Chick-fil-A

This CFA was clean. Staff was helpful. We’ve been to a few CFA locations and the Oxnard location had the fewest amount of patrons at 645pm. I was quite surprised we walked right in. Plenty options for seating. Food served right away and all was good. Food was hot fresh and tasted great.

I applaud this store for their AMAZING customer service. I enjoy every visit whether it be walking in or going through the drive thru. Thank ya’ll for being so courteous and helpful! Blessings

I got my A-​lister card! It’s this platinum looking card that puts all the other cards in my wallet to shame! This only thing is that I don’t know how many visits I need to get a free sandwich or free swag or something. I haven’t really been given anything free except for the first couple of times I used my card. That honestly won’t stop me from going to Chick fil-​A though… there’s always room for you in my tummy Ms. Fil-​A…

I’m a big fan of chick filet, customer service, food and everything. The girl in the drive through kinda pissed me off this time ordered a combo and all I had was a hundred. She said well than would you like to cancel your order, no I want my food. Well I guess I’ll have to go somewhere else.

The food is good, but they seriously need to tone it down with the «my pleasure» after every thank you. How about only needing to say it one time and it being at the end of our interaction. The employees are required to say it, so it comes out unnaturally and fake sounding.

Clean, as usual, friendly (Think Zack), and comfortable. I actually got sllleeeepppyyy sitting in here.
Food was very good and vegetables tasted as fresh as they were.

Best drive thru service I’ve ever had! They’re always super friendly, fast and my order is always correct! Oh and the foods not bad either haha

Great spicy chicken sandwiches and good value on their food. I would suggest the nuggets. Only four stars because of how busy it can be during lunch time.

I was excited when they first opened up here in Oxnard after hearing rave reviews I decided to give it a shot. Well, I was very disappointed. Their chicken is really bland. No flavor. The flavor is in the sauces rather than in the chicken so I gave it a few more chances and have never been pleasantly surprised. Service was always great and friendly but didn’t make up for the flavor

Disappointed with my meal today… and it could’ve been perfect if I hadn’t been jipped with Kraft Lite Mayo instead of the usual Chick fil a mayo brand. Is it too much to ask for the regular mayo… :(

Fast friendly and clean.
The staff and service is awesome. I enjoy coming here to have a quick bite. The food comes out nice hot and every bite is enjoyable.

2^nd visit to this location. They got our order correct both times. Chik Fil A is flat out the best fast food establishment ever, the chicken sandwiches, salads and grilled chicken nuggets (I’m partial to the 6 piece grilled kids meal so i also get fries and a mini drink) are consistently delish.
The kid at the window was a little stingy with sauces, but I was too hungry to take the time and request more, so still no complaint there. Also, this location offers a free medium drink with Unilocal check in… Thanks!

I love chick-​fil-​a. In terms of fast food, it’s gotta be one of the best there is out there. Consistently good and never disappoints me! Plus, this place gives a nice military discount! I love the honey roasted BBQ sauce, I always have to ask for more because I drown by sand which in fries in it. I’m not sure what’s in it, but it’s soooo gooooooood. Really good tea and lemonade here as well, and if you’re looking for a good iced coffee, they have that too! I definitely recommend chick-​fil-​a for all those Californians who aren’t used to southern style food like fried chicken. Fun fact, chick fil a uses peanut oil to fry everything, which is actually a lot better for you than the type of oil most other fast food places use, and adds a unique flavor to the chicken and fries.

Yesterday I bought a gallon of sweet tea to take home. Today (24 hours later) it had something floating in it. At first it looked like bubbles and I thought that maybe it was from shaking the jug, but no. When I looked closer, it looked like an island of cloudy mucus. I poured it out into the sink, and there it was, thick, bubbly slime.
I did keep the receipt, and I was going to return it today… But I forgot, it’s Sunday.

The most excellent chick-​fil-​a I’ve ever been to. From walking in, the gentlemen taking my order had really good manners. They brought me my food and drinks to my seat. The manager was excellent. The whole time eating there he walked around attending to people. He asked if we needed refills, threw away our trash, brought us mints and asked if needed anything else. Excellent example of how a manger should me. We’re not from the area but he seemed to have really good relationships with the customers. The restaurant was also really clean. Seemed less like a fast food restaurant and more like a quality sit down restaurant.

My favorite fast food restaurant. They are always very polite and courteous. The food is excellent and I’ve never had a problem with my order like other fast food places. I highly recommend Chic Fil A. You even get a free chicken sandwich now and then for filling out there survey.

I go here with my girlfriend pretty much every weekend, and we’ve never had a bad experience.
Once, we ordered large fries and they gave us a medium instead. We’re new Chick-​fil-​A addictees, so we didn’t know it was until halfway through. I brought it to their attention and they gave us a large on the house. We felt so loved.

Love this Place! Love there Chicken Sandwich. Love there Breakfast too. Everything is delicious. Great customer service fast and friendly.

We stopped in for dinner last night and the food was tasty as always. Staff was extra friendly and one of the things I love about Chick Fil A is how employees move through the dining area and offer to take your trays when you’re done or get you a drink refill. It’s this kind of extra service that makes this restaurant really comfortable to eat at. Last night I saw they had some coloring pages for kids too.
The restaurant is clean, the restroom is kept well stocked and tidy, and the atmosphere is friendly. I definitely recommend this place for fast food chicken!
One last thing — why are they still using Styrofoam cups? My waste hauler can’t recycle those… I recycle my paper cups from other fast food joints, also the plastic lids. These cups I have to throw away and they go in landfill. :(Seems outdated.

Chick-​fil-​A is probably one of my most favorite fast food places! They get an overall score of 4 stars, but my first time at this location would get 3 stars.
This was my first visit at this location. Went to the drive-​thru during lunch time and it was surprisingly not that long of a wait. Ordered my usual #5 8 piece chicken nugget meal with the chick-​fil-​a sauce and decided to try their new farmer-​direct iced coffee (vanilla). Total came out to $ 7 and some change.
As expected. my meal was delicious. I love dipping my waffle fries in the chick-​fil-​a sauce. And bonus!.. I got 9 pieces in my 8 ct. chicken nuggets! I do not recommend their iced coffee, however. It was extremely watered down and tasted like I was drinking coffee water. I took a few sips and threw the rest out! Didn’t want to intake all that sugar from a drink that was tasteless!
Customer service was friendly as expected at any chick-​fil-​a.
Also, the girl informed me that the Unilocal check-​in offer of a free medium drink pertains only to Coke products.
