It’s 10:10 A.M. And no one is here. They open at 10. Rude and totally ruined the last day for my kids. They wanted a treat for the road guess not!

Great tasting treats. Like all gourmet chocolate factories/companies it can be a bit overpriced but you get what you pay for. These apples/chocolates are worth every penny! Staff is very friendly. Very impressed!

Best chocolate I’ve ever had. The chocolate caramel turtles are phenomenal, a must try

While staying at the Marriott in Palm Desert, I stopped in for a caramel apple. It was fresh, yummy, and they even sliced it for me which made it easy to share(not that I wanted to).

Awful, when I bit into my apple it was brown. They basically have all the same selections as Rocky Mountain chocolate factory but not fresh and not good… At all.

Not sure about Sunnyland Chocolate Factory, but this place is a hotel store that maybe sells some of their products while also carrying ice cream truck products. Overpriced. Thought about getting a chocolate-covered marshmallow, but couldn’t justify paying $ 1.25 for one marshmallow. Ended up getting an ice cream, like you’d get from a gas station. $ 4.25. Felt like I was paying movie theater prices, but fine. However, cashier was weirdly rude. Holding pen in my face to sign the credit card slip when you can see my hands are full and I’m putting my wallet back in my purse. The receipt wasn’t going to fly away so you can just set it down next to the receipt and I’ll get to it in 5 seconds. Really awkward. Especially since I’m the only customer.

Way over-priced(think stadium prices — like $ 4 for a drum stick) and not terribly impressive(the custom stuff is so so). Typical for this hotel. Also, the help was a bit dopey, and a bit rude — though this was perhaps inadvertent and due to dopiness. And beware, their five star reviews are suspect — all are from people who haven’t review anything else. Except Chris g, who only gives five star reviews. Can you say«paid reviewers»? This place is garbage.

I love all the different varieties of apples the store has. I have tried quite a few of them and they haven’t disappointed me. I highly recommend getting something from here. The cheesecake carmel apple is downright sinful.

The aroma of caramel and chocolates was amazing!!! Everything caught my eye and I was pleased that they ship and package it really nicely! They’re all about customer service! Quality, variety and presentation is far better than See’s btw!!!

This place, hands down, has the best caramel apples and chocolates I’ve ever had!!! I was blown away by the presentation, quality, and the customer service I experienced when I first visited this place. I first visited Marina’s Caramel Apples & Chocolates last weekend and I’ve been thinking about this place ever since. I’m actually going back tomorrow to pick up 17 – 20 caramel apples along with chocolate goodies for my friends at work!!! My Top 5 caramel apple flavors for me: Rocky Road, Strawberry Shortcake, Cheesecake, Snickers, Oreo Cookie. Top 5 chocolates: Oreo cookie rice Krispy treats, Turtles, white chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered marshmallow, and S’mores!!! If you’re in this area for any reason, you must stop in for a treat!
