Under new management and currently in process of much needed renovation. Been to many Viet restaurants and finally found a really good place for Viet coffee. It does have a hint of hazelnut and that’s what make it so good. Management, place remove them fake plants and make it cozy. U are on the rite path

Phở Pasteur is average compared to Vietnamese restaurants downtown. The prices are a bit steeper too. The interior is a bunch of mix and match chairs everywhere with zero décor. The inside is enough to discourage you from eating here. I was definitely turned off by the lack of atmosphere. The food itself is okay. But it definitely does not represent Vietnamese food like the way Phở Vinh does. If you are in dire need of some Phở(usually to cure a hangover or sickness) and you can’t make the trip to downtown for some reason, this is all that’s in the area basically. It’s a last resort. The service is pretty bad too. Our waitress couldn’t understand English so it was hard to get anything extra besides pointing to menu to order. I am accustomed to the friendly service at Phở Vinh! If anything, this place just makes me miss and crave downtown Vietnamese restaurants!

This place rocks! The Phở GA(Chicken Phở) is absolutely delicious. Light and just right. And the portions are just right. I was stuffed! The wait staff is friendly and the place is just homey. Frankly, for a person who lives in the land of Phở, Orange County, CA – this place rivals if not beats some the places. I say go and PIGOUT! And plus it’s so affordable.

Mehh. I’ve had better… actually I can cook better phở.(LOL) So I was really craving phở but didn’t want to slave in the kitchen so I decided to try this place out since a friend told me he liked it. I like that its closer then going to Viet town for phở but I think i’ll make the drive for really good phở. I give this place 2 stars on ambiance since it was just tables and chairs… nothing special. The Phở Ga was alright. The broth tasted home-made except the broth was very murky. Tips for everyone out there… phở broth is supposed to be clear. The reason why its murkey is because the chef didn’t continually scoop out all the foam and excess oil that rises to the top of the pot when the phở is simmering for hours. Although I ordered Phở Ga I barely ate the chicken in my soup because it tasted slimey. I don’t like slimey chicken in my soup. Blehh. Maybe i’ll have a better experience if I come back and try something else on the menu.

My fiancé and I come here all the time and we’ve never been disappointed. My fiancé went to this place when it was under different management a couple of years back, and the new management has made some changes for the better. He said that the food and service are significantly better than before. I’ve eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants in my life, and this is one of the best in Orlando. The Phở is great, My fiancé loves the Bo luc lac. Everything we’ve ordered has always been freshly prepared and served with a smile will little wait time. I really enjoy coming to this place, and I will continue to do so.

disapointment… thats all i have to say… the goi cuong was nastayyy… and their phở was even worse… i dont understand how bad the food tasted… also i ordered a black coffee… i though the meaning of black was no sugar and no milk… well it had tasted as if they had put a WHOLECUP of sugar in the coffee… and the phở, well the soups flavor was not right at all… it tasted very unusual and not good… phở is normally comfort food to me but this time it was a mistake, one i will never make again!!!

Let me first start by saying I am not just giving this place a bad review for the heck of it. I have tried to give this place a 2nd and even third shot and they still manage to disappoint me. The only reason I have given them the chance is because of their proximity to my home. The food was horrible and the place was disgusting the first time I visited. They have changed management recently and I heard they buttoned up a bit. Boy was I wrong, the first time I retried was ok, the next time I came by the cook was sitting out front about 2 hours after the place was supposed to be open. He advised me that the owner has not arrived so I would have to come back because he doesn’t have the key. The next time I tried to visit there was a sign on the door that said that the gas line was broken and to come back next week on Thursday. I came back on Sunday and saw two cooks sitting out front. They advised me that the gas was broken and to come back. Why they were still sitting out in front of the restaurant I do not know. But I do know I will not be giving this place another try and neither should you.

My roommates and I love having this newly-remodeled Vietnamese restaurant near our neighborhood. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful for fairly inexpensive prices. We tested their service once with a bizarre order of 20 summer rolls for take-out. They thought nothing of it and when we got there, they had carefully packed all 20 delicious rolls neatly and used plastic wrap to keep the soft rice wrappers from sticking to each other. Small bucket of peanut sauce FTW! I would personally recommend this restaurant to anyone who lives nearby and is looking for a tasty Vietnamese meal. We’ve noticed dinner time is often fairly quiet. So if you’re like me and you often relish a peaceful restaurant dining room, this might be the place for you! Recent menu located at:

3.5 stars for Phở Pasteur. It was a cold(well, for Florida) rainy night — perfect for some nice hot soup. We were ready to drive to the asian district for some phở, but noticed that Phở Pasteur was a little closer and had decent reviews. The restaurant is located in a strip mall, and like many asian restaurants, is very unassuming. Aside from an aquarium next to the entrance, I don’t recall any sort of decorations. Everything is simple and clean. A few televisions are on the walls to give you something to look at while you eat. As usual, we started with some summer rolls which, along with their dipping sauce, were some of the better ones we have had in Orlando. The soups we ordered were good, but not outstanding. They were, however, a little cheaper than most of the other places we’ve tried in town. Service here was… strange. Generally speaking, the servers were friendly. While we were eating, I turned my head to look at one of the televisions. The waiter came over and asked if there was anything that I needed. «No, I’m fine. Thanks» «Oh? You looked at me.» «Sorry?» Obviously I’m not going to hold this against them, but it’s a little odd. While we ate, someone who was obviously a regular came in. She just walked over and took her usual seat. The servers recognized her and asked if she just wanted her usual, and then confirmed her exact order to be sure they were remembering it correctly. Stuff like that speaks volumes to me. Phở Pasteur is a decent little place — but what may only be a small difference in quality will probably keep us driving just a little further away to go somewhere else.

In the mood for something unique? Go get your Phở on right here on the east side of Orlando! I’ve eaten here twice now… once take-out and once dine-in. Take-out was great but I really prefer these dishes at the restuarant so you get the full effect. Things I’ve tried: Beef phở — comes out with paper thin slices of raw beef that you cook using the broth, accompanied by yummy noodles, sprouts, cilantro, thai basil, and jalapeño. Really fresh and light. So yummy! Goat curry hot pot — This one came in a huge pot meant to share which they put on a burner in the middle of the table so the onions cook right there. Has a really strong lemongrass flavor and a side of french bread. A very savory dish and a personal fav. Jelly and sweet mung bean in sweet coconut milk — An interesting dessert that is kind of like a coconut shaved ice with gummie worm-like things. Comes out in a big glass with a straw and spoon, topped with nuts. You swirl it around then eat the gummie thingies with a spoon and sip on the coconut milk. This was a nice refreshing way to end the meal and my husband said it tasted like suntan lotion smells, which I take is a good thing since he gobbled down half of it! The atmosphere is a bit spartan here and the television was playing a Vietnamese talent show, which was a bit odd to eat to. That’s the only thing that might be turning away western clientele and I’d suggest nice music instead and maybe some interesting décor.

This is the second time I come here and it’s empty and I really have to wonder why… the food here is fantastic! I don’t know the exact name of my dish as I an not fluent in vietnamese but I had a yellow noodle soup that had beef, shrimp, and snow crab meat. Surprisingly there was about four claws worth of crab meat with a good amount of shrimp and beef. The soup was really good and had so much flavor. A small salad consisting of basil leaves and two types of sprouts came with my meal and was appropriate. I have to say that this is my new favorite asian restaurant!

Tasty dinner… after seeing this place when renewing my epass, decided to try it the next time a craving for Vietnamese hit. So ended up going tonight. After a quick call to confirm that they were open we made the 5 minute drive… It’s in a shopping plaza next to the Save A Lot, so not a real upscale location. The store front was a little scary, but as we entered the restaurant it was very clean and were greeted promptly. We had our choice of seats as we were the only ones dining. We were seated right in the middle of the room so we had prime viewing of the flat panel screens on either side of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the movie tonight was«Bio-Dome» starring Pauly Shore. We also noted that a projector was mounted on the ceiling to show movies on the large white wall at the rear of the dining room. We ordered our food; summer rolls, Bun, Phở and Shrimp fried rice. Everything was served quickly! So tasty… Summer rolls were fresh and full of shrimp, pork, basil and rice noodles. The peanut sauce was a little salty for me, but wasn’t too sweet either. My Phở came with spicy tomato broth and I was pleased that it was actually spicy! It also came with the ubiquitous plate of basil, lime, bean sprouts & jalapeño slices. The spouse’s Bun & child’s Fried Rice must have been tasty as I didn’t hear a peep as they both tucked into them. To end my meal, I ordered an iced coffee to go and it did not disappoint… Thick, sweet & creamy. Yummy! There were no other customers in the restaurant while we were there, but there were many Vietnamese coming in for take out, which I take as a very big sign of approval! Vihn’s on Colonial is my usual pick for Vietnamese, but Phở Pasteur is closer to home and is now my go-to spot! Go, dine and enjoy… just hope that there’s not a repeat showing of «Bio-Dome»!

So I love Phở. Who doesn’t? On a trip to Ormond Beach, our companion’s bro was kind enough to pick us up from the Orlando Airport. We were all craving Phở, and just decided to google the closest Phở we could find. I got excited since Phở Pasteur is a fairly well know Phở place in Boston. NOTRELATED! I asked the owner about a possible connection and they shot me a funny look like«wft? Boston?» But nevertheless, verrrry tasty. Fragrant beef broth redolent of cinnamon, anise and other spices without being too cloying. Sliced round eye was nice and rare, piled in the middle of the bowl on top of the noodoes. Rivals the Phở from An Loi(Columbia, MD) and Phở 75(Multiple Locations DC Metro Area).

went here friday and my new fave veit place for phở and summer rolls. first of all the service was great but the wait time was kind of long due to — they cook when ordered. i ordered summer rolls which were huge for the price — little saigons are tops on summer rolls but theirs is small compared to phở pasteurs. i like the bigger version better for the buck. the phở broth is the key for good phở and they hit it on the nail. too bad they dont serve boba. just fruit shakes. will def come back again!
