Avoid this place if you see a big crowd waiting to pick up food. They’re quick to take your order and money but extremely slow getting you your food. Currently still in line and its approaching 30 mins. They just called out 20 and I’m 24. Came here for a quick bite. WORSTMISTAKE! AVOIDTHISPLACE. UPDATE* got my food and my bun is cold and the ice on my Coke has melted… This place ruined the rest of my night.

Foods tastes great they have lots a varieties of the whopper but it does cost a little more than a regular BK I recommend the bourbon whopper.

For a BK, I thought is was very good. I only eat at BK about once every 3 years. However, I was in the mood and had the blue cheese burger. Nice pleasant change for a Burger King Burger. Service was good(not many people around) and the food was above average for a BK.

Meh is putting it best. It is pretty much a place where you can get an overpriced whopper that’s the same quality as what you get when from the regular BK restaurants. I would love to see Universal close this and put a real burger place like Five Guys, Smashburger or something similar, just not this mediocre fast food joint.

Tip: if you make your own, make sure to ask for the basic stuff(i.e. lettuce, tomato, etc.) Sister didn’t realize she had to specify. Essentially echoing everyone else: the Whopper Bar attempts to make a higher-level Burger King but really, is a BK with bigger burgers. When I saw the logo(the logo looks good), I assumed it’d be its own fast food restaurant but it shares a food court with Panda Express and a southwest grill. If BK was trying to level it up, it failed just on that basis. Dad got Texas Grill Whopper, thought it was fine. Sister made her own, & was unhappy to discover that there was no lettuce. She got some from my mom, who ordered a chicken salad. Also made hers a combo– fries were bleh, but her soda was huge! Mom was probably the most satisfied with her meal(lol, the person who got salad at a whopper bar is the happiest), and happily pointed out that the chicken was good and her salad had been packaged the same day. PS: she had to take a pre-packaged salad from the side and received her chicken separately– at least the chicken is… fresher? I got the Californian Whopper, mostly for the guac, and asked to add the onion rings inside of it(based on another fave and because the build-your-own-whopper says they’re on the house; cannot verify because Mom paid.) Both guac and onion rings were pretty tasteless. Bottom line: go in expecting BK burgers and nothing more and you’ll be ok with your meal. Expecting more is the road to disappointment here.
