with plenty of TV’s to watch your favorite games. You can also play darts, golf, ping pong and pool if you are into that sort of thing. They do not have food, but you can order food from the neighboring establishments for your convenience or you can bring it in yourself if you like. They also have live music every Friday night starting at 9. I have brought many friends in there over the years and they seemed to enjoy the place. I have never had any problem in there with anyone and the staff. The owners are super nice, friendly, professional and always treated me with respect. If you have any issues, bring them to the owners attention and they will take care of it. Just tell them Mikey«clams» from RI sent ya! The prices are very reasonable compared to many of the other establishments around there which is good! I am also the bouncer in there so if you have any problems with anyone there, come and see me and I’ll go Italian on their ass! I am only kidding about the bouncer :)

Great place to grab a beer and hang out. Pools tables, ping pong, darts, golf simulators and golden tee. Awesome selection of beers and you’re able to order food from the surrounding restaurants. Check em out!

Came here to watch some Thursday night football. We originally went to Gator’s next door, but it was packed, so we walked over here. It was our 1st time and we were pleasantly surprised. They have a good amount of TVs, a pool and ping pong table, great craft beer selection and Golden Tee golf games. They have menus with food from area restaurants. The servers will call in your food, pick it up and deliver it to your table! The service was excellent and we really appreciated it! The servers were constantly checking on us and clearing our empty beers and plates. The only thing that we did not like was their bucket specials. You can mix and match a bucket of 5 beers and they will take off 1 beer(the lowest priced) from your bill. None of the beers have prices on their menus, some beers could be 7, some could be 3, so you really have no idea how much your bucket is going to come to.

Great location and awesome staff but I think it’s ridiculous they charge for ping pong and those games in the back. I would be going all the time if the games in the back were free. The racing game is just forza on a couple of Xbox 360s with projectors. It’s fun but not really worth the price in my opinion.

Went on «first Friday» with my fiancé to have a couple drinks. We sat at the bar and attempted to get staffs attention multiple times. After a while we decided to try a different seat and moved to a bar table. We both caught multiple servers’/bartenders’ eyes but got not so much as a, «welcome» or, «we’ll be right with you.» After 5 more min we left. I’d like to point out we were the only non-Caucasians in the establishment(we’re both Asian/mixed). I’d hope that had nothing to do with it, and it was just horrible service…

Perfect spot for any occasion! Prime location right in the center of New Broad St.‘s excitement. It’s open design makes the bar a refreshing environment with people sitting outside with their pets to walking inside to a variety of eclectic activities. With tv’s to watch every sporting event, pool tables, darts, ping pong and more there is never a lack of sports entertainment here. Make sure to take a swing in the virtual golf room! And if your group can’t decide what genre of food it is craving NOPROBLEM! Caddy Shanks offers you the best solution by allowing you to order from the many of the local restaurants located around the bar! So if one person wants sushi and the other one wants a pizza, well now you can both be happy! Really enjoy this place and I think you will as well

We called to make a reservation before they opened and the employee I talked to said they were open to play a round of virtual golf. After arriving they informed us that one of the simulators was broken and the other was reserved. We stayed for a drink and to wait for the next round until they told us the other simulator was broken as well. Their bar staff did their best to accommodate us but it was a wasted trip. We will be checking out some of the other golf bars in town next time.

Great beer selection. And we love the virtual golf! :) I don’t really like the idea of ordering out from other restaurants and making the servers go walk and get food for me and then eating out of take out boxes, so we will eat at the other restaurants and then come by for some beers and golf! Super fun date night place! :)

Interesting concept. Beer and wine only and no kitchen. Has relationship with nearby restaurants and offers a short menu of items from those restaurants. What impressed me is that the staff goes to pick up the food and deliver it to you. I had a sushi roll; wish I could remember the name of that restaurant. It was very good. However, as the place got busier, the food delivery service slowed. My friend ordered a second roll and it took at least 30 minutes. Love the concept though. Staff was friendly.

I totally dig Caddyshanks! I love that I can just stop by here for a quick beer or a glass of wine after a long day. Some nights they even have live music, which definitely helps with the relaxing and unwinding part. Service has always been efficient and friendly. Last time I was there, one of the servers immediately brought out a bowl of water for our dog without us asking. How thoughtful of him! I also like how you can never be bored here with the tvs, different game tables, and simulators that they have set up. The simulators are rented by the hour at a really reasonable rate. I forgot how much the racing simulator was, but I do remember being surprised by how much the cost was when told. It was a lot of fun and the hour went by really quick for our group. Watch out for the golf simulator($ 25p/hr) adjacent to the racing one. The sensors were off so some of our swings weren’t received; select the driving range instead for better enjoyment.

I came here to hve a few beers and listen to a cover band. Overall, I had a nice time. I felt like the atmosphere was missing something. It could of been the layout of the tables. I noticed they had pool tables, which I think is something I would want to go back there for. They had a great selection of beer and I enjoyed some fun IPA’s I don’t normally see. They don’t serve food, however you can order from one of the surrounding restaurants. Something I didn’t care for was that all the tables are really just 2 top bar tables which makes trying to eat and drink difficult at the tables. One might have a better experience with dining out first then going to CaddyShanks to watch a game. I imagine this is a spot for all those men living in Baldwin Park to escape the home for a bit with their buddies.

Trivia Tuesdays is what I come here for, everything else is just meh… My friends at work like to come here because it is a nice central location to do trivia. The host is great and we like the format of his trivia. He does a whole round of just pictures and even mixes word jumbles to his questions. As for the bar itself, it’s A-OK. It is a beer and wine only spot, but they do have an interesting rotating craft beer location. Every week it seems that I’d be trying out a new beer and I love craft beer. This week I had the Shiner Holiday Cheer which i’ve never had before, but quite enjoyed. But i’m not here to review the beer :) The weird/interesting part is that they do not have food, but they have a menu of the surrounding Baldwin Park restaurants and they go and get the food for you and bring to your table. So you can have wings from Gators, sushi for Seito, burgers from Five Guys, etc. Unfortunately, just like when you take food home, the quality goes down. The food usually come back luke warm, or the order might be wrong. But, the waiters are not responsible for any mess-ups that kitchen may have done. And you can’t really customize/substitute your food order either. Another weird thing is when you order drinks or food, they ask for a credit card. Which i guess isn’t so weird since they do the same at bars kind of like the ones downtown. But it was kind of weird the first time. All in all, place is fine. There are other things to do like play virtual golf, wii games, and pool but like i said, i come for trivia.

Had some beers(they have a good craft selection) while waiting for our table at Seito. The place was packed and super loud but fun(it was a Friday night and pouring rain outside during a First Friday event). Baldwin Park doesn’t have much in the way of bars, so this place was good for the area

Stopped by to see if they still do their«give me your credit card before I bring you a drink» distrust. They do. They were empty during Sunday football. Gators one block down doesn’t do this insulting move. You do the math.

This is a good spot to go watch a sports game. They have a lot of TV’s in there and a great selection of craft beer, which is always rotating on tap. There’s also a few games to play as well as a ping pong table in the back. They do not serve food, but if you are hungry, you can order food from any of the surrounding restaurants. There’s a pizza place next door as well as Gator’s Dockside if you want some wings, just to name a few. The service has been good the last few times I’ve went, and it’s always a fun time in there.

Not sure what this place is like on an average day. I visited with a friend following the Baldwin Park Sip event and it had just started raining. The place was packed, but I think the event and weather may have been contributing factors. There was a good selection of beers on draft as well as by the bottle or can. I was able to get a Naragansett Del’s Shadny– a brand new offering from the Rhode Island area. Never thought I’d see it available anywhere in Florida! I appreciated being able to try something new. There were plenty other offerings that would have been new to me as well. Prices were reasonable. We didn’t order any food, but it did look like they were serving the typical bar fare. They also have a selection of virtual games, such as golf and car racing. I believe there were also some pool tables towards the back, but I didn’t venture that far into the place. There were also several TV’s for sports games. If I’m ever in that area again, I’d visit again!
