Bad experience. Food was ok. The workers were really rude and not helpful. I misunderstood the refill policy and one of the workers publicly humiliated me by yelling out «you need to pay more! That’s not free! «infront of family friends and strangers. I will never go back mark my words.

I just ate one of their pizzas and got nasty sick almost immediately. I’m throwing up, in deep pain and can barely get up from the WC. That pizza stunk like toe cheese. Horrible beyond words. I can tell there’s a reason why this place is always empty. And there’s a reason for all these bad reviews I’m reading right now. I wish I had checked Unilocal before going there. Too late for me. Needless to say I’m not coming back, but I’m genuinely surprised that this place is still open.

They don’t deliver 2 miles away. What kind of pizza joint is this? The website let me spend 20 minutes making an order and placing it and then the store calls and says they don’t deliver here.

The manager Patricia is very racist and unprofessional. I don’t know how she is still employed with Pizza Hut. I will never go to this Pizza Hut ever again because of the bad experience I have had with her.

I give them 2 stars only because the wings were decent. Get your food to go but don’t eat here. The atmosphere is lousy. Music from a video game is heard throughout the dining area and you can hear the staff talking and shooting the bull while they prepare the food. The place was understaffed and there were no towels or hand dryer in the restroom. I don’t think I will visit this location again.

They had problems regarding online order before according to employees.
There is no more salad bar, but it looks neater than before. It seems HWY 111 Palm Desert location is little bit expensive than Washington Palm Desert. But taste better according to my family & friends. We ordered large pan pizza & wings few weeks ago. There’s no mistake. Actually it was delicious.

I was stupid and did not read Unilocal first. This is the worst pizza ever. It was cold, expensive, dry and the toppings were very sparse. It was a rip off. I go to various Pizza Huts when I travel and have it delivered. I am shocked a pizza could be this bad. This Pizza Hut is horrible. DO NOT BUY PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION.

If I could leave NO STARS I would.
I made an online order and had confirmation along with time of delivery and MY CARD WAS CHARGED. One HOUR later after being on hold and hung up on several times on the ‘check order’ line on the phone, I had to make a new order to talk to someone. They told me they never received the order and when I told them my card was charged they transferred me to another line that hung up.
I have not received my order after paying $ 27 online and being charged. I now am disputing this with my credit card to get a refund. All I wanted was some pizza. Thanks a lot for ruining my Sunday Pizza Hut. You suck, you will never get an order from me or my friends again.

We were staying at Rancho Las Palmas and this was the closest Pizza Hut so even though I read all of the bad reviews, I figured how could they mess up a simple online order. Well, they did! — I asked for Easy sauce and the pizza had extra sauce.

very very horrible branch!!! we’ve always ordered pizza hut near our place but since we went to best buy we dropped by at this place just to get a chicken bbq pizza! they asked me what kind of pizza is that then what toppings and sauce? seriously?! then we changed our order to the chicken wings, at the other branch we’re allowed to do half & half of the sauce but here they dont do that! service is bad, food doesn’t taste like what we always ordered at other pizza hut places. No wonder, this place is so empty! I will never ever go to this place again and please don’t go to this place! I’m so disappointed… and hungry!

Horrible attitudes, and how do you give us bread sticks without the sauce it has come with for as long as I can remember. How is this place still open. Drive the extra miles to a better location, because this one sucks, and will always suck. If you must resort to this place check your order twice because I guarantee they screwed something basic up. To add… I woke up middle of the night sick also, with all the fun gross things that come with that so I’m pretty sure you dont wanna know their cooking, methods.

Horrible horrible service! I waited two and a half hours for a large pizza. I started calling after an hour and twenty minutes to see what was going on. However, they thought it was okay to keep hanging up on me. When they finally called me back (from a cell phone may I add) they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to cancel the order AFTER it had already charged to my card! AND on top of everything, when it arrived the pizza was cold and the crust was super doughy! Terrible! I would not recommend this site facility to anyone!

We sat down to a hot restaurant… We ordered ice teas after being seated for 10 minutes looking at sticky menus. We walked out after another 15 minutes of staring at each other. Needs new management! I’m surprised this restaurant passes audit!

This place gets one star ONLY because you can’t give ZERO stars…
Disorganized and slow, for starters. We finally ordered sodas and sat down to wait for our carry-​out (2 large pizzas — nothing exotic).
Let’s ignore for a second the fact that the person behind the counter screwed up the order — we got it fixed when we paid.
After waiting for 45 minutes, we finally went up to the counter to ask what was taking so long — and they said «oh, yours is ready — it’s under here…» and they pulled it out from a shelf. It was barely warm.
Not only that, but when we got it home (and reheated it) it was so salty that it was just gross.
How can this Pizza Hut be so bad, when the others in the area are decent? Obviously the owners could care less. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!
