Price-​wise this place is VERY high. Dunno why. Oil prices are way low right now (less than 30 usd per barrel in jan of 2015) so whichever kind of lube you put it should not be 42USD for the simple oil change with no other service
Asked why and got the mumbo jumbo about the oil price of the oil used in my car. Mine is a 2006 Toyota Sienna. Not a fancy car, you see. Dunno if they pick and choose the victims or do it to all. Service charges in this area is 19 – 25 usd. So seems shady
The ppl were nice to me. But dunno if the nice is to shroud this massive price. My bad was in assuming it wld be 24 usd and came to know only after. I wld say beware. Plan to call the customer service (called once but went straight to voice mail)

Went back a second time and had the same great experience. If you need an oil change, get it done here.

My wife’s car needed an oil change and I didn’t have time to bring it to the dealership where we normally have services done so I stopped in here thinking any oil change place could handle a simple oil change… wrong. They did not tighten the oil plug which in turn resulted to a big leak on my freshly pressure washed driveway. I took the car to the dealership and they advised me that not only did someone not tighten the bolt but that it also was not double checked by a second technician for quality control. Classic Honda corrected the issue at no charge and provided photos and documentation of their observations and work done. I took this paperwork to Express Oil Change & Service and after going back and forth with a manager he finally agreed to clean my drive way. He had no intention on doing this work as he called me 5 minutes later to tell me he changed his mind. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB as the online number to the corporate office is not accepting calls. BEWARE… I believe they purposefully left the bolt loose and informed me of a leak in order to up sell me more services. I’m not sure why either because I informed them the date of service that my brother is a Master Tech at the dealership and that he is usually the only one who works on my cars

Stay away from this place. I should have realized to pull out when the service techs were rude. About a week later I started to notice wet puddles in the driveway. BTW, I have a 2 year old SUV, so it is not an older car. Then, an engine light came on. So, after taking my car to my mechanic he told me whoever did my oil change last never put the washer back in, but luckily my oil was not totally empty and it was a slower drip. I had to pay for a computer diagnosis to be done to my car and almost drove around with no oil. Can you say ENGINE problem? Needless to say I will be trading this car in cause who knows what problems this has caused??? STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! RUDE Employees and incompetent staff!!! Learn from my mistake…

If you are in a hurry and need to get an oil change done, I recommend this place. You get to sit in your car while they change the oil and it takes 10 minutes or less. They also provide a full service repair shop in the back.

Very impressed! Took about 5 minutes. Excellent service. Convenience of staying in the car is awesome.

This location just opened and the service provided was excellent. The sign says «10 minute oil change» and had it not been for how my van was set up, it would have been done in that amount of time.
They never upsold me, just simply told me what their computers said I’d need based on my mileage. They didn’t even pull the «You need a new air filter» thing that everyone else seems to do.
Price was reasonable. They also have a service center which I have yet to try out, but they do brake inspections for free — so that’s a plus.
Service was the big thing. Everyone was friendly, fast and worked great as a team.
