Best burgers in town(from my experience). 1⁄3 lbs burgers. Bottomless fries. I get the bacon cheeseburger(w/cheddar cheese) and fries. The staff has always been super friendly. And I’ve never had anything to complain about here.

Real charcoal-grilled food adds great flavor to the meat. They serve a wide variety of burgers, as well as chicken and steak sandwiches. All sandwiches come with all-you-can-eat fries, although other options are available such as vegetables and chips. The sandwich baskets tend to range from $ 7 to $ 9. The menu also includes cuts of steak, salads, fish, and dessert. They also have a reasonable selection of beer to choose from. I have been a repeat customer for the past several months since I first tried this place. I have found the waitstaff to be polite and attentive. If you are visiting during the warmer months, I recommend that you do not get a seat at the front counter as the heat from the charcoal grill in the front of the restaurant tends to make it a bit warm during the meal. Overall, I have enjoyed each time I have eaten at Cinder’s. I am quite sure you will not regret a visit yourself.

Tried it twice and I’m not impressed at all. Greasy food, and the steaks are fatty. Went in on one of the hottest days of the year hoping for a nice cool place to enjoy steak… No a/c!!! Sat there and sweat my rear off to have a below average meal. Watching the rest of the staff running around sweating all over everybody else’s food certainly didn’t help either. Pass on this place.

I love Cinder’s. It delivers a nice charcoal grill taste for an affordable price. Our waitress was very good.

Been coming to this place since I was in college. Lot nicer place now! Food has always been good however. I think its the best burger and steak sandwich in Oshkosh.

BRAT(brot)-BURGER –logical choice in Wisconsin. Brat, split open, tops 1/3lb. patty –meat not bad –but char-grilled & basted/slathered with butter –nestles between butter-toasted semmel bun –(does Paula Dean work here?). Smoky good & dripping – more butter than grease. Call it – Clot Burger –but it’s welcome after Google sends me to the middle of Nowhere –in the chill. SERVICE – friendly – again. CUSTOMERS – locals, of course –but also – surprise – UW students hearing about Burning Man in Nevada ARCHITECTURE – Highway bldg-with-parking-lot –like Pilora’s next door.

I make a point of stopping by this place when I’m in town. Any joint that keeps a live charcoal fire going can’t be all bad. The burgers are third pound, cooked to order and you can get real cheddar cheese instead of the foul, fake orange vinyl that passes for cheese at most restaurants. I can’t speak to the rest of the fairly extensive menu but the burgers and fries are a solid #9.
