First let me say we bought a great hat for my husband today and the store had a great selection. The two stars are for the crappy service. The staff was absolutely uninterested in the fact that we were there trying to find the perfect hat for an event. We were there trying on hats and looking for sizes for 20 to 30 minutes and during this time at least a dozen other people entered the store un-​greeted and left with out being helped. I noticed Another couple also trying on hats looking like they could use some professional help but no one helped them either.

A fun place come if you are walking down the strip, lots and lots of hats, easy to spend an hour in here just trying different hats out. We have purchased two from here, just simple fedoras, but they have a wide variety and great prices.

Great hat shop in the center of Palm Springs! Small building, big selection. I purchased a cute little fedora perfect for the sunny Palm Springs weather. They had lots to choose from in men, women, and children. Sales staff was friendly and attentive, but not suffocating. I found what I was looking for within 15 minutes of coming in. Thumbs up!

Stopped in during Lisa Vanderpump’s receiving the star on Palm Springs Street of Stars, to escape the heat during this ceremony – Wednesday July 30, 2014.
Great selection of hats, so needed in sunny areas like Palm Springs. Stylish and good selection for all genders, ages.
Howard was working and provided great service and friendly smile, that’s all I ask :).

Had a great time in this store. The employee was kind enough to let my friend and I try on fun hats and actually take photos. I’ve noticed that sadly some stores have very strict no photo policies. Being on vacation from Washington state I enjoyed sharing our goofiness with people who couldn’t be there and will have those photos to look back on and remember how much fun we had. I did end up buying an amazing fedora (that I hadn’t planned on buying). Their prices were very reasonable so I really couldn’t resist when I fell in love with the sexy fun fedora. Their selection of fedoras alone was very extensive but that one was true love at first sight.

Hats hats hats. Tons of hats. Cool ones, warm ones, funny ones. Knit hats, cowboy hats, pirate hats.
Nothing, as far as I can tell, made in USA. Not even the USA hat.
The store should have a giant Made in China label.

This is a really good time. Stopped by with my family while walking down the main street. At first we all were trying on hats jokingly. Only after going through about 10 different hats and not even making a dent in the selection possibilities, we got serious. We all ended up finding great hats for a great deal. And then proceeded through the rest of town in our new hatted style. A really good little shop.

This place is not just a hat store — it’s a destination! I love to go here with friends from out of town just for fun. It’s a blast checking out all the different hats, and last time we went, everyone in my family went home with a new hat. Only downside — now, I have too many hats!

I love this place !! I have a hat obsession and they have quite the selection. Also I really wanted one of there funy hats (flying pigs, hamburger, turkey, shark, etc) I went for a cute fedora with some embellishment. Im still thinking about that turkey hat though, should have got it !! Oh well next girls trip out there for sure :)

I found the perfect hat… very rare for me. The selection isn’t as large as my favorite hat store on the Venice boardwalk, but I am sure you’ll find something in here.

Amidst sweltering heat this past Coachella weekend I needed a functional, yet fashionable hat to protect me all day. And boy, did I come to an oasis named the the Desert Hatter.
You have your fedoras, baseball caps, cowboy hats (so cute, I bought one!), bucket hats, beanies, tea-​party style hats, goofy hats, etc. etc. etc. The prices weren’t that expensive, the clearance items were plentiful and the staff was nice.
Definitely a must see if you are a hat lover like me.
