Walmart Supercenter

Five Star, and you might ask yourself WHY?
This Walmart isn’t that bad for my type of persona.
If you don’t like it when it’s crowded, the store opens at …6 AM… and it’s really nice. No body bothers you, it’s a complete satisfying hour to shop. This Walmart is and will always be crowded because of its competitive prices. I don’t work there, they aren’t paying me to write this stuff but reading the negativeness comments seems like lazy people that always complain about everything. It isn’t that bad. Oh and pay attention, some cashiers charge you the double of a single item. Always Check your receipt. (nothing against Walmart, it’s the cashiers fault that can’t do her job right)

This has to be one of the largest Walmarts I have ever stepped into and I have to say that it has everything you could possibly think of. My favorite part of the supercenter has to be the supermarket section because all the prices are great and low but the quality is still high which I highly appreciate. Plus the area that it’s located in is gorgeous and almost right by the beach.

There are no cashiers when i came in and i had just came from back end if the store where i saw 4 employees just standing around and talking

The employees act high and mighty. When I go in the morning, they only have one register open. Build up the lines and customer complaints. Morning management have zero customer service skills. All employees including management need training.

We had to return something that was gifted to us, needless to say. We won’t be coming back anytime soon. Maybe not ever.
We were going to buy formula and a toy for our daughter for the store credit and I kid you not. It took half an hour to find someone to get us a formula tub out of their glass case (say’s a lot about their general population) and when I finally put my foot down and flagged down the store manager, she immediately opened the case and we went on our merry way.
So then we get to the check out line and missy cashier person was giving us the capital A with a side of eye rolls for what? I have no idea.
I’m normally an optimistic bubbly person but girlfriend got me my eye rollin’ back at her.

It’s a Walmart and like all the rest. It’s in a convenient location, just off the 101 and at the corner of Rose and Gonzalez. The store has the normal large selection and good, aka low, prices. You also have the clutter and the Walmart service to go with it.

I don’t know why I forget what a horrible store this is but every time I go I am reminded. The parking lot is a nightmare and it gets worse when you go in. I needed large chunk Apple wood for my smoker and it’s the only place I have found it. There are unruly kids running amok everywhere. The store is a mess. The only reason I gave it a 2 star was because there was actually a nice older gentleman employee in the paint department that was actually nice and apologized when he told me they didn’t have granite cleaner. He actually seemed like he cared unlike any other employee I have ever had contact with. I wish I remembered his name. What a breath of fresh air in a horrible place. I need to find those wood chunks somewhere else. My husband won’t even talk to me after I make him to take to this store. Lol!

I would give this place ZERO stars if possible. Terrible customer service, dirty, and barely any parking. I don’t know who manages this walmart in particular but I’ve been to much more well kept locations with much better customer service. Where employees do not constantly roll their eyes and give attitude when asked for help. The employees here could care less about their service. When you approach them they look the other way to avoid you. Word of advice walmart employees you’re NOT invisible I can see you and I know you can see customers who are about to approach you before you turn, look the other way and make your way to the opposite direction. So consumers I would advice you to take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Target is just an exit up. I drive further to go to Target to get what I need because this Walmart is truly terrible!

This Walmart is terrible don’t ever shop here they close the doors at 10:50pm when the store hours stated show it closes at 11pm. Horrible customer service, your employees should be ashamed of themselves. I’d rather go dumpster diving than shop at this Walmart.

Took my car for an oil change. Guy said it’d take 3hrs. Asked him to be sure to reset my dashboard notification.
Get a call in 40 minutes saying my car’s done. Wow, that was disconcertingly fast.
Dashboard notification wasn’t reset. (It gets WAY BETTER.) Noticed when I got home that my hood was ajar… hmmm. That’s odd, it wasn’t like that before.
Got on the interstate in the morning to go to work and… WHAAAAACK! Hood flies up and shatters my windshield. I’m flying down the interstate unable to see. Shaking, crying. Cost me an insurance deductible, a day at work, and almost my life.
I’m not just saying «don’t go to this Walmart.» I’m saying avoid it until everyone at this establishment and its manager is completely and indefinitely out of a job.

I once tried to buy a bike from this location and spent an hour trying to find someone to help me. When I go to this store it feels like this is a free for all and the store is disorganized and dirty. I once saw a gang fight in the electronics section. The individuals threw a few blows, some blood was spilled and the two parties fled the scene without any security inquiring about the matter. I only shop here when I really need something quick and I’m in the area.

I generally try to avoid this Walmart because the parking lot sucks so bad (SOOO full of pedestrians/​customers it’s almost impossible to drive in/​out of the lot), but I was looking for poptarts in a new flavor so I came here and they had them. The store was clean with WIDE isles and the check-​out staff was polite and friendly.
It was really a pretty average visit and I had no real complaints. They have cheap products at low prices. There is a McDonalds inside this store (you heard right, though there’s also a stand-​alone McD’s just outside in the same strip mall, there’s one INSIDE Walmart too), they have a vision center and they have electronic carts for those who have trouble walking.
I’d come here more often if it had a better parking lot situation compared to their business.

If cartoons about Heaven where St. Peter installs an elevator to Hell were accurate, then I’m pretty sure that the elevator would fall down into this Wal-​Mart.
Putting my biased views of Wal-​Mart aside, as a store, this place has got to be one of the WORST Wal-Mart’s I have ever seen, and believe me, I have seen terrible Wal-​Marts. From the moment you walk in, you can notice how filthy the place is almost immediately. Not only will you notice the filth, but you will notice how big of a mad house this location is. The staff at this location practically reflects the filth of this place as they are careless, unhelpful, and full of attitude.
Parking is just as big of a nightmare as the store. There are a lot of careless people just pushing shopping carts wherever they land (I’ve seen plenty of these carts land on cars) and they don’t seem to care. If you have a really nice car that you don’t want to see damaged, then I suggest you park as far away from Wal-​Mart as you possibly can, or better yet, take a car you value less if such a car is in your collection.
Bottom Line: I’d rather pay extra dollars at Target or go on eBay and Amazon if I can wait a couple of days. Those sites have never let me down!

Was browsing here last night walking off my Chili’s dinner. This Walmart is huuuge and even has a MCD inside! Not sure why the reviews are so bad but the store was well organized from what I could see yesterday so maybe they made some changes recently? Who knows.
And Yes they are busy but with prices like that why wouldn’t they be? I got some frames for my diploma and my license and they were a bit small but that’s my fault. Frames were about 10 bucks. Good deal. Planning on exchanging them today. Also bought some furry slippers for 8 bucks. Can’t wait to wear them around the house. To top it off, fiancé ended the trip with a soft serve ice cream cone yum!
