i’m slightly confused by how low of a rating this place has, there were so many good things about it!!! 1. the license plates that completely cover the ceiling, how COOL 2. the shrimp 3. the shrimp 4. go for the shrimp 5.(except the salad they came on was a southwestern little number and not my fave but i think there are other dishes that feature the shrimp) + our waiter was great and gave recommendations for each category of food which is such a fab way to give recs!!!

No star, first time there, the wife and I went there to meet up with friends. To begin from the hostess to managers all super rude. We told them we’re waiting for friends and they couldn’t simply say, «we will sit you all when they arrive» they gave some dumb answer that we could not understand and then hostess got loud and embarrassed us in front of other customers. My wife and I eat out a lot and make plenty of recommendations, this one we will never recommend! DON’T GOTHERE !!! Super ghetto!

Nope. From outside it’s look like an amazing place. Is not bad, it’s just very average for the price. Food was ok, service was ok, very loud place… I think are a lot of better place outside there for that price .No deserve to come to National Harbor for eat here.

Stopped here on my way to the airport, as I work in Texas. The service was excellent. However, the Food subpar, cold. Very small drinks. Hubby ordered Cadillac margarita w/extra shot, it was truly a rocks glass. Not something we’ve encountered before. Overall, it’s not a bad place, ambiance was really nice, just the food and drinks were disappointing.

Went there the 1st of January, and had a great time here. Walked in and they had originally told me it was going to be a 30 minute wait. Not even 10 minutes and they had us seated in our table. Our server was very friendly and had everything done in perfect timing. Our food was amazing and they had Redd on draft which was a plus. I’m overall very satisfied and will be back.

Amazing happy hour, bull rides, 3 bars, huge food and booze selection, amazing bar staff, what more could you ask for, awesome place. Obsessed with the steak and cheese and flat bread pizzas. Come here all the time

384 reviews with a 2.5 star rating? I’m guessing A LOT of uptight snooty people rated and reviewed this place. My experience: First time here: Dec 20, 2016 at about Midnight. Greeted by a VERY friendly bouncer. Not the typical angry grumpy big guy meant to convey to the patrons that«no b.s. will be tolerated while I’m working the door.» The guy joked with us and even watched our bags while we ate inside. Cool vibe. Great DJ. Our server Robin COULDN’T be nicer. Sweet and friendly as could be. My band mates had fish tacos and they said they were FANTASTIC. I had the meat lovers pizza and it was delicious. I can NOT understand the low reviews other than people who are uptight that probably shouldn’t share their opinions. The Amish Outlaws will be back here next time we are in the area.

Horrible. My waitress, Candy, I believe is her name took 10 mins to greet us. She sent another server to us. I ordered a Texas Mule, it tasted like old lemonade. I had the Smoke house burger. The burger itself was not seasoned, they just put a lot of stuff on it to make it seem so. I ordered a glass of wine, didn’t trust they could make a better drink, my glass is filthy. All the restaurants in harbor are overrated.

We stopped in for drinks and appetizers before dinner. We sat at the bar and it took a good 5 minutes before the bartender came up to us. While we waited, we were«entertained» by the wait staff and bussers loud conversations, laughter, and silliness. It was not becoming. I ordered a martini and WANTED to order an appetizer, but the bartender rushed off before I had a chance. As she was carrying my martini, it was sloshing over the side and into the floor. It sloshed over the edge as it was set down and created a puddle on the bar, which was not cleaned up. As I raised the glass, more spilled over and onto the bar from the sticky suction from the prior spill. Again, no move to clean up any mess, so I got up and grabbed more napkins to wipe up the mess. My husband called her back to order sweet potato tater tots. They were good and brought out quickly. We debated about ordering one more drink, but decided we’d rather spend more money on better service.

The ravens were playing and we didn’t want to be stuck in the house for the game. My bf kept telling me he had a bad experience but I remembered the burgers being great so we ended up going. On arriving we saw a board with the deals on them but it was facing the opposite way. We sat at the bar and ordered a few drinks and food but before we ordered we I asked the bartender several times for the happy hour game menu. Once we ordered the second round the bartender finally remembered the menu. The food was good but nothing to write home about and the service was less than that. We ordered some wings and we shared the most raved about steak on the menu. Once getting the check we noticed she charged us regular price for wings just because we ordered them 5 minutes(right when they were singing the national anthem) «before» the game. We didn’t say anything because we won’t be back most Likely.

I didn’t feel the food was that great and the service was rather slow(but we did have a large group in about 10 of us). The mechanical bull thing — I thought that went out in the 70’s. Cool for a bit but then seemed kind of gimmicky. I would probably give this 3 stars if there weren’t just so many other better places in National Harbor to go. I edited my review as the manager here seems very nice and yes the bull is there to take away some of the seriousness of the place in trying to make it more playful. I will try again.

My boyfriend and I came here two nights ago and loved it! The service was excellent! The restaurants vibe was so chill and the décor was very unique. Our waiter was super nice and very sociable, she clearly loved football by the way she engaged in conversations with us regarding the Denver game that was playing that night. She was very helpful in describing the menu options since it was our first time there. My boyfriend and I ordered the Tilapia tacos and Shrimp tacos, they were so good… I keep thinking about them! we can’t wait to go back and try more of what the menu has to offer.

This place is a joke. We tried to come here on a Friday night for the bar scene and I got denied for having a vertical Virginia license. Um, what? The bouncer at the door said that they aren’t taking vertical IDs because the bartenders don’t want to spend extra time to check your birth date. Which leads me too… 1. Isn’t your job as a bouncer to check my birth date on my ID at the door so the bartender doesn’t have to? 2. Clearly you shouldn’t be working there if you don’t know how to do math. If someone was born in the 80’s you should be smart enough to know that they’re over 21. They have a strict policy that you can’t enter the bar after 10 pm if you’re under 25… but I’m over 25. We asked him why the bartender would even have to check our IDs again if his job was to initially do that. He told us we could take our problem to the cop who was standing outside, which got me livid. I didn’t even want to waste my time to try to get in there because to be honest, Cadillac Ranch isn’t worth the fight. I felt like this bouncer was abusing his authority. I’ve never been denied to go anywhere because of my ID and so this took me by surprise, and I definitely will not be returning. I’ve already told a bunch of friends what happened and they won’t be visiting this place in the future as well.

I actually dislike most if not all dining choices at the harbor. I have been to cadillac ranch maybe 5 or 6 times and each time my experience is mediocre. Once I came with just 2 friends, my waiter barely came to the table when we actually needed him. I came for happy hour once, the bartender was nice and punctual. That was prob. the only time I had a good experience. I came with one other girlfriend, my waiter was unprofessional in his speech and the service was slow. I came here last Tuesday and the waiter was nice, my boyfriends burger came out wrong twice so we took it off the bill. He asked for certain things to taken off ie. the tomatoes. There was hint of tomato on top of the lettuce as if the kitchen didn’t read the ticket until last minute and took the tomato off. If he had been allergic there would have been a real problem. My favorite thing off the menu is the fish tacos. I could eat them everyday. The only other thing I have had was the bbq burger and the grilled chicken sandwich. I think out of all the options this place is the cheapest. However, service is spotty and the food is mediocre.

Loved it! Came here with my bf and was able to sit at the bar close to the bull. The bartender(Sorry dont know your name! lightskin, tall with glasses) was awesome. He definitely knows his drinks and helped me pick out something delicious to drink. Food: Delicious! Ordered the Cowboy ribeye for me. I loved every bite. The bf ordered the ribs and as soon as they hit the bar he had nothing more to say to me so I’m assuming he liked them a lot. Lol. Crowd: Loud! But c’mon they have a bull! You can’t expect anything else. It’s entertaining to watch people get thrown off the bull. I plan on coming back. It was definitely enjoyable.

Cadillac Ranch has been one of my «go to» happy hour spots for years now and nothing has changed. Cadillac Ranch is a typical American Western type of restaurant with three bars, two located on the main floor and one upstairs. They have a great HH and also have a mechanical bull you can ride later in the night! It is a great place to come for drinks with friends and co-workers. Their HH is very decent priced and surprisingly, they have a great selection for food and drinks. Now, I see a lot of negative reviews for Cadillac, and to each its own, but this place is live, fun, and just a great time! The bartenders are very nice, for the most part, and know when to make convo or when to just let you enjoy your drink! HH is from 4−7PM Monday through Friday. My favorite dishes are the fish tacos, sausage & mushroom flatbread, wangggs, and the onion rings(which aren’t on the HH menu but they are incredibly tasty). I always get the South of the Border for my HH drink when I am there — just have two and you are feeling super nice. Overall, I really like Cadillac Ranch, I have had a few instances here with the staff not being attentive or talking too much to their coworkers while you are dying of thirst, but all in all, THISMYSPOT! Favs: South of the Border — HH menu has great variety! Would Change: Nicer, attentive, less forgetful staff.

This place is nice but it’s average at best. There is nothing exceptional about it. The service is good. The wait staff is always pleasant and prompt. However, the cuisine is nothing to write home about. I’ve had better loaded fries and wings at Outback Steakhouse which is actually not far. This establishment gets 3 stars because the of service and the bull. It can get live on the weekends because there is music and bull. If you’re looking for exceptional food you may want to go somewhere else. (I wrote my review before ordering dessert. The crème brûlée is surprisingly good but I still only give this establishment 3 stars.)
