I’ve come to this location on several occasions. Prices seem fair and they often have sales. However, they often seem understaffed and you could easily be searching for an employee for help for 10 mins in an empty store.

The employees here are always very nice.
I mostly come here for office supplies that can’t be found at target, Walmart, etc. I most recently came here looking for a good white board.
The one I initially bought and took home was bent and wouldn’t stick on the fridge properly so I had to take it back and exchange it for another one. The employee was very nice and made the exchange quick and painless!
Overall, I haven’t once had an unpleasant experience at this OfficeMax. It can get pretty busy during the start of the new semesters but it’s nothing compared to the way Walmart and target get.

All the employees at the Waterford Lakes OfficeMax are always so accommodating we don’t have a coupon and I’ll try to find one for you! Don’t price match and the always go out of their way to help you and make everything right specially in the Print Center!

So I don’t expect much from this place but I get really annoyed with the nonstop badgering from it’s employees who seem bored to tears. I wouldn’t mind so much if they could give you help and not immediately call a manager. But that’s a minor issue. The big problem i have with this place is the 15 day return policy. You sold me a faulty printer. I brought it back all you could offer me was store credit. You don’t have the best prices I don’t really want to shop here. Nowhere has a 15 day return policy its absurd.

I am very happy with office max. Every time I go there I find exactly what I’m looking for. Their customer service is great, their prices are fair and they are alway so neat and orderly in their layouts and displays.

So trying to get copies made and their «email wasn’t working correctly». I’d like to think a company like this would be better equipped. I think the lady behind the counter was lazy. Heck she didn’t even a knowledge customers. Lazy employees are never a good sight!
