Disappointed, came in and was expecting regular smoothies but all they had was syrups and herbalife products? Weird. I didn’t get anything. They had fruit but she was gonna blend them with water when she said that it really weirded me out. Don’t know if I wanna pay 6 bucks for fruit and water. Ill stick with my Jamba Juice.

I didn’t buy anything because i was expecting a fresh juice, not a blended frozen juice. Then i thought i could do a smoothie but they only have one type of protein(whey). I guess its not vegan friendly, but I’m sure it meets the needs of others.

Beware of this business. They were offering a coupon for a free smoothie. They do however require that you provide your name and phone number. DONOTGIVETHEMYOURPHONENUMBER. Ever since I provided them with my phone number I have received 20+ calls from a hispanic recorded telemarketer. The phone number of the caller ranges from Florida to here locally in Oxnard. Not worth the trouble for a smoothie.

Came here for the first time today, and there are several reason I give ‘Cool Energy Smoothie’ 5 stars 1. Great customer service 2. Very clean shop 3. Easy in and out parking 4. Pleasantly satisfied with quality and price of my order I ordered a caramel coffee herballife smoothie and it went down great with my raspberry tea and aloe vera shot, I will definitely be returning here

I found«Cool Energy Drinks» to be a great choice instead of the run of the mill smoothie places. The staff knew what they were doing and explained the benefits of their energy drinks. I will definitely be regular customer.

Honestly I can’t believe this place is still in business. I gave it two chances and they failed. Jamba juice and even McDonald’s makes better tasting drinks. They should call it quits before they lose even more money. I think the only positive reviews are from friends of the owner.

I’m one of those LA «health nuts» that was in the Oxnard area last week. Saw the sign and thought I’d give it a try. The place was impressively clean and the staff very helpful. Really liked the option of how much protein I wanted and the various other Herbalife choices. I wish we had places like this in LA… we already have enough fast food. You can tailor make your own shake with lots of different choices… it was like they thought of me when making the menu. If you’re into fitness & a healthy lifestyle — give these guys a try.

The ingredients of most of the drinks are flavor syrups. As soon as you walk in you can see the syrup bottles lined up. I ordered a piña colada and she showed me the ingredient list and it said«pineapple syrup and coconut syrup.» It’s terrible that they wouldn’t use real ingredients. At least at robeks or jamba you get some kind of REAL food in your smoothie. So you actually buying water, ice, soy protein powder, flavor syrups, and something from HERBALIFE. That leads me to my next complaint. They also add various kinds of herbalife supps to their drinks and they try to cross-sell them to you. I looked at the bottle of «Herbalife Healthy Drink» they had displayed and it was mostly soy protein powder then bran flour, then vitamins, which is a joke to me. I don’t think they actually know what healthy is seeing that they give you fake-food /flavored-syrup smoothies. My piña colada drink didn’t even taste very good. It tasted more like protein powder than piña colada. At $ 5, its worth buying your own real pineapple and coconut and making your own.

I will DEFINITELYNOT be returning to this place. Ever. It is a RIPOFF and the quality is not good. I ordered a «Mango Tango» for my brother and myself and all we tasted was soy protein powder. For $ 10, you could go QUALITY places like Jamba Juice, Blenders In The Grass, or Robeks and not only get better Smoothies, but spend less. I honestly wouldn’t recommended this place to anyone.

The smoothies /shakes they sell are supposedly meal replacements. You get an aloe shot, a cup of tea and a smoothie. Each of which has a specific role to play in replacing your meal. They have three prices: $ 5, $ 6, and $ 7 depending on how much protein you want. I think it goes from 16 grams for the cheapest and goes up from there. They also sell some other supplements. The tea and aloe shot were bland but the shake was pretty good. The people were very informative on what they were selling if I had questions. The only drawback that I see is that ordering is kind of complicated. You have options on how much protein you want. what flavor you want, whether you want a smoothie or a shake. what tea flavor you want. Also whether you want each of these hot or cold. I feel that this place in order for it to be successful will have to establish a «regular crowd» that keeps coming back because all the options might turn people off.
