I go to other goodys around the valley but this one robs you blind. The other Goodys offer a vegetarian breakfast burrito but this one doesn’t. So I ordered a regular egg burrito which is already $ 6 for just eggs and cheese and asked to add hash browns. I was charged $ 3 extra! My receipt had a FULLSIDE of hash browns charged when there were only a couple hash browns in there. With tax this small burrito was $ 10! I questioned why I was charged that since obviously a whole side of hash browns doesn’t even come close to fitting in the burrito and was told the manager makes them do that because he really«hates people substituting or changing menu items»! I guess he would rather lose customers because from now on when I want my Saturday morning burrito I’ll go to any of the many other choices in the area where they are nice and care about customer satisfaction. He sounds like a jerk who should find a different kind of business to run!

Goody’s is a diner. The staff are very friendly. The Diner is clean and modern. At noon on Sunday at noon, the Diner was almost full, and the drive-in line was busy. The breakfast is ideal Diner fare: ham steak, eggs, hash browns, toast and coffee. Next time, I’ll be more precise in my order(i.e., «eggs sunny-side up with no brown on the edges»). Other menu items(e.g. Burgers) also look good. The portions are generous. The ham steak is huge and the serving of hash-browns could serve two. Prices are very reasonable for a Diner: $ 25.00 for breakfast for two. Goody’s earns a rare 5-stars from me. Many high-end restaurants offer better breakfasts, but Goody’s is a diner not a restaurant. For a Diner, Goody’s is perfect.

Fantastic breakfast place and not your normal fast food, even though they have a drive-through. Awesome chicken fried steak breakfast with a variety of jams, which is always cool! If we lived near here, I’d be in serious trouble with my weight. The coffees good and they even have fresh squeezed orange juice. We’ll be back!

Went into the Goody’s to grab some breakfast shopping at the Home Depot. Food was ok, table was dirty and the dead fly on my table was not a appetizer. You order your food at the counter and you seat yourself with a plastic number you place at the edge of your table, Goody’s please hire a girl that can read numbers. I watched this girl walk around lost for 3 laps before I realized it was my food and spoke up.

It’s ok for the genre which is larger portions or bang for the buck type of attitude then by all means you will enjoy it.

The veggie omelettes were big and totally awesome! $ 16 for two of them and wheat toast — can’t beat that!

I would always come here when I was living Cathedral City back in the day. Loved it but DAMN! 8 bucks for cup orange juice?! With that price you can get 3 gallons! What happened to this place. Thought about coming here but when I saw that post from the other helpers receipt. Nope, no way.

Kind of expensive. A slice of bacon for $ 1.50 extra? Eight dollars for a lame plastic glass of orange juice? I don’t like it when places nickel and dime you. For breakfast especially. Ain’t nobody got time for that!

Why do I keep doing this to myself? I hope for something good and always get the same mediocre food that is overpriced. Don’t get me wrong I’m sure plenty of people will find something they enjoy at this place like my husband. But I’m not going to keep spending my money somewhere that is not attentive to the quality of food.

Solid breakfast choice. Went here on Sunday for breakfast before heading out of town. I ordered the chorizo plate and my wife ordered the bacon, eggs and hashbrowns. My chorizo plate was huge with sides of rice and beans. My wife raved about the bacon and hash browns. There was no line when we arrived but before we left the line started to get a little long. Not your fancy Sunday brunch place but an good choice for a basic breakfast. Will definitely stop by again if in the area.

Goody’s is a great dining place for a quick meal. It’s a perfect breakfast and lunch spot. The food quality matches their reasonable price. I usually come here for breakfast, and besides a few other local spots, Goody’s is a one of my favorites. You order at the register, but the food is brought out to you — that’s a thumbs up for sure. No comments on the service, only compliments. The inside of Goody’s consists of a classic diner look. The place is very clean, and I would recommend Goody’s to anyone that inquired about a good place to grab a quick quality meal.

Decided to give this local place a visit during lunch with my grandma. The place was not very busy and it is self-service. Both my grandma and I did not have high hopes for this place, we were proved wrong. I ordered their cobb/chef salad and she ordered fajita tacos and shared a side of fried zucchini. The plates were out in at a quick pace and drowned in food! We were starving so we initially thought it was a great thing, but quickly realized it was an enormous amount of food. I was a fan of the salad and fried zucchini, they also gave me a side of warm pita bread which gave it a great finishing touch! My grandmother and I were both in awe and extremely content with our lunch!

Awesome locals spot for a quick bite of good food. Service was very friendly. Based on previous reviews, I tried the gyro salad. It was good but not great. The gyro meat is the kind that is processed and molded into a giant cone and cooked on a spit. I prefer *real* gyro meat, though. Others in our party had HUGE omelets that they could barely finish. The coffee is delicious and plentiful Here’s a tip, though. Get you coffee in a to go cup, ‘cuz it’s twice the size of their ceramic coffee cups. Free refills either way.

Tonight we went to goodies to try it out I ordered zuchinis and as I got home I bit into one and to my surprise found a sharp metal piece in a Zuchini I was disgusted never again will I go to goodies. Drove back to show them and no manager was available. So the girl returned my money and I will be back to speak to a manager first thing before I take actions into my hands. No apologies from the staff will not be back!
