Got there, paid $ 84 for 2 pizzas and nearly 300 coins. After waiting for 5 minutes we asked if one of the dozen or so unbussed tables could be cleaned, as we had no place to sit. 15 minutes later we just cleaned the least dirty ourselves. Pizza came shortly after. 21 topping pepperoni pizzas, nothing to write home about but actually not too bad. Now, I should point out, this was a Saturday night(which is busy), which would explain it being busy. However, it leaves why they only had 3 employees sharing multiple duties a larger question. After my kids had to fight with various unscrupulous kids(and, I am not kidding, adults) that were trying to steal their coins and tickets we decided to redeem the tickets they won. Out of 4 machines(Saturday night, remember) 2 were turned on. Out of 2 machines, 1 worked 50% of the time, the other 10%. The line resembled a Russian bread line(dirty shoeless people waiting for salvation from the suffering). A teenager would come over occasionally to get the machines working again only for them to break down a minute later. I am not exaggerating. a minute or less later it would break. After 2 hours, no, sorry. I time it. 1 hour and 44 minutes of waiting to redeem the tickets for a slip my children finally got the standard bits of plastic that cost all of the tickets. So, I recommend going to Boomers! and a real Pizza place, or driving to John’s Incredible out in Monterey, or seriously buying a Digornio and watching Sponge Bob while writing«TiKeT» over and over on scraps of paper. Don’t do it, your kids don’t know any better. Find a better way to entertain them. Plus, like I said, your kid may be threatened and stolen from.

So they ran out of pepperoni! What pizza place runs out of pepperoni? they ran out of lids for the cups, they didn’t have a napkin dispenser on my table and when the guy brought the napkins he said«oh well her you go». Half of the games are out of order. Only one machine available to turn in tickets. Oh and the person puffing on the vape pen isn’t cool either. Other than that the only good out of it is the salad bar. Pizza was ok I guess.

All 4 starts go for this one employee name Ashley if I’m not wrong, she was super nice with all 3 of my kids on Wednesday night when my daughter decided that she wanted to go to this place for her Birthday. Personally if it wasn’t for a good employees like Ashley I could of give this place a 2 star. I find the place dirty and the food not that great, I notice that the fountain machine had some sort of mold where the ice comes out if you pay attention you’ll notice, all the parmesan cheese and pepper bottles looked very dirty. Although it was late and almost closing time, I do understand that things were empty and was messy but the dirtiness had no excuse, there was enough employees to go and check and give that food area some cleaning!

I love that I can take my nephew here and not only he is safe, but we have a good time. The manager is very helpful and cordial, so are some of the employees. The games are fun, the pizza seems to be a hit. I recommend it to spend some time with your little one. I take my nephew and we have a blast.

We just celebrated my daughter’s 6th birthday and what a show! Angel was a fantastic bday ambassador and made the night totally memorable. We will be requesting him the next time we book another birthday party! Thank you!

I have come here a few times now to entertain my kids for a few hours without spending an arm an a leg. With their online coupons it is possible. For $ 39.99 plus tax, We got a large pepperoni pizza(deliciously thin and crisp), 4 drinks, and 110 tokens. This lasted us 3 hours, plus the cups now have instant prize winning peel offs. We won 50 extra tickets and 8 extra game tokens. It was a great day for my 3 kids, plus a friend, and I.

Visited recently for a family members birthday. This place is way too loud!!! I get, it’s a party BUT they have the music on full blast the entire time! You can’t carry on a casual conversation because you find yourself shouting as if we’re front row at a concert. The pizza was fine. The drink station was dirty and totally messy. Had some jalapeños from the salad bar which came with a nasty hair I. It! Of course I didn’t notice the hair until I was pulling it out of my mouth. Nothing takes away my appetite like someone else’s hair in my mouth, disgusting. Supposedly it’s less complicated to have a party here but dealing with the loud music, huge crowds and questionable food, is it really worth it?! I think not.

My neice wanted to come here for her birthday. It is the first time as an adult to be here. The kids love this place, just a huge arcade. They could just do a better job with the food. The pizza was just ok and its not hard to make great pizza. The salad bar could use some work. But in the end my niece was happy so I guess that is what really counts

My husband and I booked a party slot for our son’s 4th Birthday at this location and worked with their party planner Kaitlyn who helped make the entire day perfect. She was very good with all the kids and even though she was bouncing back and fourth between our party and the party setup near ours, we didn’t once feel neglected. She was there explaining each step as it was about to happen and she had sat down with us and explained all the current details and pricing so we would have a heads up, and asked if there was anything extra we wanted or needed before the party had begun. She clearly loves her job and has a lot of fun with it. Our son is very shy, but she was very good with him and by the end of the party he had given her a high five as a thank you for all she had done to help us make his party happen. If you are planning a birthday party at this location, ask for Kaitlyn to be your planner, she is the best! Thank you for giving our little man an amazing party, we’ll be back next year for his 5th Birthday as well. :)

This Chuck e Cheese location is the best one I have been to, very clean and not too busy which I like, but I felt that the Staff were not as attentive as I would have liked. Kids loved it tho and Chuck e is always a hit!

Wait — THREE stars for the Chucker? Am I kidding or what? Well, let me explain … one star if you’re an adult; five stars if you’re a kid, which is who this place is built for in the first place. It’s basically a playground/game room that sells something approximating food on the side. That averages out to three stars, OK? So, don’t take your Significant Other here on a date. Stay home, order a pizza delivery or pick up a frozen pizza at the store. Eat the box. It will probably taste better than what you find here. Little Caesar’s is gourmet pizza compared to the Chucker. However, $ 1.99 is a reasonable price for a soda and $ 6.99 may be a good deal for the all-you-can-eat salad bar. I don’t know, because my wife ordered barbecue«chicken wings»(really processed chicken tenders) instead. They were about as good as what you might find in the frozen food section of your local supermarket. I see there are some other food options, but I wasn’t able to sample those. If you absolutely have to take the kids, grandkids or great-grandkids here, these may be acceptable choices. But, for the love of God, don’t get a pizza except maybe for the little ones whose taste may not be fully-developed. And, please thank me for my wise counsel. Over and out!

My 6 year old daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday at CEC, I came in ahead of time to set it up, Eunice greeted me and explained everything and what my options were. Our Host was Melissa and she did a fantastic job. The kids had so much fun it will be a birthday she will never forget!

Okay, so I wouldn’t recommend the pizza, unless you’re 3 and any pizza is the best at that age. So, my gf’s daughter constantly asked if we can go to Chuck E Cheese’s. This made me sad, so we went. Our check in experience = NOTGOOD. The employee was rude and seemed irritated that she actually needed to do work. Initially I guarded the pizza while the ladies played games. Watching a couple of teenage girls trying to steal prizes out of various games was amusing. Almost all of the games worked, but they need more token and redemption machines. Anyway, the young one had a great time. She no longer begs to go to Chuck E Cheese’s. Now she begs to go on the tram again.

We are on vacation and it was my sons birthday. We told him he could go anywhere he wanted and he chose Chuck E Cheese. We went on a Wednesday at 1−430p. The staff was AWESOME. Ittaha, in particular went out of her way to make sure we had all our needs met. All the games worked(the chuck e cheese where we live often has games which just eat tokens but don’t work). I would DEFINITELY recommend this particular Chuck E Cheese. Especially when its 100+ degrees out. The air conditioning felt so good!

Don’t go on a Monday the rat never comes out !! My daughter waited 30 minutes after 30 minutes and that thing never made an appearance, and not until a birthday showed up, which means my daughter couldn’t even get near… asked employees and about chuck coming out one person said they were low staff 2 hours later said they had no idea… 80 dollars later and four hours of playing my daughter left asking me if Chuck e cheese was still sleeping… My heart broke !@!!! Please don’t announce the«head and toes song if you don’t have enough staff for chuck to come out !!! BTW it was my daughters third B day

GMIT: Old enough to work at Chuck E Cheese. Not old enough to go play there by herself. Go figure. Yes, my daughter is old enough to drive, yet I still take her to Chuck E Cheese. This Chuck E Cheese is well-maintained, with employees who appear to actually enjoy working there. I even met a smiling Shrek at the entrance checkpoint. He was pretty funny. They have a really fun car virtual reality simulator for teens and adults. Also a cool football-throwing machine. GMIT was at it again: terrorizing the prize clerk by asking if tickets could be used to get candy, could they also be used to get pizza? The befuddled clerk said no, but couldn’t explain why and seemed to get more confused by the moment. So GMIT now plans to terrorize the Chuck E Cheese employees near home with the same question. GMIT: Spreading intelligence, one Chuck E Cheese at a time…
