The Harp is the Celt’s staid sister restaurant, located next door. There are no TVs showing football, no beer signs on the walls, and not even a bar that I saw. It’s a dark, intimate casual restaurant where quiet Irish music is played. The décor is soothingly austere and the menu is distinctly Irish. I chose Fish and Chips for lunch, quite a healthy portion by the way, which was on special for $ 7.95, three dollars off the menu price. The Harp is a tasteful and friendly spot — don’t expect to get up and Riverdance, just enjoy.
