I was served a RAW bacon cheeseburger. I will never eat at or support an establishment that may inflict illness in my body. Disgusting. I will post a picture. I would highly recommend you take a look at your meat to make sure it isn’t raw before you scarf it down! And yes, I called the manager– but have not had time to call the corporate office yet.

If I could leave a review for zero stars, I would. Every time I come here, whether drive thru or dine in, it’s always horrible service. Drive thru, either they forget my drink or the sauce and ketchup I asked for numerous times; wait time is ridiculous. Dine in, there’s never«hi how are you» it’s just –I’m going to stare at you with an annoyed look on my face until you tell me your order-. I would stop coming here, but I work across the street at Petsmart so my lunch choices are limited. They need to make some kind of change because service is just unacceptable.

Dunno if I came on a good day, time, or what, but wow, had a great experience. Employees were nice, and the food came out SO fast! When I finished paying and started to walk away to wait, it was already ready, ridiculously fast! Honestly impressed, most Wendy’s I go to are slow(but I don’t mind since its good food). But this one surprised me, was very nice.

Really disappointed. I came to wendys hoping for fast service since I came on my break from work and they literally took forever. Right now there’s 3 employees sitting in the lobby when there’s clearly a long line in drive thru.

I like this Wendy’s. First, it’s very easy to find and convenient. Second, they serve chicken sandwiches on Sundays which not everyone does. I like their chicken and salads, but also their Frostys and fries. They have a good menu, good prices and the employees are always polite and professional. Public restroom available. Older location but not dirty. Just fine.

They don’t know what NO tomatoes means or the difference between a cesar salad and a garden salad

I sure hope this is a training store, because the service here sure needs help. If you have customers at the counter, do not ignore them! If if the customer tells you that the order is ‘for here’, do not ask them that question four times! When pouring soft drinks, use the lid top buttons to designate the type drink. Do not shrug your shoulders and say ‘I don’t know’. There may be a very good reason that a diet drink was ordered. All in all a very disappointing visit.

When you’re in a hurry… a Wendy’s salad will hit the spot! Their nuggets are also better then McDonald’s.

30 minute drive thru wait is simply ridiculous! Wendy would be very, very disappointed at the sloooooooow service here! Hire more people! However, I was complemented with a free frosty for the wait, after complaining! Wendy needs to hire more staff!

My wife and I usually enjoy Wendy’s — it’s one of our top few favorite fast food places(now that’s alliteration!). This place, however, was not becoming of the chain. The service was horribly slow for the few people there, and they didn’t get our order right. Normally, I don’t complain about small infractions, and this wasn’t a big deal. But when added to the slow service, cold food, and overall lack of flavor, I can’t help but label this place as «won’t return.»

We rarely go to any Wendy’s and that will stay after visiting this pit. We stopped in off 101 in the late evening. We were surprised to see they were to close at 9pm. The food was ok, but my wife got a flat bread sandwich that was overloaded with mayo. This place was depressing. Old and worn. Dirty parking lot. The staff was rude and they were busy speaking in Spanish to each other. They acted as if they could care less. I’m sure Dave Thomas is turning in his grave. Pass this one up. You can’t do worse. I gave two stars because the food was ok, not great, but ok. The atmosphere though was a real turn-off.

I really like Wendy’s and I especially loved this one. I stopped by for quick dinner during my drive from san Luis Obispo to San Diego. They took a long time with my order but they asked me to sit down and they’ll bring my food to me. They then gave me a free order of fries and chicken nuggets for the inconvenience. Once I got my real order, the server informed me that my order took a while because it was fresh. Can’t complain about that. I had an amazing dinner. :)

Had new«W» hamburger. Meat was a little under done.(a little too raw) which was a little disappointing since this is one of my favorite Wendys. Their chili is really great at this location although they seem to be watering it down lately. It used to be thick and rich with meat, but the last several times I have ordered it here it has seemed like it was the bottom of the pot. The service here is really great. I frequently order at lunch and have never had to wait for my food

Don’t really like to eat fast food too often buuuuuuut… Unilocal REALLY wanted me to review this place and I believe would keep placing this at the top of my «Places To Review» until I had done so. Let me conquer this mountain. It’s conveniently located for me. It’s open til 1AM. It’s a Wendy’s. If you’ve been to one you’ve been to ‘em all? The service here is alright and the food is usually okay too, except sometimes when you order fries late at night and their super stale. That’s a bummer.

Love the Frosties but the Chili is really good too.(especially at this location) Always hearty w/plenty of those wonderful troublesome beans. Usually open until 1AM at the drive thru. Onions & cheese about .40 more but just get it plain. Very good Chili!!!

If you’re hungry at 1AM, this is the place to go. Even if it is not late, this place is great.

I don’t eat corporate fast food, but visiting my mother who was in St. John’s hospital there is little local mom n’ pop restaurants. Since this Wendy’s shares its parking lot with a new Chick-fl-A I just had to try the chicken sandwich to compare My experience with Chick-fl-A was the chicken came out soggy. Wendy’s makes every thing made to order so my sandwich was crisp and hot, the bun was stale and broke apart after several bites.

So… I pulled one of my typical moves which is to procrastinate getting something to eat until I’m ravenously hungry. Friday was no different, but this time I exercised good eating judgment and opted for a light(er) lunch at Wendy’s. As I parked & walked in, I thought about a salad, then chicken, but finally* decided on a custom order of a triple cheeseburger, medium fries, and a 16 oz. chocolate frosty. I suspect that the entire meal was under 3,000 calories, so I figured I was fine dietarily-speaking. They served the food up hot, presented nicely**, and in a reasonable amount of time. What I can’t quite fathom, though, is how the 3 meat patties can have virtually no taste whatsoever. Fortunately, knowing that salt helps the flavor of flavorless meat, as well as allows me to retain fluids, thus preventing dehydration, I added salt before every bite. The triple improved dramatically from that point on. A final note: as I was discarding my trash, the manager asked me if everything was satisfactory — and he really meant it — which I found appealing & uncommon in this fast food world we live in. Footnotes: * a burger was my intention the entire time — I was just trying to sound like a somewhat responsible eater. ** another slap at Carl’s Jr., Port Hueneme

I’ve gotten sick twice here from bad lettuce. Don’t order a salad. I gave it a star ’cause the frosty floats rock my socks. Plus you get the same sugary high as the ice blendeds from the coffee bean in the shopping center.
