I have been to this jimmy johns twice and both time I got crappy service. The last time I was there they asked me if I wanted it for there or to go. I said to go. They made my sandwiches set them on the counter and rang me up and walked away, I asked if I could get a bag for my 3 sandwiches, so they handed me a bag and walked away. No I would not recommend them nor will I return there.

I would not recommend this JJs for catering service. First, if you are not in their«freaky fast» delivery area they won’t even deliver a catering order which doesn’t make sense to me since it doesn’t have to be freaky fast. My husband picked up our order and brought it home. Upon unpacking the order I realized they only gave us 1 container of tomatoes, a small plastic cup of onions, 2 containers of lettuce, 10 slices of cucumbers, 3 thimble size cups of oil and a handful of mustard packets. They gave me quite a few mayo packets. I called the store because I thought this couldn’t be correct?!? I had ordered 2 – 10 sandwich trays which they cut into thirds. I was told yep that’s correct! There are 20 sliced tomatoes there. I said no way and I’ll admit started to get worked up as my guests were arriving in 30 minutes. After pushing and begging and honestly getting upset they said they’d give me more. Upon arriving to the store they gave me another ½ container of tomatoes, lettuce, mustard, and the same small cup of onions. During all this they stated multiple times as well, we don’t usually do it this way. I don’t care what you usually do. I’m the paying customer and this is what I asked you to do!(to put condiments on side as not everyone likes everything). I was also told they gave me what they put n the sandwiches and they meant there 20 slices of tomato not 20 tomatoes. I guess people were only suppose t use 1 tomato per sandwich. I asked to speak with the manager or owner and the girl said«I’m the manager» and the owner is on the phone he will be done in a minute”. I asked for a card with his number and she said just wait. I explained(not nicely by this point) that I have guests arriving my home in 15 minutes and I don’t have time to wait. I again ask for a card and she again says just wait(I’ve pretty much lost it by now and know I’m wrong) but said you idiot I can’t wait please get me a card!!! She then tells me she doesn’t have a card with his information on it She could have told me that from the beginning. On top of all this I had 2 guests that had just bread(no meat and it wasn’t the veggie) and one sandwich that literally had a triangle of meat on it. Bottom line they are so stingy on their condiments and add on the poor customer service I’ll not order catering again. In fact the more people I tell this story to I hear they don’t go to JJs at all because they’ve had similar experiences.

Good quality of sandwiches BAD service. We asked for extra side(which they claim free with subs or clubs), and they gave us that look like.. You want free stuff??? and they start to look at each other … What! this guy want some extra side? We only ask for hot pepper, how much will this cost them???
