Ordered from drive thru 4 combos and a large fry on the side. Every fry container was half including the large. I dumped out the fries and literally could have only made 4 small fry sizes if that, not to mention they were under cooked. I was upset, but became infuriated when I called the store to complain and they would not answer. Phone just rang forever. Working there as a teen I know this is unacceptable, unless McD’s has changed their service standards. I’ll eat gas station food before spending another dime at any McD’s restaurant again.

One of THE worst and one of THE smallest McD’s I have ever been to. This location is dirty. Dirty floors, tables, soda area, counters, dining area, etc. Staff is slow and unfriendly. One girl working today was outright snippy and mean to her co-worker talking terribly to this poor guy. Couldn’t help but feel sorry for him. Food was not fresh. In fact my tummy hurt soon after eating here. Not cool. Location is surprisingly busy considering its small inside and drive thru very busy. There was abundance of backed up drive thru customers who had to pull up out front and wait for their food. Super crazy. Kinda a disaster here. I won’t be back.

Terrible and I love McDonalds. This isn’t McDonald’s hate, this is execution nightmare. The jalapeño in the bathroom was weird but not a deal breaker. The soda machine is tucked in the corner and there’s no sweet tea dispenser so you have to ask for the sweet tea. There were no straws in the dispenser so I had to ask for straws too. Not very good.

I’ve never written a review for McD’s until now because this one is that bad. Location is small and not busy, but many things are low or out, like straws and lids. No sweet tea dispenser is out and available for self-serve. The restrooms are tiny and dirty, worse than most locations. I came here for an iced tea because I’m a thirsty traveler along the road; I wouldn’t ever dine in here. The one redeeming factor is the nice employee who apologized to us for there being no straws.

Every time we come here, our order is messed up. Husband got home with lunch and I have a cheeseburger with a sesame seed bun. Have an allergy to seeds which is why I always order a cheeseburger — -supposed to come on a seedless bun. What am I supposed to eat now?

I asked for fresh fries they gave me hard well done fries and the drive thru chick was so rude she didn’t give us our drinks I had to ask for them and she looked at me like I was bugging her hello I payed for them such rude staff some other employee was texting in front of me on pink phone I guess that text was more important than actually getting my drinks and anybody doing their job

This McDonald’s parking lot is a nightmare. It’s tucked into the corner of the Sam’s club and Walmart. The interior is so small that only 3 people can fit comfortably. There’s only a few tables crammed together. The clerk wasn’t paying attention to anything we were telling her. I told her I had the change and she just ignored me

In case someone out there didn’t know by now, McDonald’s is a corporation. they train their employees to follow instructions and thus putting out consistent products. It’s not recommended to make McDonald’s you main diet but enjoying their food once in awhile is a personal choice. I love their Fish sandwich but will only buy it during the Lenten season as they graciously drop the Fish Sandwich price down fairly good. But even it offers it during lent for a below average price, it would be nice for them to price it at 99 cents as they had done two years ago or so.

Went through the drive through at 11pm ish on valentines day 2015. Ordered a burger with a large combo. The drink was filled 85% of the way and the frys were only about 75% full!!! Furthermore the burger was drowned in ketchup… This is not an exaggeration, I go to mcdonalds for cheap food. And I at least want to get all of the cheap food I paid for… at least they made up for the lack of frys and drink with ketchup.

Meh!!! It’s Mickey D’s, if you’re expecting quality, keep moving. I felt really sick after leaving. The only good thing it gas going for it, us that it’s inside Walmart.

while I realize this is a fast food joint, dirty is dirty. the have a very very small dining area, busy location is all that’s saving this place. took my grandson for a snack and the drive thru line was long so my wife went inside to get the food. While we waited in the car my 3 year old grandson told me he had to go to the bathroom so I took him into the McDonald’s. The restroom had pee all over the seat and the floor there were no seat covers either. fortunately he only had to pee. I took the empty seat cover box and laid it out on the floor so his little pants didn’t get wet and I had to wipe the edge of the toilet to keep him from leaning into someone else pee. dirty! on top of that, the seat would not stay up. I told one of the people that work there the restroom was dirty and she said um OK. I watched her while we waited for our food and she never left the register or alerted anyone that the restroom needed attention. and you want $ 15 an hour for this not in my world!!! Sorry for the restroom rant but I cant help thinking if the restroom is that bad what is the kitchen like. not going back there. In a nut shell my new philosophy is the drive-thru is the«don’t ask don’t tell» and walking in, is opening a can of worms you probably don’t want to know about. Oh, the food was ok, as with all of the Micky D’s, the recipe is not the location but the corp. I hate to give one stars but this is well deserved

Always fast service, still McDonald’s tho. I hate that they have a girl standing outside the drive through line before you get to the actual menu to decide what you want. Really puts pressure on you to order what you know off the top of your head.

Usually I am satisfied every time I come here but for some reason today I am upset due to the fact they messed up on my order. I ordered the number 15 and they forgot my fries ok no big deal they messed up so then I tried calling them twice and there was no answer just lead me to a loud ringing sound. They really need to fix there phone line or something.

I don’t know if the drive through operator was high or what… but I ordered a hazelnut latte and she entered it as an egg mcmuffin.(?) I mentioned her mistake and she told me she would fix it and to just pull up. She ended up adding the latte to our order, charging us, but did not delete the egg mcmuffin(which we never mentioned in the first place). Since she already charged our card I spoke with the manager and asked for the issue to be corrected. The manager gave me a dirty look as if it were my fault(even though I never mentioned an egg mcmuffin to the high drive thru operator) and begrudgingly refunded me. Stay away from this McDonald’s. They can’t take your order correctly and they will give you dirty looks if you politely ask for them to correct their own mistake. Oh, and their food sucks too… The breakfast burrito was as hard as a rock and everything they served tasted old.

My visit yesterday was almost perfect. I arrived about 5 minutes before lunch officially started. I was offered lunch and the attendant changed the sign so I could see the lunch menu, I hate their menu as all it shows are the combination meals. So I asked if they offered anything grilled. They had a chicken sandwich which I customized. The chicken itself was average. Coffee was hot and up to my standards.

First of all, yes, I really am Unilocaling about McDonald’s. Ok first of all the positives: — The kids that work there are friendly — They have(with the exception I will describe below) always gotten my order right. That’s the end of the positives. Now the negatives. — Go anytime between 11:30 — 1:30or 4:30 — 6:30 and the drive-thru line can literally stretch into the shopping center entry lane — Going in doesn’t help, because the inside is strangely small and there are only 2 registers — Their chocolate shake machine was broken for almost 2 months! The first excuse I was given was that they could not find the part(a McDonald’s franchise where all the parts are the same across the chain — really???). — When they did finally claim to fix it, I was given a vanilla shake that had 2 squirts of chocolate syrup manually put in. Not at all like a regular McDonald’s chocolate shake.

I agree with the review comparing this location to a Wal-mart. This place is a hot mess. The location is great, right off of highway 101 N/S and yet it exudes a weird negative feel right off the bat. Homeless people and drifters will definitely be here and you feel really gross when inside. Overall service was eh, food was eh, and considering there are lots of delicious fast foods located within a block or two, choose wisely.

This place is bad… even for a McDonald’s. It takes after the Wal-Mart it shares the shopping center with. I actually might be more inclined to go to the Wal-Mart McDonald’s over this location. I guess you would call this a McDonald’s Jr. location. It is a strange little location that looks like it was set up specifically for drive through customers but they added a couple seats inside to accommodate those few people who might want to actually come in and eat. There is barely enough room where they take your order for more than 5 people… there are a few tables if you want to sit down and eat but the few times I have come here to eat the staff was inconsiderate and rude. And trust me I do not expect much out of a fast food place. Del Taco is across the street… maybe go there… or maybe Urbane Café on the other corner but this McDonald’s I would stay away from. :0)
