First time having phở. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with explaining things. Good was very good!!! I can’t wait to bring my niece for her to try. Will definitely be back soon!

It was like coming home. Since moving to Florida from Houston my son and I have been searching for the Vietnamese food we remebered. We found it here. Great service in a homey atmosphere and the Phở Tai was some of the best we have ever had. We will definitely go back to try other dishes.

Heading to Orlando airport we had extra time and wanted to find a great place to have lunch. WOW… we found it! Saigon Noodle and Grill was awesome! We were greeted as if we were family and the service was phenomenal. Don’t even look at the menu and get a Phở… you won’t be disappointed. Next time I travel to Orlando, I will return for sure! Thanks for a great lunch!

Great service, delicious food, and friendly staff! First time here and we loved it. Another family that was dining in had a small baby, couldn’t help but notice how the waitress was so kid friendly and made suggestions on menu items appropriate for small kids. Will definitely be visiting again! Try the Thai Tea! It’s amazing :)

Probably the best place to grab phở and rice on the east side of Orlando. I’ve never dined in, I alway pick it up and take it home. The lady I usually encounter when picking up my meals is super sweet and nice. We usually get the chicken phở and the chicken fried rice with an egg on top. Always fresh and hot when we pick it up. The prices are decent too.

Disclosure: This was my first time having Phở. I apologize if my expectations are off base. I was finally able to try Beef Noodle Phở and overall I think it was something I want to try again before I make up my mind. I really have nothing to compare it to so I’m torn on my review. From reviews I have read, I was expecting a lot more flavor in the broth. I found it to be bland even after I added some bean sprouts, basil, lime and salt. The server suggested a dark syrup-like sweet sauce and I was indifferent to it. I figured I would continue to manipulate the broth so I added some soy sauce and that pretty much drowned in the broth. The Beef Round and Flank meat were uneventful, just added a different texture. I enjoyed the rice noodles very much but I would’ve loved if the broth had more flavor. I will definitely try it again but I want to familiarize myself with the different styles and options. The Saigon rolls we had were really good and the rice paper was another first for me. We had it stuffed with pork and I can definitely eat a few of those at any given time. The service was the highlight and our server was very welcoming, friendly and explained everything. I told her I had never had Phở or Vietnamese food and she broke it down for me. This would have been a 3 Star review if not for our server. Saigon Noodle & Grill is located in the Save A Lot Plaza on Goldenrod near the 408.

Great authentic Vietnamese place, I wouldn’t say best in Orlando but definitely the best in Florida. The lady running the place was very positive and made us forget the long drive, and we were treated with great food. I had bun with grilled pork with spring rolls, it was simply awesome, I could have second. I was also happy to find my favorite 33, Saigon, and Tiger beer here. Clean bathroom and overall nice place, it’s always nice to meet the proud owner of local venue and enjoy good meal. This is a true gem. I would definitely make an effort to go back again.

The food here is amazing. It’s in a random plaza, however give it a chance. It’s the best Vietnamese cuisine i ever had. The owners are an older couple, the woman took the order and described the menu incredibly well. I was between getting a clay plate or rice based dish. I ended up ordering a fried rice with egg, double chicken and steak. It was delicious beyond words. My friend has phở he said it was decent. We both ordered a Thai tea, which was Perfect as well. I ordered an ice coffee after because of the food coma, it was killing me. The ice coffee was great. My meal was amazing, I am definitely coming back soon.

DON’T JUDGETHATOUTSIDE= Words from this Asian chica – if you’re dining at an Asian establishment and there are many Asian-looking faces noshing the grub… there’s a great chance this is authentic and delicious. Yes I was suspicious of a Vietnamese restaurant in a seemingly random location on a plaza… but I was pleasantly wrong. SLURPINGTHOSENOODLESANDTEA = The popular ‘Special’ Phở contained some seriously soft Beef. My own Seafood and Meat combination with Clear Noodles was STUFFED – with more than just Noodles. Very, very filling. The broth was slightly sweet but with a good blend of aromatic spices. Loved it. The cold Thai Tea was also refreshing and very homemade while the Vietnamese Iced Coffee already came to the table mixed(I prefer it when it comes out in the little Coffee Device over a glass cup of condensed Milk but that’s just me being picky) A BLASTOFENTHUSIASTICSERVICE = Our main server(middle-aged lady) greeted us with«Are you ready for some delicious food?» I was caught off guard. Asian restaurants are not known for their emotional servers – like the busser who also assisted the server.

I can’t say enough good things about this spot. Both the service and food were top notch. The hostess, who was also our server, greeted us the second we walked in the door. She was very personable and engaging. She also had us cracking up because I was in with my boyfriend and mom; she called my mom«Mama» the whole time we were there. Our cups never got more than half empty, and we were checked on often enough without it being too much. The food was delicious. We started with summer rolls with peanut sauce. Maybe I wanted to eat all the rolls myself but was good and shared with others. My phở was excellent; I had a pork and seafood combo. My mom had a noodle bowl that wasn’t soup. Hers was great as well. I’ll go out on a limb and say my boyfriend’s beef phở was good as well since he finished it all without offering to share. I’m going to be back without a doubt. :)

We stepped in and boom… EXCELLENTSERVICEALREADY. The hostess was incredibly friendly and the place was extremely clean. in fact, they were cleaning when we walked in. Of course I ordered he Xtra large Phở for my girls. And I ordered Hi Tieu soup for myself. I used the restroom… Super Clean!!! Yay!!! I love clean restrooms! Why? If the rest is clean and the bathroom is clean. then I’m sure it’s safe to say that the kitchen would be clean as well. The staff spoke English very clearly and was hospitable. They asked me if this was my first time and where I came from… she was soft spoken and genuine. They have numerous awards and plaques up on their walls by the register. I presume this is because of their fantastic cuisine and great hospitality. I particularly found their Phở to be wonderfully flavored. The meats were not fatty and they provided a very good amount of it. I had to take some home… I believe this to be the first time… I cannot waste. The Hu Tieu was good, not the best, so I gave 4 stars… but altogether… this establishment was worth the drive and worth every bite. I even ordered Grilled Pork Rice and Shaking Beef to-go…dinner tonight!!! Highly recommended. We will be back and next time I will update on the to-go food I ordered for dinner!

This place stands out for their wonderful service and the tasty authentic foods! Workers are very friendly and food comes out really fast. I ordered the phở with all the special meats. The noodles were thicker than usual phở places I’ve been to so I really enjoyed them. The broth was just okay. The phở ap chao here is a must! The noodles are nice and eggy with the perfect touch of crisp. The sauce that covers the meat and veggies is a little on the saltier side so I like to wipe off excess sauce. But the dish itself is truly delicious. Milk tea here isn’t too bad either. My sister got the taro milk tea with jellies. It was really sweet but it compensated with lots of ice. The waitress recommended the mango or strawberry milk tea. We’ll definitely try them next time!

As someone who was raised in California, Saigon Noodle and Grill has one of the best bowls of phở I have ever had in my entire life. Yes, it is that good. The broth was well-seasoned and not overly oily. The rare meat was tender, and the meatballs were perfectly cut. Not many phở houses can nail all three aspects — broth, meat and noodles, but Saigon Noodle and Grill made the mark for all. Customer service was amazing. The owner who also took my order and ran the cashier said their food tastes so good, because they care. Nice motto. A shared private lot exists for customers. Definitely a place I’m planning to return to the next time I’m in Orlando!

Above and beyond service! Ok, the food is good, and that’s the most important thing when it comes down to it, but it’s great to have the whole package. The most note worthy attribute about this restaurant is their service. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to ensure that you’re happy with your meal. I have been here a few times. They always ask how your day was, the chef and the owner introduced themselves. They make suggestions and if there is something you want that is not on the menu, they’ll gladly make it. Today I went in, and a girl wanted a salad. The owner made it exactly how she described as there was none on the menu… and just wanted her to be happy. Genuine service. Now, the food: generous portions and fresh ingredients. A hidden gem. Definitely worth trying.

I had lunch plans with a long time friend, a fellow foodie and a couple friends from the«Foodie» group I belong to on FB at place on Semoran. We apparently inconvenienced that place because they chose to lock the door and turn off the open sign after making us feel unwelcome. After a few of the others arrived and were brought up to speed, Saigon Noodle and Grill was mentioned. Since I have been wanting to try this place for a while because so many people I know have been raving about it. Off the group went. We arrived and this place was already buzzing but we were greeted like royalty. 3 tables were put together and we were made to feel right at home. This really helped to turn the mood around after what just happened. I started off with unsweetened Iced Tea with Lime and browsed the menu. Be warned, the menu is quite extensive but that is not uncommon at most Vietnamese restaurants in my experience. I saw a LOT of things that caught my eye but my fellow foodie was a veteran here and recommended the Shrimp and Minced Crab Soup. I really wanted to try their Phở but I took his recommendation. I also decided to try the Wonton Soup and to start off with some Summer Rolls. The tea was a little on the weak side but the fact that they had lime made up for it. I do have to admit I like a strong brew for my tea so take that with a grain of salt. The Summer Rolls were beautifully made. There was some pork and rice wrapped up with 3 shrimp. The rolls were just the right size to be eaten in 3 bites allowing you to taste all three flavors in every bite. The peanut sauce had a nice flavor and the texture. The Wonton Soup I have to say is by far one of the best I have ever had. You have a combination of textures and flavors that come together in a perfect balance. The wonton themselves had a nice flavor and this is the first time I did not need to add any salt to my Wonton soup. Finally my Shrimp and Minced Crab soup arrived. presentation was very nice but the smell had my attention right away. I am not a huge fan of fried tofu but theirs was fried just enough to add some flavor and texture to it and that was a pleasant surprise. The broth was so rich in flavor I was in heaven but I was in the mood for just a bit more kick and the hot sauce on the table added just the right amount of kick for my taste buds without overpowering the soup. Normally I will leave the remainder of my soup if I don’t finish BUT I took the rest of this soup to go! One of the members of our group was a vegetarian and that was no problem. I may not be a vegetarian but it was nice to see how accommodating the staff was regarding his needs. Ambiance — 5 Service — 5 Spring Rolls — 5 Wonton Soup — 5 Shrimp and Minced Crab Soup — 5 Value — 5 I can’t wait to come back here with my wife because I have no doubt she will love this place. I also have no problem recommending this place to the rest of you because the food and service was top notch.

I ordered the garden roll for an appetizer, it comes with one of the best peanut sauces I have ever had!!! For my main dish I ordered the shrimp pad thai, which was great as well! Great food and service, will definitely return when I travel back to Orlando!
