Negative stars should be allowed. Do not go here! Especially if you’re a woman! The sensor popped off of the break pedal of my car and since it was a simple thing I took it here instead of my mechanic. Nothing else was wrong with he car. Biggest mistake ever!
On the way home after they «fixed» the sensor, the break pedal was stiff and barely budged. This caused the breaks to burn out. I took it back and they said it was my fault and charged me $ 700. I told them several times that the pedal was too tight. No one listened. I spoke to the owner Den and he talked to me like I was clueless. So I drove it home and again the smell of burning breaks… I called them back as soon as I got home and they STILL denied they did anything wrong. Den told me to take it to a sister store. Guess what they found … That the break pedal was too tight. So I told Den this and he offered a few oil changes??? Are you kidding? $ 700 that I didn’t have… And you want to compensate with an oil change. Bad mechanics… Bad costumer service. Bad owner.

Worst experience ever. Tim was so rude. And hated me for my lack of knowledge about cars. He was just awful.

I didn’t even go here for service. I went to do a Geico insurance review and these guys could have given a crap about me. I filled out the form and the guy goes, «Take a seat it will be a while.». I stood up and said well Geico said this is a quick 10 minute thing so what’s the hold up. He and his manager were literally doing nothing. He was drumming on the counter with his fingers and probably playing Tetris on his computer. It was legitimately one of the worst customer experiences I have ever experienced. I got up and left.
I ended up going to the Tuffy’s off Colonial and the guys there were incredibly nice and had me in and out within 10 minutes. They were equally as busy as well.

We took my girlfriends car here to get some work done on the brakes, everything went fine with that. This was during the dry time of year.
When the rains started back up, my girlfriend was in a horrible thunderstorm with torrential rain. Her wipers were working fine then just quit. She was forced to pull over and wait until the storm passed enough to where she felt comfortable enough to proceed.
When she finally got home I went to see what was wrong. Upon opening the hood I noticed by the wipers 3 tools, a screwdriver, a wrench and another tool that were jammed under the wipers. Once I removed them the wipers worked fine.
When they were repairing the brakes obviously they used the area where the wipers are as their «tool caddy», then forgot to remove them.
She went to the store to complain and the assistant manager gave her the run around and said that the manager would call her. Weeks went by and no call.
She went back again and once again got the run around.
She sent an email to their corporate contact email and it has been two weeks and no response.
Their complete lack of concern and passing the buck infuriates me and my girlfriend. Thank God their negligence didn’t cause her to have an accident.
We use our cars everyday and especially in Florida we know the importance of having your wipers to work properly, to be driving at interstate speeds and have them fail on you is catastrophic.
I do not expect any reply from this store’s manager nor Tuffy’s corporate. I just wanted to warn any potential customers that you should look elsewhere for an honest car mechanic who takes pride in their work and will own up to their mistakes.

It started with the driver door power window needing repair, resulting in everything electrical in the driver door being replaced. $ 300+
A few weeks later the power seats don’t work so I go back, because they seem fine. This resulted in several cycles of «It’s fixed», pick up, still broke, then drop it off. After a few laps around that track they finally found out there was a short in the wiring between the door and the car that ultimately caused the wiring harness behind the dash to melt. (I wonder if they had figured it out sooner, like the first or second visit, if it could’ve been avoided, but I digress.)
So now they remove the dash and replace the wiring harness. When I pick up the car I notice they scratched (ahem), I mean gouged my tint. Eventually, after some discussions, I get compensated and am on my way. $ 1300+
Then I go back because the rear window defogger is inop, assumedly because they screwed up when they reinstalled the dash. They say it was a dirty connection and all is well, no charge. Nice, but a day later, same problem. At this point I go somewhere else and they say a connection was, well, disconnected, no charge. (Triangle Auto, Merritt Island — AWESOME! — oh, and the problem never reoccurs.)
A few days later I notice the PASSENGER seat lumbar is inop. So, tired of Tuffy’s, I go back to Triangle. They say the cord was cut under the seat and fix it for a nominal charge.
Now, and the impetus for this review, my driver side window is dorked up again. Hmmm, I wonder where I will go. Not Tuffy’s, even though I still have the receipt, the repair and/​or parts may be covered under warranty, and they are minutes from my office. I would rather pay more and have it done right than risk a bad repair.
Also, a friend of mine had his AC worked on there and they inadvertently disconnected an oil line. He drove the car a few blocks, lost all his oil, shut the car down, and had it towed back to their shop. Fortunately he was astute enough to shut it down immediately, preventing any damage, at least as far as we know.

I’ve always had good service here. I feel like they take care of my car not take advantage of me… and that’s good.

Went here to get my car diagnosed after the «check engine» light went on. I called in prior to going in and asked about the services they provided and was told about what they could do and what price I could expect. I brought my car in soon after and dropped it off to be diagnosed using my on board computer.
After about an hour of waiting, since it was a bit busy, I was told I needed to replace my spark plugs. I was told of a few options I could take with replacing the spark plugs, getting my oil changed and cleaning my fuel injectors. I opted for the spark plugs and oil change.
While waiting for my car again, the front desk attendant, who was very nice, took me to get some food down the street when he was picking up for the crew. When I came back my car was fixed and whole service cost around $ 120. Which I believe to be a decent price.
Overall, it is a great place to get any car work done and I would highly recommend taking your car there. Everyone is very nice and knowledgable and the price seems on par for the area.
