The service was very good, the entire staff was pleasant and attentive. The food was good, standard Boston Market.

I will typically pop in this location 3 – 4 a year and get a white-​meat chicken carver meal with the Mac-​n-​cheese. On Friday around 2:00, I went in to get «the usual». The guy behind the counter asked me what I wanted. I could’ve lived with the flat, no-​greet, take-​your-​order thing. I told him I wanted a white-​meat carver combo with Mac-​n-​cheese. No sooner than I finished my request, the manager gal (I’m assuming manager) tells the order guy, «all we got is dark meat». Not a, «we’re sorry but (fill in the blank)». Then IT happened. At the exact same time, order guy sneezes. Into his hands. Then wipes hands on shirt sleeve. Having spent 18 years in the Foodservice biz, that was the egregious error. Kinda sad to see the lack of direction, and poor guest focus.

I won’t return. I don’t care what your food is like if your services is rude.
Just because it’s «fast food» doesn’t mean I want to be treated like crap.

I was visiting KC from Northern California where I’m from and decided I wanted something from here. My food was scrumptious as always. However, I felt the Caucasian male cashier was rude. He didn’t even say thank you or have a nice day. We were the only ones in there too. Even what looked like the shift manager didn’t want to communicate with me. Other than that it was an interesting experience.

This is a great lunch/​dinner place if you want a home-​cooked style meal on the go. The food is good, with plenty of healthy options (lean meats and vegetables). Unfortunately, they no longer have their squash casserole, which was one of my favorites. All of their food is also very high in salt, so be sure you have plenty to drink!
