Staples

I was told I could only use 1 coupon per transaction. I don’t know if that is true or not but if it is, that’s ridiculous. Staples is EXPENSIVE if you don’t have coupons. I must have had at least 4 coupons that day and the cashier had to divide them into 4 or more different transactions. I gave him the coupon code for each transaction only to find out after leaving the store that 2 of the codes didn’t go through even though I made sure they were in store and not online coupons. The cashier should’ve told me instead of staring into space. I don’t shop here unless I absolutely need to.

Employees at Copy and Printer Center are slow, slow, slow. Do it yourself if you can.

Nothing extraordinary but a clean and fine place. Went for boxing/​moving supplies and didn’t have a problem.

Will never go back to this staples, the store is run by two 19 year olds. The store was empty. Was told that an item we wanted wasn’t in stock. Was told the item was in stock in oviedo. Was told they can’t call and hold an item.
So we drove to Oviedo were we we told no item in stock, the manager called Jose up in Waterford lakes and really went on him for this.. We were told the item was indeed in stock so want back and got it. Jose never showed up when we asked for him. He sent an assistant. They couldn’t sign us up for a staples credit card so we could buy it on that. While the Oviedo location could. No apologies for making us drive around and waste our time. I guess the 19 old that told us this stuff was never trained properly. I have no doubt at this location.
In the end we returned the item for a better one. But this location is run shabby and we will not be back.

A typical Staples. Was looking for a specific router I couldn’t find anywhere. They didn’t have it either, but they did have the same healthy collection as BestBuy so I give ‘em credit.
Staff was helpful. Place was clean and organized.
No complaints.
