This is the new location, I visited this store when they were on Red Bug Lake Rd. The owners are the same though, so I am comfortable with recommending their services and products.
I was at happy hour and happened to mention the fact that I wanted to replace the upstairs and den carpeting in my recently purchased town home. The problem — I wanted to make the change before I moved in, which was two weeks away. I was working on two quotes, one turned out to be outrageous and the other was from a friend’s contractor who was taking too long to provide an estimate.
So, I conceded to the fact that I’d have to wait until after the move. Until, my friend suggested Carpets and More — they refloored her entire house and she said they were very fast and was extremely happy with the service and quality.
I stopped in, met with one of the owners and made an appointment for an estimate the following week. He met me at my home, measured and brought the sample tiles I selected for the den. He also brought laminate samples to match the hardwood in my downstairs area (i brought a wood sample to the showroom).
The quote was very reasonable and even better he was able to schedule the work for the following week — perfect timing!
I was very happy with end product and will definitely be a return customer — next project is bathroom retiling!
