For a fast food style sushi joint, the food is very enjoyable. The price is a little high but not crazy expensive. When it comes to Sushi, you get what you pay for, so I would rather pay a little more and get good quality food. That being said, this isn’t the best sushi I have ever had, but it definitely is good. I my you like sushi, check this place out.

I eat a a lot of sushi and for a fast food it was great. Ask to add eel sauce on one of the crunchy rolls and you won’t be disappointed.

The sushi tastes pretty decent, despite the fact that all of the fish comes in frozen and then thawed. I know the taste between fresh vs previously frozen and was lied to at first. Later, the truth came out… All good, I’m not saying there is anything wrong with frozen fish… The chicken teriyaki sticks are purchased from a Chinese restaurant and then brought to fusion to be frozen and microwaved whenever ordered. I caught the girl at the front counter opening and slamming the freezer and then later heard a microwave beep. So I asked and she told. Oops! The Japanese beers here are nice and cold with very good flavor on the draft.(2 choices, Kirin Ichihara or Kirin light) Overall, I would say the sushi is worth trying at least once. I personally liked most of the roll I ordered except for the ‘dancing eel’. The chicken teriyaki sticks I would stay away from!

I don’t understand why people are giving this place 3 stars and saying how good it is. It is good sushi, reasonably priced. Granted there’s a limited selection but it’s good enough for where it is and its purpose. The rolls are a nice size. The fish is fresh. The seaweed salad was yum. I could not have asked for a better meal. I highly recommend it.

I’ve definitely had better sushi and at a cheaper price than what I had from Fusion Bistro Sushi & Sake. I ordered the California Roll and Florida Baked Roll, which is a baked tuna roll with salmon on top drizzled with creamy orange sauce. The sauce on the Florida Baked Roll was tasty and was the first(and only) note to the sushi roll. Once the flavor from the sauce wears off during a bite, what you are left with is chewy salmon and tuna that are lacking in any flavor at all. This is a roll that starts with a bang and fizzles out in flavor almost immediately. The California Roll was also nothing spectacular, and I was actually disappointed with the use of imitation crab in the roll instead of real crab. I wouldn’t come back again.

Surprisingly good sushi for a walk-up sushi place. The location is excellent if you are going to a movie or coming back from a day at the parks. Fish tastes fresh and they have some nice unique rolls. Not gourmet by any stretch of the imagination, but worth trying!

We came here for dinner before going to the Blue Man Group show. They just opened a few months back. We got there a few hours before the show so that we could enjoy our time at City Walk. We ordered the spicy tuna seaweed salad and the tuna temaki. We also ordered two beers as well as a glass of sake to enjoy with our beers. The lady at the counter told us it was their policy to only allow one drink per adult– which was lame. Most establishment limits you to two drinks per person. We sit down and had a good spot near the cash registered, so we could hear our name being called out, when our food was ready. The portion size of the seaweed salad was a bit smaller than we would have like. The siracha drizzled on top of the salad gave it just the right amount of kick. The temaki was a good size and a good amount of tuna. Most temaki I’ve ordered in the past, they would fill the bottom with a lot of rice and then fill the middle section with the protein so that when you were 2⁄3 done with your temaki, you were literally just eating rice and seaweed paper. But not this place! We had time to kill and more room in our stomach, so we ordered another round of beer and sake as well as an order of edamame. We got our items and started to try one of the edamame. Ugh. it was cold. I guess she didn’t microwave it enough? Honestly, how can you mess up edamame? I figure it was a bad piece, then my hubby had a frozen piece… so about 5% of the edamame was heated up, 75% was room temperature and then 20% was still frozen. Overall, we enjoyed our meal there, minus the edamame. The price was affordable for food and drinks compared to eating some of the other restaurants at City Walk. If you’re here for a show or just need a bite to eat, come check this place out… just don’t order the edamame. Also, one drink per person, please. Or just put your drink down at your table, then get back in line.

Tucked away in Orlando’s city walk is this awesome sushi bar. Sushi is made right in front of you with fresh fish. Staff were great and service was quick. But most of all the sushi was delish! I recommend the crunchy tuna and the red dragon roll.

This is the best window service sushi that I’ve had anywhere. The prices don’t hurt either. Two massive bento boxes and Two Kirin Ichiban — $ 30. We honestly didn’t plan on eating here because we’d already eaten so much sushi on our vacation, but as soon as we walked by and saw the awesome rolls coming out and Japanese beers on tap we were drawn right in. My brother got the red dragon bento box and I opted for the unagi bento. Not only were the rolls fresh and well put together, but the bento boxes came with SO much food… house salad with ginger dressing, seaweed salad, miso soup, rice, and a dessert roll. Everything was excellent. To top it off, they’ve got Japanese beers on tap and in bottles, and several different sake selections.

Ate here with my gf before seeing a movie a few months back. We headed upstairs with intentions of going to Moe’s but were excited to see this new addition. We were granted a discount for being annual pass holders(20% if memory serves) and enjoyed our bento box style meals. They included a seaweed salad, desert, another kind of salad, and the requisite sushi. Everything was delicious and fresh. While the prices were a bit high, that is to be expected however we were both completely full after eating something that provides great value like those aforementioned ‘boxes’. We will keep this place in mind the next time we need a quick bite when @ Universal!

It was quick and convenient. I ordered sushi rolls, it was simple and yummy. Worth a try;) The plum wine was amazing, to say the least.

Where else can you get sushi rolls at 2 in the morning! For what they are, fast and casual dinning you can’t beat it. You’re not going find super amazing rolls but what they have will satisfy your need. they also have beef skewers, bento boxes, and other typical Japanese restaurant starters including wings. And to wash it down they have Sapporo on tap and bottles of Kirin. The staff is nice and the prices are very reasonable. If you want something outside the bun and taco then this is the place but if you’re with people who want burgers and tacos then heck, you’ll still win because this is a food court!

Not bad for the prices. Made to order the staff was friendly. I had philly roll and it’s not bad. The shrimp tempura roll and the sauces on it were pretty good!

If you’re in the mood for some raw fish late, this is the place to go at city walk. Cause it’s the only place. Spicy tuna was decent, but you can tell the fish isn’t the best quality. Service was meh. It’s fast food sushi. Would only go back if I didn’t have any other options.

The quality of the sushi is subpar for the price they’re charging. I get that it’s Universal, but when you charge the same price for sushi that I get at Publix… I expect at least supermarket quality sushi… I would associate this sushi with that of airport quality even if it’s «fresh made». I basically paid $ 23 for a roll of sushi, a bottled water, and steamed pork bun. Not only do you have to place your order at the window, but you have to go pick it up after they make it, and then clean up after yourself… and David, the cashier has the audacity to smirk bc I put $ 0 tip down… I’m not tipping you for me doing your job. I’d also recommend you bring your own soy sauce. They only give you a slight pour(probably 1⁄8 of a standard plastic condiment dish), and if you ask for more they’ll charge you for it. Never wasting my money here again.

This take out joint is conveniently located in the upper level of city walk. We spent the day in Islands of Adventure and wanted something else other than burger, hot dog or fries for dinner. We were able to hit up this spot and then re-enter the park after eating. Prices range from $ 8-$ 12 for sushi rolls. We got the rainbow, super shrimp and Tokyo sunrise. Our favorite was the super shrimp.

Small take-out sushi place in Citywalk, right outside Universal Studios. Reasonable prices. Even though the menu is limited, the kids got what they wanted and we felt like we were feeding them something healthy. The gyozas were very good. So glad that this place is here. A great place for a quick lunch when you go to the park.

Meh, expensive but that’s expected in Universal, but worst of all, it took forever while there was barely anyone waiting because the server was too busy flirting with the guy infront of us. Whatev.

Cool concept and also in a pretty good location(city walk) but I would pass if you’re looking for good sushi. It seems more like a fast food sushi as you order up at a window and then proceed to watch the sushi chef through a glass while he prepares your food. I’ve had better and for the price you can get better sushi at an actual restaurant. The menu is limited but they have a great display set up.

This is located on the second level of City Walk. It’s a casual place with outdoor seating. It has a food court feel to it. My daughter wanted salmon sashimi. It’s one of her favorite dishes. We stopped by here on a Thursday for lunch. $ 18 for 8 large pieces of salmon sashimi. The sashimi was buttery and tasty. We ordered a bowl of rice with it. It only had sushi rice. The bill was a little over $ 23.
