Let me first state that I am not significantly fond of The Simpsons. I went here with my friend because he is, indeed, significantly fond of The Simpsons, and I wanted a good burger. I made the mistake of assuming a themed restaurant based around its burgers would have a good burger, as some other quick service restaurants in Universal do. I was wrong! It really is a crusty burger. The«secret sauce»(actually thousand island, I’m pretty sure) is kind of gross, the cheese sauce isn’t very great, and the lack of customization options are severely disappointing. I understand that it’s a themed meal, but c’mon, I can’t even get pickles on my burger like a normal person? The saving grace, however, is the curly fries, which were totally delicious and I could have eaten a whole plate of, but they do not make up for the mediocre burger. For the excessive pricetag, I’d expect better! I’ll stick with Mel’s Diner if I’m craving a burger inside of UO.

Great experience! And you’re across Lards DONUTS! Food is okay. not great! It’s the experience! Fold remember… if you’re at a theme park it’s not about the food. It’s about the service and experience

Very well done, cool menus and food was ok. Again attention to detail was spot on. I am not a big Simpson fan so I didn’t get a lot of the small details

There’s not many options when you’re at a theme park. The food is usually over priced and mediocre at best. Krusty burger was no different. While the experience was fun, feeling like you’re really in Springfield, the food was not. lol The burger was really dry so I’m glad that I asked for extra cheese sauce on the burger. I liked the curly fries as opposed to regular fries and the cherry flavoured cola was tasty(love cherry!). Way too expensive for what it was though.

I got the Clogger here, and I’ve very recently had the Clogger at the Krusty Burger in Universal Studios Hollywood, so I had a perfect point of comparison. This one didn’t measure up at all. The Krusty Burger in Hollywood actually makes legitimately tasty burgers from scratch, while this one just assembles burgers from piles of limp gray patties and oil-submersed bacon in warming trays. Still, as others have pointed out, a worse Krusty Burger is really a more authentic Krusty Burger, and the burger was still very edible.

Thankfully came when there weren’t huge lines. The actual Krusty Burger is delicious. It’s a little pricey but that’s the norm for theme park food. But the burger was delicious, filling, and so worth it. It’s definitely because of the cheese and special sauce. Huge fan of this burger and would definitely return. It is definitely a step above fast food but lower than some of the better burgers out there. But can’t complain for theme park food!

Krusy Burger is pretty good if you want something fast at Universal Studios. I really love going where it is because you get so many options. I got the clogged artery burger(I think that’s what it’s called) and it was delicious! But I will say it was messy so you can’t eat and walk with this one!

The flavour profile of the burger is good, but the quality is kind of crap. This is probably one of the few instances where you could serve someone a less than spectacular burger and it actually makes sense. In the show, Krusty Burger is portrayed as a place with sub-par quality and a generally bad experience. So if you’re going completely from the nostalgia angle, the execution of the food and restaurant is perfect, 5 stars. If you were being served this burger at a regular fast food restaurant like Burger King or McDonalds then its a solid 2 stars.

Being a fan of The Simpsons, I appreciated the novelty of eating an actual Krusty burger, but at the end of the day, it’s overpriced cafeteria food. Fills you up and does the trick, but you’re getting your hopes up if you think the burgers are anything more than mediocre. Nothing is cooked fresh to order, and the pile of grayish burgers hanging out in a steam tray is not my style. But if you’re desperate and hungry, it’s passable. The fries are actually good, but the serving is stingy.

Service was quick, but obviously over priced. They tried to charge my friend extra for a side of raw onion. The krusty burger was pretty good, their special sauce was really yummy. The burger itself you can tell is frozen and the pickle on top was really old tasting. The fries were good, but they were skimpy in size. Definitely not worth the 15+ dollars but when you’re hungry and in an amusement park, options are limited.

This is a virtual ride at universal, and I’ve ride it several times. It’s quite fun to me. But as you and your group are waiting in this little room for the ride to start… this safety video is playing. And it’s the Simpsons so it’s already funny, but they darn grandpa is HILARIOUS lol. But it’s not a bad ride at all.

The Krusty Burger was alright for what it’s worth. They gave me a good portion size on the curly fries. The Flaming Moe is nothing more than a orange soda.

We enjoyed having a Krusty Burger while at Universal Studios, it added to the Simpsons experience and we enjoyed our burgers and fries, and also the Flaming Moes! Not the best food ever but fun to try at least once.

Super expensive, long lines, and okay service. Food was alright and filling, but the day we dined at this restaurant it was storming and I believe that everyone also decided that it was a good time for lunch. I ordered the black bean burger with guac. If you can help it, take yourself over to Diagon Alley and save a lot more $$ by dining at the Leaky Cauldron. It’s at the entrance of the alley immediately to the left(where the breathing fireball dragon is). You’ll have faster seating time, lower prices, and delicious food that isn’t just burgers. But, if you’re at this restaurant just for the experience, then bon appetit.

Ah… the artery clogging Krusty Burger from the Simpsons has come to life! I was happy to see this whole area built for Universal and have enjoyed some fun times at both Duffs outside as well as Moe’s. I have now eaten at Krusty about 5 or 6 times since it has opened and unfortunately, i have to report that it has gone down in both service and food quality. When they first opened, everyone seemed excited and the service and food were great! Lots of people to help you as well as everything looked really good. They took the time and effort to make the food look ‘fun’… but my last visit this past weekend just showed me how they have let this feeling go. When I approached the counter, there were 4 workers behind the counter and they where talking to each other about what they were going to do this weekend while one of them was trying to add water to a hot tray that held the pre cooked burgers. Everything in the hot trays(burgers, fries, hot dogs, melted cheese) all looks horrible. Messy and sad… like it had been there for hours. I stood there for about 2 min before anyone finally noticed me and asked me what I wanted. What I wanted to do was walk away but I needed to eat something and ordered a Krusty Burger. The young lady assembled my food and handed it over. it just did not look the same as when they first opened. The burgers used to look great and well made but now this burger looked sad and dull. I found a seat and started eating. It did taste alright but it was not very hot(I guess from sitting in the heating tray over the hot water) and the fries were also not crunchy like in the past… again they were in a heating tray. It just was not the same any more. Its gotten progressively worse over time. Not sure why Universal has allowed this fun food place to slip. Maybe all their attention is in Potter land… oh, that could not be it(read my review of The Three Broomstick and Leaky Cauldron). Atmosphere = 9 Service = 4 Food = 5 I want to give it the stars I would have when it first opened but I can’t any more… sigh. Enjoy at your own risk.

Obviously this is theme park food. Can’t have high expectations for the quality of the food. That being said –was extremely excited about the themed environment of where Krusty Burger is located — all the Simpson places! Got the Ribwich, which while waiting in the overall line for food(the line before you get to go to the different«storefronts» to place your order) they were playing the«I’m Spelling as Fast as I Can» episode where Homer becomes addicted to the limited edition Ribwich at Krusty Burger and goes on a journey to find more Ribwiches. Essentially a parody of the McRib at McDonalds. Decided to try it out– the Ribwich is advertised as coming with coleslaw, rib, tomatoes, and pickle. The coleslaw was below par and not a lot was placed on. There were two big slices of tomato, and was surprised by the amount of meat. Very disappointed in the pickle though– as I’m a huge fan of pickles with my sandwiches/burgers. The pickle was about 2 cm and was on the toothpick that held the sandwich together. Curly fries were good! Would come back again! But would probs try something else on the menu

I just want to start off my saying that I totally boycotted this place just simply because it’s known as «Fast Food Row» but my hubby HADTOHAVE lunch at Krusty Burger. We walked Into the place and was greeted by a really friendly gentleman who ushered us into a line with a menu. Little did I know that the line was 30 mins long. As I was standing in line, I realized that this place had all types of food. I started looking at the healthy food, but it was all prepackaged and I wasn’t sure how long the food had been sitting out. I decided to go with the fried chicken and it was alright(total opposite of my original plan). It wasn’t the best, it wasn’t the worst. My hubby got the Krusty Burger and he said that it was like any other burger. Nothing special about it, but now he can claim that he’s had a crusty burger. I think the coolest thing is that we ate in Moe’s tavern and it was really funny to watch some of the Simpsons reruns while eating. Good experience, but the food was alright.

Krusty Burger was below expectation. Similarly the supposedly iconic, Flaming Mole. As if queueing for rides was not enough, we easily queued for more than 15 minutes to get to place our orders. At mid point of the queue, staff would hand out menus. Strange thing is that no price is listed on the menu, neither on the screens facing the queue. You only know the price for the food when you are in front of the respective shops. Arranged in a «food court» style, you had to walk up to the respective shops to place your orders. Pizza had a separate queue, Krusty Burger another, flaming mole another. So i can imagine it would be rather frustrating for a parent who was getting food for everyone while the rest of the family get seated. After payment, we were assigned seats by the staff. Condiments counter is located in a high traffic area, which means you have to jostle with people to get to your sauce and utensils. Food was overall disappointing. The Flaming Mole tasted like some cheap vitamin C effervescent. The burger was dry and tough. Price are not that cheap either.

Our tour guide at Universal told us this was the best hamburger you can get in a theme park, and I have to agree. It’s not the best hamburger in Orlando, but it’s definitely a cut above typical theme park food. I had the Klogger Burger, which included two patties and bacon. It was the kind of burger I like, with lettuce and tomato, and plenty of condiments, and the bun held together well. If I had it again I would skip the cheese sauce, which I’ve never really cared for. I can’t achieve that umami goodness of a slice of melted cheese right on the patty. If this place used real cheese it would be four stars. My wife had the hot chicken wings, which I liked by she thought were too spicy. The accompanying tater tots were just so-so, not as good as the curly fires that came with my burger. Service was pretty fast. If it’s a nice day sit outside to avoid the cartoon video, which repeats every few minutes.

Eh, Universal needs a LOT more food options, especially higher-class points. We don’t pay thousands of dollars for a vacation to eat fast food at a park. Especially when the line is 2 hours and it’s literally the only thing within a mile to eat peak lunch time. Also if your eating gluten-free they state they have gluten-free buns, but you wait an hour to get to the front and then when you do and tell them GF bun they tell you it’ll be about 15 minutes since it’s frozen. I was like uh, I make them at home within 3 minutes cmon now. So I ended up getting a crap burger, no bun, covered in cheese. I did ask the manager is how I found out they have gluten-free, but he didn’t think to tell the employees to start cooking it the hour I waited in line, so was a bad experience with service. Otherwise the interior of this place is pretty elite and they have their game down except the gf part but I wish there were more upscale sit-down restaurants to eat at in the area. Food was worse than McDonalds.
