Great food, good(pretty slow, could be better) service! The waiters are very nice once they get around to you. The price doesn’t hurt the bank, and there’s usually a coupon or a deal somewhere out there on the Apps if you look hard enough. I wouldn’t recommend ordering water here because it tastes funny to me(but ONLY here! Strange!) but other than that, as long as you’ve got time to kill and are willing to wait for a little, good place to visit!

My favorite spot closed and I needed oysters so… The space is great and the staff was extremely pleasant. The customer service was top notched. Food was meh. I had the oyster basket. Quite bland and no real«fresh fried oysters» taste. Disappointed. Salad was standard.

My husband and I had lunch today, and it was superb! We ordered the New Orleans grilled shrimp and veggies. Totally awesome and we are going back this weekend! Please give them a try. Olé Miss staff and students get 15% off with ID, and there are coupons on the back of your Kroger receipt. What a deal!

Best seafood in Oxford. Oysters were so fresh I couldn’t stop eating them. The king crab were huge and perfectly seasoned. We loved the seafood– everyone got a different plate– grouper, red snapper, salmon, and tuna. All of them were delicious. I’ll be going back for the king crab and oysters. No one around comes close to these guys. The bar was very well done too. Excellent wait staff and a fun environment.

Do not try the oysters or the po-boys — they have no semblance to seafood. Cheese and Japanese sauce are used heavily to disguise the taste.

We’d been pondering the extensive and reasonably priced menu for the past few weeks and finally had an opportunity to try it out with a couple of friends this past Friday evening. My wife had gotten their menu plus a number of good recommendations from a frequently visited adjacent business. The décor is well done and starts at the entrance with a «bubble» wall that separates a small but comfortable looking waiting foyer from the dining area. We were immediately offered our choice of table or booth for our early evening reservation. Delicious HOT rolls were served with butter quickly after drink orders were taken.(We did suggest that bread plates would have been appropriate– AND that was the only thing that cost them the fifth star). Our server was most attentive and was followed up by both management and chef. The salad was outstanding as was the fresh-made blue cheese dressing. I enjoyed a blackened redfish with sides of garlic mashed potatoes, and mushrooms. Seasonings were well balanced, presentations were pleasing, and servings were very generous. I sampled my companions entrees(shrimp, catfish, and redfish) and we all agreed that the meal was a remarkable success. We particularly liked the light thin crunchy battering on the fish. We’re looking forward to exploring their interesting looking lunch menu at our first opportunity. This is the second new restaurant we’re tried in the past two weeks — and the second time that I’ve felt an obligation to post comments here. It’s difficult to perceive just how wildly opposite were our experiences and those posted by «Johnny P» and«Jack C»(both on 10÷16÷15). Then there’s the issue of my and other negative ratings of the other restaurant being hidden as «Not recommended»(though this site denies that advertising has ANY effect on ratings). I usually check published ratings before trying a new place — I’ll be more cautious here in the future.
