4 for service!!! And ok, for those saying it’s slow… give me a break. It’s always hot for fast food, and the service is always awesome. For fast food, and not being a fan of jack in the crack, this place has hot food that is as fresh as fast food can be. Not to mention for the area, fast food is pretty minimal so it can get pretty packed. Never had a bad experience and for my bf who loves it, we’ve been here A TON! kudos to the employees here!

Slowest service around. Do not stop here if you are looking to get in and out in a timely fashion. Terrible.

As with the other reviewers, I highly agree, horrible customer service, this place should just be closed down, obviously the workers here don’t care

Used to be my pit stop, Been in there multiple times and it has been progressively getting worse. Bathrooms were the worst ever, I asked for a rag or for someone to clean the tables and got ignored. Food was okay. Embarrased to have taken my family there. Overall did disappointed

I saw the bad reviews and I’ve gotta say, who cares! What I mean is that when it’s 10:30 pm and everything else is closed around here your options are limited. The dining area is opened 24 hrs. and so is the drive thru.
I was able to get some food to fill my stomach and make a quick bio-​break. When I’m hungry and tired even the worst place is better than nothing :-)
Food = as expected
Seating area = clean
Service = as expected
Restroom = average

Got diarrhea from a sourdough jack burger and onion rings I ate from here Christmas night. Nobody else in my family ate there, so I know it was JITB and not what we all had at home for lunch earlier in the day.

Beware, cooks are mayonnaise happy here !!! Squishing out of everything. Ordered 4 combos and of course the tacos, and I got two (2) napkins… So just ask for extra napkins and easy mayo… Nice cashier guy though.

The absolute slowest service ever… I live nearby and come here often… Horribly slow any day any time…

The service here is as bad as it gets: the lines in the drive thru are a pain in the butt wut and people are just… horrendous! Drama queens who go ontop of the drive thru fence and then get mad (and make everyone else back up) cause they don’t want their already messed up car scratched, causing a commotion that solicits stares from nosy people with jaws dropping… Anyways I’ll stop with the people, now costumer service: inside not bad, drive thru ugh… they have hearing problems, but okay I understand, I’d get tired of picky people on my ear 24;
/​7 so ill let it slide. On to the food! It’s… fast food. Really, the type of stuff you want when you’re staaahving, on a road trip, or when you get a bad case of the munchies. Ya know the greasy good stuff you’ll eat cause you wanna keep feeding the big corporations. Mediocre, but hey I get hungry!
