Pizza Hut

I ordered 2 pizzas yesterday online from the Oroville CA Pizza Hut. They called me and left a message stating they were out of the stuffed crust and told me to call back. So I call back and keep getting put on hold for 5+ minutes. I finally DRIVE there to figure out what the hell is going on, and after standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting to be helped, they look at me like I’m stupid and say «oh, we thought we were out but we found some. Your order is going in the oven now» (45 minutes after my initial order was placed). I was charged FULL PRICE, no apology, nothing. And it tasted HORRIBLE. Hardly any topping or cheese, either. I will NEVER go back to Pizza Hut. Ever. What a waste of money.

Very bad experience, the customer service was horrible. The cashier took my card with him in the back after he ran it. What he went back there for I have no idea. We had asked for sauce with our order and when they didnt bring it to the table we asked for it again then she proceeded to tell us she would have to charge us again. We only order a personal pizza an wings an they messed up the pizza then didn’t give us sauce for our wings. Also the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.

Worst service ever! The cashier– Taneisha– didn’t know the menu at all. They charge you to get any sauce for wings, I bought two things of ranch. Waited over a half hour for wings then when the employee brought them she asked if we wanted any sauce after slamming the wings down. I told her I would at least like the sauce I paid for and she snapped back that she «only has two hands» as she stormed off. When she brought the sauce she stormed back off mumbling something under her breath. I asked her what she was saying and ignored me. There was also a guy walking around that was not an employee but was walking into the kitchen and was scratching his privates constantly. Then everybody disappeared from the front. I could have taken anything I wanted. Just a horrible experience all around– never going back.

Normally this place is pretty good and on their game. I ordered some pizzas for a business meeting. Placed the order at 11 right when they opened. Well it’s 11:45 as I write this and guess what still no pizzas. I only ordered two pizzas. They said they had someone call out but there are still three people working. Guess I won’t be ordering from here anytime soon especially if I have an appointment that I will now be late for.

Very bad service and performance, I am from Chico and was in Oroville thought I’d get myself a pizza to go home, after I went in and ordered I went and gassed up came back still waiter over 55 minutes for my pizza as I was waiting it was Kaos, another customer were joking about it. We could of took a TV off the wall, robbed the register whatever we wanted, at the same time phone ringing nobody answering. People were waiting and waiting. I hope the Chico one is not like this. One good plus was that the pizza was bomb

New to Oroville, not much to select in pizza. Tried Pizza Hut and the pepperoni sounded good. But totally disappointed. Same whole hut.

Worst pizza ever. I’m 49, usually order from another parlor. Decided to try Pizza Hut. Thin crust was like stale cardboard, undercooked, sauce watery, vegis anemic. Thick crust was oil laden, cheese like congealed grease. Chicken wings were mostly fried bread. Could have gotten better pizza in the freezer isle. Officially making Pizza Hut off my list. Going back to my regular parlor.

Good gawd… these idiots could mess up a cup of water. Twice we have come here and twice we waited and waited and waited… and twice our orders were butchered. Save your money. Trust me!

Their wings are the best! The pizzas are okay… I got the super supreme but it wasn’t as big as I thought. But definitely going back there for their wings.

They have good wings. I would go for the soda and medium size pizza it is ok. It’s a good place to go to. ;)

I love Pizza Hut! Delicious like always, stuffed crust is my favorite! Also wings are sooo perfect! It’s a shame Chico doesn’t has a Pizza hut restaurant :/​. service was OK nothing impressive! Place clean.

So I have a love hate relationship with Pizza Hut in Oroville. First I like that they deliver to my house. And I like that the food is affordable. But the loving ends there. I have 3 kids that munch pizza away like they are starving. I just can’t afford to buy a bunch of good pizzas like mountain mikes, or the coveted Round Table. So about once a month I call them up to deliver a couple 10 dollar pizzas and some soda. The kids are happy with both and two very average tasting pizzas cost about the same as one at the other places.

The service was excellent, and the place is clean and vibrant. However the pizza was not that great, but I guess you get what you pay for. For $ 10 we got a overcooked pizza with hardly any cheese.

I love that 10 dollars any size and any topping pizza deal. I love love love their pan crust pizzas.

I’m addicted to Pizza Hut’s WingStreet wings. They are amazing, some of the best wings I’ve ever had. Once a month or so I make a special trip over to Oroville to get some pizza and wings. I have to say that this is without a doubt the most customer service oriented Pizza Hut I’ve been to in recent memory. The customer service is well beyond expectations. Even when I’ve gotten the young workers who don’t care a whole lot the experience is still above average. The food I receive is always made the way I asked, packaged well, and served piping hot. I really like the redesign to the interior of the restaurant. There are tons of different TV’s to watch, and the music they play is modern but not annoying. If nothing else, you need to try Pizza Hut’s WingStreet wings!

Don’t know about the food yet, but the place is clean & comfortable.

Nice place. Clean and the service was good. The pizza is not gourmet, but very good for the price. The wings were excellent.
As an «old-​guy» didn’t care for the type of music or its volume.

Thank goodness for the delightful delivery man (hence the 2 stars). Quality of food? Similar to getting a slice of Costco pizza after it sat for 8 hours. Wow-​thankfully this was more of a craving (my hips and ass will be thankful next week/​month), since I’d had dinner earlier that evening. So biting into the slice and throwing it (and the entire remaining box) away didn’t leave me starving. I was merely unsatisfied, and therefore actually looking forward to facing the manufactured eggs that I would consume first thing in the morning at the fantastic Holiday Inn Express. On a positive note-​My boys ended up winning the Chico Basketball Tourney. Also, my family sure does adore Oroville Lake in the summer, so all hope is not lost.

I had my daughters 1^st birthday there and the service was great they helped us with any questions that we had… the pizza and wing were delicious and I know that we will go there again… so they deserve a five star no matter what ANYONE says!
